Great instructors! Fun atmosphere! Safety and cleanliness. Instructors are very supportive and encouraging to the kids no matter what level the kids are at developmentally.
The new practice time is what has really committed us to spending the money on these programs. The extra membership benefit was a great addition. The amount of classes and ability to do make ups is awesome. The texting communication is super helpful. Ms Katie and Ms Courtney run the gym so well. My daughter talks about them all the time.
Our birthday experience could not have been better. The staff never stopped moving and each child was made to feel special. Everyone was commenting about how much fun the party was and I agree completely. The staff was so professional. I never had to lift a finger - they were on top of everything. Miss Courtney has great leadership skills and the team that ran the party were well trained. Miss Lizzie had the best personality and ran the sessions with great enthusiasm. I had not met Miss Abby before, but she assisted the others with safety in mind.I could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend the Little Gym to others.
The Little Gym staff are amazing!! Having parent survival night every Friday is so helpful as a parent. I know my kids are going to have a good time and my husband and I get a break. Please, please, please keep this up if possible. The new PSN hours are perfect. 5:30-9 pm. They take care of my kids so well and think of everything. Much love to the Foothill location.
We love the passion the teachers have for what they do! The variety of classes is amazing and has suited our kiddo well. Miss Courtney has been able to make specific recommendations for my kid based on his physical and mental status and skill, which has helped us move up in classes. We also love the variety of events that Members have access to, as well as the PSN - which is such a great program!! [Although we prefer the later time rather than the new earlier time - with traffic and getting off work around 5 or 530 it is more stressful to get him there now.] The camps are amazing for when he doesnt have school - we love the themed variety and times that it is offered. I dont think I have anything negative to say about The Little Gym @ Foothill!
My family loves going to little gym for so many reasons: building self confidence, listening skills, and social skills among a few. The staff are great! They’re always excited to see the kids and make it such a fun experience. I trust them, and they get to know every child individually. I’ve even made friends with parents at little gym. They offer so many programs and are flexible. It’s easy to make up classes if you can’t come to your regular class. I definitely recommend little gym to anyone looking for gym classes, but who also want a strong new community to join
We love this location! it is large with experienced teachers. Our daughter has taken classes, attends parents night out on Fridays and has had birthday parties here. They are always extremely professional and we love them :-)
Little Gym has been a great learning and physical experience for both of my kids. The owner and the staff care greatly about the children and have given us an amazing experience. We have been going for 5 years now and have loved every minute. I highly recommend The Foothill Little Gym.
Best place to work for! I love the unique and fun-loving work enviorment. It’s a place where you can really make a difference and also be given the opportunity to utilize your own strengths and talents. I’ve never worked for a place that really does care about it’s customers and treats them and it’s employees like family.
Sadly I love the Little Gym and Katie, such a great concept for toddlers. My 2 year old grandsons is an only child and we thought this would be a great way to socialize and learn to play, share and interact with others- however a lot of moms forget that two 19 months to 2 year olds don’t know how to verbally express themselves and tend to push, shove, bite, cry, run and etc... and these moms go crazy if their child is a recipient of toddler behavior. Me and other families have left because of these over reactive parents who probably should have their children in a less interactive environment. If your toddler is a normal non-verbalizing toddler who expresses through behavior this isn’t the place for you, unless you like being harassed by other parents. Sad.
We have a shy toddler who is also an only child. The Little Gym has helped him become more social through free play and also through structured play. He doesn’t stop talking about the friends he makes and the activities he gets to participate in. Thanks Little Gym for your great experience with children. You won’t regret signing your child(ren) up!!
We have been using the little gym for the past year since my youngest turned 3 for the parents night out. They LOVE going to the little gym. We are not members but the pricing is still so reasonable for 3.5 hours of play plus pizza dinner. Only one time were some other kids being rough and injured my littlest kid. I called to chat about it and the manager was so responsive. All of the instructors have been engaging and sweet. We love this place for parents night out!!
The Little Gym of Salt Lake City is great! The instructors are kind and patient, and have amazing rapport with the kids. The classes are age appropriate, fun, and something we look forward to each week. This is a wonderful activity for kids, and one I recommend to every new parent.
The staff was great. They did great engaging all the kids, did a great job setting up, and did clean up! Stress free as it gets and all the kids were raving afterword. Thanks Little Gym!
I really like this organization . I like how inclusive they are toward every child while working with their abilities and lack of ability. Great Program ! And the teachers are the Best very good to each child!
Everyone was so nice and fun and excited about everything. The staff was friendly and engaging. The teachers worked so well with my 3yo, individually and in the group, and he loved going every week. He learned more than just gymnastics. He learned a lot about working well with others and listening and playing in a group and just having fun. I can’t say enough about how wonderful of an experience this has been.
We were there for birthday party and my 5yo and 3yo both were mistreated by Riley -a young male employee who must hate his job and children. He accused my son as taking someone else’s toy hummer while the kids were just trying to share. Riley just took the hummer away from my son’s hand and told him he would never get his turn, instead of assessing the situation. He was in tears. At the cake table, my 3yo daughter held her hands up to get a juice for a while, but she is only 3 she gets tired and her hands were not up by the time Riley was serving. She didn’t get a cup of juice and she asked for juice. Riley replies “then you shouldn’t be touching your face” without even trying to give her juice! She ended up crying and I gave her juice. That is NOT how you treat 3 year old, and the little gym who should be expert with small children must know that they shouldn’t hire anyone who can’t handle small children appropriately. I’ve never expected that my children had to experience a bully from adult and cry at kid’s birthday party at Little Gym. My kids are still talking about “the mean guy” at Little Gym. We’d never visit there again.
Great place with appropriate activities for the different ages. My 8 month old has progressed a lot there crawling-wise, and its great for socializing too. Awesome kind and involved instructors. Pricey for one class a week, but you get quality.
I paid in advance and had an emergency out of state. On top of being in an extremely stressful situation and giving enough notice that I would not be attending they refused to refund my money. I even asked if I could use the credit towards another class later on when my circumstances had changed or use it for my niece who went and was denied. The only option was to lose my money. Very insensitive to life’s obstacles would not recommend.
Such a fantastic place! We have moved away, so we miss The Little Gym very much. The staff was friendly and always greeted the children by name. My children blossomed from shy to eager to participate because of the kindness of the instructors. All of them enjoyed their jobs and made it such a fun, memorable experience for us during the two years we attended. Thank you!
We have been going to the Little Gym for a few years now and we love it. My kids always look forward to going, they burn energy, the teachers are all so engaged and kind. Highly recommend!
My son is blossoming at The Little Gym! His love is horses and most of his activities were centered around that, but when we moved here from SoCal, he needed something through the winter that would keep him in top riding shape, his gymnastic classes are doing just that. Beyond the training, though, its been wonderful for him to have a way to meet new people and develop new friendships outside of his usual circle. I like that the classes are well-organized and kept small enough for each child to receive personal instruction. I also appreciate that the instructors take a few minutes after each class to address the parents and let us know what the kids learned that day and what skills were being built with each activity.
My niece has been coming here for a while now and she loves it. The instructors interact great with the children.
My son made so many friends and learned a great deal of confidence while gaining great motor skills. The staff is friendly and great!
How much to pay
Great team and fun program!
