Needed some Chalk Paint for a DIY Project that I was working on for my sister. So I went to the one place that I knew would have it at an affordable price and they didnt disappoint. I ended up purchasing this craftsmart premium chalk paint in Midnight Blue.

Micheals for me is like a smaller version of Hobby Lobby. Some of their deals were good must mostly I found most of their products to be over priced. Its ok, they had some cute stuff in for the fall but honestly I dont see how they can compete with stores like big lots for home decor. They did have very specific stuff for sewing, art, jewelry making etc but it all seemed pricey.

Very quaint arts and craft store nestled on the end of a shopping center. Wide range of items from miniture clothes pins to candle wicks. Great mark down items can be found her. Nice $1.50 selection to select from thats useful. Great customer service and helpful.

The initial coupon program plus the sale on the candles got me!!!!!!!! 4 large size candles totaled 23 bucks. Im going back today says the man of the house!!!!!!!! SORRY BATH AND BODY WORKS

I love shopping at Michaels to buy crafting materials and even little home decor trinkets from time to time. They have great products and the store is well laid out. During my last visit, I had an absolutely terrible customer experience, but that has not been the norm for me in the past, so Ill gladly give this store a chance to redeem itself. :)

Long checkout line...couldnt get to the where I needed due to the long line of ppl.

Great selection of items. Affordable. I feel that the staff could use a little training on their content, as I am often in need of something, but as I tell them what it is, they have no idea what Im talking about. I taught three employees what a French curve was. It was kind of embarrassing...

They always have a big variety of items. I can help with a school project, of just replenish art supplies. Theres usually a great sale on things like baskets or bins so I can organize supplies.

Love visiting this Michaels. They usually have a very good stock in everything (if they don’t they usually can tell you when they will receive more). All the employees are friendly and willing to help if needed. The store is always clean and very well organized, even during the chaos of a huge sale.

This is a smaller Michaels. There is no fabric section and a limited sewing department.

The staff was unaware where or if they had what I was looking for....after searching, found it ! Couldnt believe that she was that unfamiliar with the stock in the store. Nothing bad to say about Michaels. They always have great sales. And you can not argue the appreciation they have for vets and teachers allowing a 10% discount. Unlike some of the competition.

We love going here. They have awesome items for our artsy family.

They were ok BUT there were not as much savings as I expected.

I used to come here for acrylic paint and go to hobby lobby for oil paint. Then for some reason they stopped carrying almost everything! Even their new brand of acrylic paint. My son also cant find the markers he used to love from here. Honestly, I try to save my art shopping for either my Raleigh trip (Jerry Arterama) or for my trips to Concord Mall (AC Moore, better selection and discounts). I will keep coming for the occasional item and to browse.

Although I didnt find exactly what I was looking for, it wasnt because Zach and Beth didnt try. Both employees stopped what they were doing to help me find a particular pack of green cardstock. Zach even suggested I look online then gave me a code for free shipping. When I did go to checkout, Susan helped me with a discount I wasnt aware of; saving me another $10!! I couldnt ask for better help then Zach, Beth, and Susan!

Just not as good as Hobby Lobby and doesnt promote a Christian atmosphere.

They have a riding buggy so I can shop and take my time and buy stuff! They also have 50% often! Very friendly.

They never have any good vinyl. EVER!!!

Love Michaels! Expensive, but they have a great variety and if they dont have it in store there is always online. Coupons on the app are always nice and the people are super helpful. They will walk around the store with you and help you find what you need.

Disappointed but for one reason there a micro Michaels and dont carry the item I was looking for. Other than that customers come first and plenty of help assisting your needs for arts and crafts.

The story is always pretty well kept but I always have a hard time finding employees to help with items that are locked up in the back. Normally I have to go up to the front to get someone. But you can apply multiple coupons at checkout from their website which is nice. Also they do coupon matching from hobby lobby.

I come here when my kiddo has a school project or Halloween is coming up. Other that that I just cruise by if were in the area. Just browsing. Sometimes I get something sometimes I dont. Im usually checking out the baking and cake decorating area.

Everytime I go Yvonne takes her time to help me find exactly what Im looking for even if it means walking to opposite sides of the store a couple times to make sure Ive explored all my options when I was looking for the best yarn to crochet my first baby blanket.

Theres nothing you cant find in this store. Its a wonderful place if you love arts and crafts. I rate this place 5 stars . Great customer service as well.

Bought a Cricut Maker. Was supposed to get a coupon book with value up to $200 and were given IOU for it and to call back. Did so and were told we couldnt be accomodated. Would not have bought this from here if we had known the coupons wouldnt have come with it. Not happy with Michaels at all.

Staff avoided us the entire time, then asked about the price match policy and was told they didnt price match walmart or amazon even though both are listed as competitors they price match. Drove 20 mins just to deal with attitude and lazy employees
