Nice and clean but dont park your car in the Overflow parking or on this street it will get towed in under 15 minutes

Quiet great location

Changing from 5 stars to 1. The people that live in the community are great never any problems. But management could be better. They dont upkeep in the winter never plow or even salt. They have raised the lot rent 3 times in the last 2 years. In the summer they offer a pool but seems to never be open or very rarely open. No one is ever in the office when you have something to discuss with them. You and your guests cant park overnight in the overflow parking they would rather have you park out of the community on the street. Very disappointed with the management..

Robin hood aint livin here

My friend lives here so I come here a lot to visit him and see how hes feeling, and its a really nice place. The only thing I do not like is how many cars drive thru here in the middle of the night with their bass turned up so high that it literally shakes his mobile home. Its insane.

Ive spent my entire life growing up in Sherwood park and its always been home..Love the pool in the summer and and the club house its great to rent out for small gatherings..Have fond memories of walking my neighbors around the park and now my own grandmother..Sherwood will always be home..Great place to raise a family..

Visitor parking lot is in the center of the trailer park with a Rec Club and Pool area attached to it. Surrounding those is a oval of single and double wide mobile homes, then the main road of the park, followed by another row of trailers. All surrounded by a fence. The entrance is located on the south. Be careful about driving threw this park, not only are there children at play, but there are speed bumps as well.

Very well kept, looks like a great place for families.

I suggest you read every word in the owners agreement before you decide to move into his property. If you allow him to take advantage of you, he will. It seems like the man has little compassion for the residents in his property. The man is about his business. Be careful.

I live in Sherwood Forest and I love it there its nice and quiet at night you dont have no problems people breaking into things people dont take things that dont belong to them I just love the place
