Its OK. Homes are too close to neighbors for my safety and comfort levels personally. But its nice and quiet

Very well taken care of, the basketball court and playground need a bit of attention but its a nice place to live.

Very safe, clean, and pretty. That almost seems ironic to say for a trailer park, but the owner of this place has done an excellent job in making this a good place to live. Its to bad it so far out. Yet playgrounds, pools, fishing, and feeding the ducks make it a place kids can stay busy inside the fenced community.

This place is horrible very poor management. Everyone in the office is very rude and disrespectful. This is not the place you would want to live if you’re looking for a family oriented place.

Very clean and safe management not so much

Have lived here for 3 years now and the park is nice and pretty maintained. There could be more landscaping and the tennis court needs some work and pool is nice just no shade in the pool area. Management is very nice and easy to talk with and will help u if possible. I ended up buying a mobile home and wouldnt move out of the park unless I bought land . Other parks in town are bad bad. Keep up the good work. Asst park manager sharon is the bomb. Priscilia park manager is tough but has a heart. She just gets a bad rap for doing her job.

Rude management, they were late and made me wait for them, even AFTER they told me what time to meet them there.

They have two pools and it a nice family park
