They have done a phenomenal job here putting together great memorabilia of the greatest athletes and coaches that have represented Utah throughout the years. We were fortunate to show up on a day with some of the legends Im the museum. I got to meet and chat with Vernon Law, a World Series Pitcher for the 1960s Pirates. Its free to get in and totally worth a few minutes.
Definitely take the time to stop by when you are visiting downtown Salt Lake City!! it is conveniently located across the street from SLC Temple and Square and it is FREE admission! we were luckily enough to meet Rod who was an excellent tour guide of the museum; he showed us all the interactive exhibits and really took the time to tell us about Utah sports history. it was one of the highlights of our trip and we truly appreciated everything Rod told us... thank you again! very clean and all ages would enjoy; self-guided option too and takes just a few minutes, go take a look when visiting SLC.
Nice exhibits! Great place to take a date, or go with family.
