I would not want to live here!! Yes the place looks nice but the people here seem to want to get all up in your business!! I use public transit therefore i walked into the trailer park. I got asked by 2 people why i was there on my way in and by 3 people 1 of which tresspassed (hahaha) me for not telling him why or who i was there to see!!! Mind your own business people!!!

Manager never available you raise the rent when we had covid not able to use amenities. Would not recommend wish I could move.

I started living there and the office was closed due to covid-19.Trying to get in application was extremely hard, when I finally got my application in another 45 days I was then denied.if you get denied from this place then you automatically are trespassed so now I cannot see my wife or kids.If you DONT like to see your family than this would be a great placeBEWARE OF THE MAINTENANCE GUY YOULL CAUSE PROBLEMS IF YOU GET ON HIS BAD SIDE WILL LOOK FOR ANYTHING TO START PROBLEMS.I REALLY WISH THIS PLACE WILL CHANGE THEIR POLICY SO I CAN SEE MY WIFE AND KIDS.

Good community to live in. We have family there and they are happy with the service. We had to go to the office for help while our family was in the hospital and we were treated very well and the property management was helpful and made everything convenient for us. Great place!

If you’re any color other than white, prepared to hate your life while living here. Norma will do anything she can to make sure you get kicked out ASAP!You OWN your own manufactured home and you rent the lot from her, but you can’t do anything to your home that you want to do! I’m renting my lot for the price an apartment would be and I still can’t have a fence or a garage, even if I have enough room!Prepared to get a notice from her about literally everything!Oh and apparently you can’t have dogs off leash around here, yet I’ve seen her little chihuahua running around constantly! I was told to repaint my home or I would be kicked out, it was raining and storming nonstop for 3 weeks straight. How did she expect me to paint it? Sorry that mud splashed up onto my plastic home and you declared it needed to be painted!Pathetic, I wouldn’t recommend this place to absolutely anybody. For the same price, just go rent an apartment!Oh yeah and I will add how dirty their pool is. It’s never properly kept clean! No cover for it, ducks are always swimming in it at night time.The whole thing is filthy!

Lived here many years ago. Clean, well maintained mobile home park. Lot fees got kinda high. Friendly neighborhood. Many are retired, but there are still some families.

Managment very friendly and accommodating. Grounds and pool kept very clean!

I would enjoy this place more when we visit loved ones if it wasnt for the outrageously vicious speed bumps. They are a hazard even when you are going a reasonable speed. Neighborhood seems decent overall though, peoples places seem pretty well kept and groomed.

Staff and landlords are great. Neighbors can be scary. Crime is common unfortunately. With sufficient security this could make a decent home.

People who live here are too nosey, i mean no offense to the people who live here but you cant have visitors without people thinking your selling drugs.

The lot fee has become extraordinarily too high to the point where you cant sale even if you have a perfect low sale price, nobody wants to pay $657 for a lot fee! The pool is never taken care of correctly. For how much people are paying there are zero upgrades the electrical meters arent correct the heat distribution in the winter is astronomical Im paying more than I did for my five bedroom home that was 5000 ft.². These are type of things it should be taking care of that have never been taken care of. The new playground area is ridiculous its sucks . They took out everything that was fun the basketball court. The bench for parents to sit while they watch their children play its still a rock zone and not woodchips. Theres so much that can be done specifically when its the highest charged lot fee out of any Park in Utah

I am rating based only on location & looks. Looks nice, & seems safe because its in a good area.

This community is nice and clean but the cost is very expensive to be a mobile home and the gas is also very expensive and has a large problem of Parking space the has a contract with a company called Guillermo blanco towing that takes the cars even if it is well parked That because they are not visitors is dumb the for a house that only want them to have 2 cars in each home should make the parking lot bigger and let the residents park in the parking without restrictions.
