Had a wonderful first time experience. Never been to a place like this before. Tyler was very welcoming and extremely helpful. He without a doubt showed exceptional customer service. My daughter and I had a really good time here. I hate that the rock climbing part was closed off but the other areas were pretty enjoyable. I wish the zipline could be longer also. The pit was pretty fun and the obstacle course was such a challenge!This is a great workout for sure and great for families!

Came for a birthday party on a Friday. Very clean, ample employee supervision. Bathrooms are very clean. I like the fact that this trampoline place is very big. Some of the others are very cramped and narrow. This one is well designed and spread out. If you have kids under 42 they have a separate section which is awesome.

Our (almost) 4 yr old son had an absolute blast here! It was an awesome way to spend a weekday morning, not too busy and only $12 for him to play and we actually all had fun. There’s a lot to do- climbing walls, a zip line, a dodgeball area, basketball hoops, a giant jumping area with tons of trampolines, an adventure course, and they have a big, nice, separate kid zone with stuff available for even smaller toddlers to be entertained. There’s ample seating throughout, a bunch of TVs hung around on the walls, a cafe offering drinks and snacks as well as pizza, huge (and most importantly, clean) bathrooms, drinking fountains, special party rooms, and super friendly and helpful staff all over. Special shout out for the young man Jacob, he was soooo awesome with our son on our visit! We’re excited to have this place open in our neighborhood, it’s definitely gonna be a weekly go-to now!!

Kids love it here. Fun for all different ages. They have the little kids section and then the rest for everyone else. It is still pretty new but the inside seems to be really well maintained and the staff all seem very friendly. Have been their for a birthday party and that seemed really well done too.I will say that the food and drinks are a bit expensive. But that is pretty normal for this kind of a place.

Great place for parties. We had an excellent time at my sons birthday. The service was great & very reasonably price. The facility is very clean & doesnt smell like a foot like other trampoline parks.

Booked a party here for one of our kids. The staff in the back is much more professional than the front desk. Although the reservation via the phone went great and without issues. Overall still 5 starts, prices are better than anywhere in the city, rooms are spacious, and the place is clean. Alec and Adrian provided us great customer service for the party, thumbs up, gentlemen! Will continue to bring kids here.

Do not recommend a birthday party here unless you want to do all the work yourself. I had to serve the pizza and cake and drinks. I asked the hostess if she would help with this and her response was “we don’t do that”. I asked her what exactly she does and she said she brings drinks out and brings pizza out. She was not available. I had to go to the counter countless times and ask for napkins and plates as well as refills. Every time I went to the counter, the teenage workers were all on their phones on social media or sharing pictures. There’s no accountability by management on the work ethic of the servers and workers there. I’m very disappointed in the amount I spent and the complete lack of service. There needs to better leadership and training. I will never conduct another birthday party there. The parents at the party agreed they were appalled. I’m embarrassed and upset.

I took my 5 yr old son tonight for a mommy-son date night and he had a blast! Clean, not too crowded, and what struck me most was how extremely kind and helpful all the staff was. Most of the staff I saw where teenagers or young 20s, and I was blown away by the customer service and age appropriate interaction with my son. We will most definitely be back again!

Clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Fun for kids of all ages. It’s so nice to get out of the heat and still have a way for the kids to burn off energy. Both my 2 year old and my 8 year old love it.

House of Air is a very nice place for kids to expend plenty of energy. The staff is courteous and helpful. The concession stand has a good selection and the prices are reasonable. My son always enjoys coming here.

This place is alright. The workers only talk to each other and not really paying attention to the kids. Most of the time, the areas aren’t manned when there are kids playing. They are on their phones a ton and or eating while on duty. The workers leave their cups every where.We had a bday party here and confirmed a few high level things many times. But when we showed up they changed everything on us. They even wanted to charge us way more then what they quoted us for.

Had so much here!! I felt like a kid at heart! We came on a Wednesday and it was about $14 for an hour of bounce! Which believe me, at 26 years old I think that’s about how much bounce we have inside of us haha!! Anyhow we bought with our package some cool grip socks that have the House of Air logo, and we also had to sign some waivers before entering as well. They have lockers for your belongings as well. Since it was a Wednesday it wasn’t busy and we had a whole bunch of bounce space! They have some cool hoops section so you can get your Dunkin’ on!! I know I did! They also have a rockwall area which I loved, I had a climb race with my girl to the top! I clearly one and I did a couple of backflips at the launchpad(I think I landed wrong on one of my backflips; hence that’s why we sign waivers lol) but overall it was a great place! Adult or kid, you can definitely have some fun here for a great price!

House of air is great place to take your friends to in the weekends. It’s fun to bounce on trampolines and hangout. It also has parties to enjoy

We had my granddaughters birthday party there and it was amazing. You get 2 hrs of play plus 30 min for cake/pizza. Our host Soleil did and outstanding job. Very helpful and great personality. She was great!!! All the kids had a lot of fun. We definitely will have her next party there. You get a discount if you have a membership.

A great place for the kids to work on their gross motor skills and get exercise while having fun. They have lots of entertainment for the whole family definitely worth a visit.

I REALLY like how they have a separate toddler/42 and shorter area. Like Urban Air but much better lighting, a better concession area, and a several rock walls.

Took our 4 kids to house of air, they all love it. Place was clean and staff are friendly, not to crowded the kids were able to enjoy everything without having to wait a turn!

My nephew had his birthday party at House of Air San Antonio and all of the kids and adults had a great time! The staff was friendly and attentive and the facility was super clean. I would recommend House of Air to anyone looking for a fun place to spend an afternoon or celebrate a birthday!

I had my three year-olds birthday party here and was so impressed with the venue and our party host, Dulce. We had a 2.5 hour time slot and it was the perfect amount of time for food and play. Everyone had a blast! Good for parents too who are kids at heart.

Very clean and fun atmosphere. I really like the area for the younger kiddos. My only complaint is that the snack bar does not have much of a variety for parents that want to hang out and chat while the kiddos play. The employees are all very friendly and very helpful. This location has a larger variety of activities. Good bang for the buck!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews for anything... but this was a particularly bad experience. We wanted to do something extra fun for my daughter’s birthday so we decided to try the House of Air Trampoline Park. Immediately when we walked in, she was in awe of the zip line and seeing little kids zoom across the building got her so excited! We (begrudgingly) waited in line for about 30 minutes for her to get her chance to try it. We watched kids cut the line with no organization or supervision... even after asking them not to. Once we got to the front of the line they disallowed my daughter from participating based off of being “too small”. Throughout the entire time we were in line, kids MUCH smaller went. Before we left, they were back in line to go again. When management was alerted, we were told the problem would be fixed and that the manager would make sure my daughter was able to participate himself, but we were forced to wait at the back of the line again... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Every single kid that was left in line had seen what happened and how my daughter was singled out and not allowed to participate. Very much seemed like discrimination. We won’t be coming back.

Great place

The place is big, plenty of space for kids to run around and play. They have trampolines, basketball, dodgeball, zip line, obstacle course area, and an area for smaller kids and babies. However, the employees here that are supposed to be supervising every area where kids are are the absolute worst! They aren’t even paying attention more than half the time! They stand around talking to each other when they should be watching to make sure accidents don’t happen. One of them them even had air pods in while working and was dancing around instead of paying attention to his area. Another girl in charge of watching the obstacle course area was walking in circles talking to another employee, again not watching her area. There were kids doing from flips almost hitting other kids, kids running where they weren’t supposed to, etc. If it weren’t for diligent parents watching their own kids and saying something, there would be a lot more accidents! I won’t be bringing my kid back here.

Great use of space. A lot of fun at House of Air. Very clean and bright inside. We enjoyed our time here.

I was called to DJ a teen night on Friday in may of last year had too play clean music they told me that i could play music for younf adults but i chose to stick with clean please DJ use clean music as much as possible even when you have adult party you never want to not

We are so excited about this place!!Edit: We have finally visited, a few times already - and it is awesome. Seriously. We have been to the other trampoline places in San Antonio, and this one takes top billing by a landslide. The prices are reasonable, and the setup and variety of activities is stellar. Membership options soon? I hope so.

Cool activities super fun for all age groups way challenging but fun nonetheless. Way to expensive but worth it if you can save up for it.

Space and activities are great, but staff was distracted and absent. When I approached the manager to tell him about a fight I had seen he purposely looked away and instead a girl with a high ponytail listened and offered to be more attentive. Other people complained about the dark areas and how they didn’t see anybody around to work except when they were in chatting with them selves usually with the manager at the center (a young man with dark hair). Disappointing to say the least. Ps girl at the register did a good job

This place is awesome! I have the penguin pass for my grandkids and my son who has special needs. Everything is so organized and clean. Everywhere you go theres a employee standing by making sure the kids are safe. Very friendly front desk helpers and the manager was so nice answering all our questions about my sons birthday party coming up. My grandkids always have a blast! Im so happy they finally opened.

I was here Friday October 18th, 2019 for a family members birthday... my 7 year old nephew who is autistic had an incident and had a bloody nose. He was scared, screaming, crying. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were soooooo helpful and comforting during this time. Brought us to the family bathroom, stood outside the door until we were ready to get out so nobody would bother us. Brought him a brand new shirt because his had blood on it. Later that night he ended up with a bloody nose again and was having an outburst they opened up an empty party room and allowed us to go in there with him. Catered to us, anything we needed they were there. My sister kept apologizing for the outbursts and the staff kept telling her it was fine, not to worry, we deal with things like this all the time... no attitudes were given by any staff member, they were nothing but helpful the entire night. I want to thank every single one of those young men and women that helped us and reassured us that everything was fine. My family appreciated it more than you all could understand. I will definitely reccomend this place to every person I can because of the superior service from the staff.. they went above and beyond for us! Thank you all very much.

If you want your kids to have fun and be exhausted go here

Its ok, I really dont have any complaints but I wasnt blown away lol. Took my 3 yr old and the kids zone has good stuff for the little ones. It also keeps the little kids away from the big kids so thats good.I walked through the whole place and honestly there are much better trampoline parks in town. When shes older and can do the zip line, rock wall, and bug big trampolines we will check it out again mainly because itsso close to where we live.Didnt like how you only get 1 hr for $11. Didnt try the food either.

Fun. Great separate area for littler kids so they dont get trampled by the older ones. The ninja course is a bit too tall for most kids though. I like the lockers and the seating for parents. There is a concession stand too. Overall fun place to go.

I booked a party here for my daughters 5th year birthday party. We paid over $350+ and were only told upon arrival to set up for my daughters party that our room had no AC and the door would have to be left open. Our pizza order was also wrong and there was no one to be found when we tried to have it corrected. It was only when my husband went to talk to a manager that they even offered to take off the room charge. Checked my account today, and only $25.00 dollars had been refunded. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Highly recommend taking your money elsewhere for a party.

Better than expected and better than the competition

Went yesterday with my 11 and 13 year old boys and they LOVED it. They really enjoyed the dedicated dodgeball arena (that was well supervised), the rock walls, bouldering wall, ninja warrior area and zipline. Love that they have a separate area for smaller children (with its own little ninja course!) Every single staff member was helpful and polite. Plenty of TVs for parents to watch. Food and refreshments were available as well. Prices are similar to other parks in the city, but EVERY attraction is included in the price (unlike other places that nickel and dime you.)

Pretty nice place, dodgeball is fun, and the ninja course is cool as well, though it’s not really accessible for kids under 5’ 6”. Other than that, I’d go again.

I wanted to come back in and review after attending with my 3-year-old son.My son and I are trampoline park veterans as hes been attending them for most of his life (about two years). This place is a perfectly set up adventure/trampoline park. The kids area is enormous and the amount of other things to do is a steal for $16 a jumper. Lots of trampoline parks charge that for a lot less action (Im looking at you, Altitude).They have an obstacle course, rock climbing wall, a giant stunt-man balloon (led-to by long trampolines so you can jump into it), a harness/rope ziplines, a snack bar, clean restrooms (expected for freshly opened) and party rooms.The only place I can think that beats this place is Urban Air, but this is significantly closer to my house and its not a big enough difference to drive father.So, as long as it keeps up, Id give this place a rave review. See you out their jumpers!________________________________________This place needs to change there business hours and website info to reflect that they are NOT OPEN YET. I saw a billboard, checked the website (shows pictures and suggests contacting for party planning), and even saw on Google proper that the hours say Open Now.I picked up my 3 year old son from daycare on the westside, fighting through an hour of traffic, only to find this place is very much NOT OPEN and under construction.I own a business, and I know how simple it is to put not open yet on Google and a website.Im willing to raise this review once we attend house of air after it opens, but in its early stages the business is directly at fault for me spending time and gas to simply be disappointed.Fix it until its open.
