I will say, this is a very nice park. Everything was clean & organized. 5 stars hereWell done on this part..I called the # listed & got a recording saying they would return the call, leave name & #! It also said to visit their website. No returned call have I gotten!! Regardless of the situation, the POLITE thing to do is call ppl back..This right here tells me a lot! In otherwords, it tells me all I need to know.

Great place to live. I have to say Mrs. Dawn is the best landlord a tenant could ask for. Me and my wife have lived here for almost 2 years and I dont think we could of found a better park to live in. Thanks Mrs. Dawn & OAKLAND MEADOWS LLC.

This is a really great place to live, the neighborhoods is always in top shape, the manager of the property is very nice, if you have any type of issue she get back to you in a timely matter, she keeps the community informed with everything going on in the park, great place to be if you have a family.

Came out to see a house on Howell today. Nice neighborhood, quiet, nothing but friendly faces. The office lady, Dawn, was the absolute sweetest most down to earth person. Ive went to around 4-5 different places this past week to look at places for rent. Oakland Meadows stuck out the most. The neighborhood was very clean, even the dumpster area. Super shocked by that. Every neighbor that was outside smiled and waved. Very warming neighborhood!

Clean, respectful, family-friendly, no drama, quite, kids play freely, very nice! Visited a friend over holidays, family been there couple years no complaints.

Its poorly run. They want your rent but dont take care of thier properties. They have dumpsters that are absolutely disgusting.
