Anthony is always helpful and pleasant. Excitingly awaiting to be a resident. Wanting to be back home to MD near our family
We have lived here for 2years and continue to enjoy our space. The staff are very friendly and respond to our needs in a timely manner.
I love living here. The location and scenery is great! Very affordable considering the atmosphere and location. Everywhere else in Salisbury is super expensive, plain and outdated and I love that they cater to your income. Everything is energy efficient as well so my electric bills are very affordable. Highly recommend these if your looking for an apartment
This Apartment Complex was designed for Artists and those that enjoy the craft of being partakers of its Beauty. It was so needed in Salisbury as the property was enriched with class and honor again in the middle of the downtown area on the waterfront and we welcomed it as a subsidy style affordable housing base to those that qualify. These apartments are beautiful and management has nothing but quality and class for their selection of decor and residents. This review is met with honesty and wish more management companies would invest in the same ambiance within the Salisbury Waterfront Area.Sincerely,Carla Richardson
The apartments are great, very nice. But its honestly not worth it due to management. I have seen them throw people out on their asses with not a care in the world. Yes it seems all good but they dont assess repairs and if they do its never on time. Horrible communication, theres no order to anything, and just horrible management all around. Everyone has an attitude and seems like its such a burden to do their jobs. No bias here, just ask the other residents. It was a great place until the new community manager was hired. I would never live here again and I hope that they can save the community by hiring better management. If your dealing with people you have to have a better attitude.
Nice apartments and very affordable BUT management is awful. They are rude, unprofressional and violent. Management alone degrades the entire complex. Lived there over a year and paid rent online just to avoid talking to the staff. Attitudes toward the residents were unbelievable. They treat the mailman better than they treat residents. Paying more to live somewhere is definitely worth it. Living in Rivers Edge was the worst decision I ever made. It was all smoke and mirrors.
The apartments are nice and decent price but DO NOT rent if you have children!! There is no family atmosphere. Half the residents are old grumps that need to live in a retirement community. Every time someone new comes in the office, rules change. They expect kids to only be in small playground area. Over 60 kids live there but see less than 10 outside and those kids are subjected to ignornant adults who think they can tell them where they can be and not.
There nice apartments, but management is really bad....... They sent us invoices for trash bag that werent even ours, rent late fees for no reason. Management they are never are friendly whenever you need something to get fixed, even when you go in the office to pay your rent. And they also posted a sign saying if you pay on the 5th is late, my understanding is if you pay on the 5th its still good as long as office is open when you pay, not in the drop box. I hope they fix those issues for such nice apartments! Everything got a little better when Cindy started working there but the other employees still need to improve.
Beautiful apartments, the new staff is great and the views and amenities are amazing for the price!
Awesome place
