I bought a house from Fleetwood Homes through American Homes of Rockwell. I would have been better off staying homeless in my car. I’ve had so many problems but nobody wants to correct them. I couldn’t use either of my showers the first few months of living in my “brand new home”. Fleetwood Homes has had to come fix multiple things Rockwell Homes did incorrectly and they travel all the way from Virginia. Rockwell Homes is literally right around the corner from me and I can’t even get them to answer the phone. I DO NOT recommend buying a home through them.

No complaints about my home just the coustomer service and the communication felt like I was never told about what and when things were going to happen always had to call and get awnsers. After we closed on the house I have yet to hear anything from them about how we like the home or of there are any issues every time I call to find out when they are coming to do finish grading around my house they either dont awnsers or tell me to bare with them I am assuming starting another job is more important than finishing one I recommend fleetwood homes just not this buying from these folks

Very nice and helpful. Made sure we knew everything before doing anything. Helped us understand a lot more on owning a home and moving it and ect.

My fiancee and I were interested in the Tryon but it had been sold, the salesmans allowed us to look at other homes. The hospitality was amazing and they invited us to come back. The salesman said if you want the Tryon we would come build it on site, same price, safer, and easier on the contractors on your land. We were thrilled, But, the most nice part was he said if we decided on another home somewhere else bring the price and they would beat it! Awesome place to shop for a home! My house has been set up since December 31st 2016 and I found tons of items to be fixed via the warranty and other people. They claim people at champion homes are the problem but in reality once they get their money they are done with you. I have been waiting since house was built to get warranty work done and keep getting excuses after another. Dont do business with them!!!!

Very shady place

Bought a modular home from a h of Rockwell in 2008 my roof is leaking shingles falling off, have called many times just to hear the owner say that the warranty is thru the manufacture not him but he claims hes going to fix it yet has not done so yet,no this has been going on since December 2012 I also called manufacture and they say its on a h of Rockwell but some one will call me back but no one has yet so dont buy a home from this place if you want a piece of mind in your warranty because johnny the owner does not stand by what he sales or says
