Pretty place to live

I like it here. I would like it more if the maintenance workers did all of their jobs. Erica, the manager is great. But I wish she would hire a new crew. They never finished my ceiling or floors as agreed within 90 days when I started buying...did a terrible job on my tub...but shes good. And the neighborhood is pretty nice. Lots of kids.

Does not have RV spots anymore.

Erika the land lord is the best. had to move in in a hurry and had to move out in a hurry, she got my placed rented fast and saved my deposit from being lost because of my early departure. anyone new to san angelo i would highly rec going to either of the properties and ask for erika. the updates to the parks are still going up and the rent is more than fair still.

Not that great better than most in this town but thats not saying much
