Family of four with kids age 8 and 10 and we had a fantastic time! The kids surprised me by being really into it and wanting selfies with almost all the vehicles. The volunteers were not only engaging they were extremely outgoing making it a great customer service experience. We got a guided tour by an expert on the collection and we learned so much! The park of museums/collections has dozens of attractions and we got in for 10 bucks, ate packed lunches and spent a little more on optional activities. We cant wait to go again!
If you love old trucks, the history of trucks or anything else about trucks you need to go!
Attended a Scout Camporee here and enjoyed the museum. Im not into trucks as a hobby but even I enjoyed seeing all the vintage trucks. The volunteers were great!
Beautifully restored vehicles, steam powered behemoths, models, antiques...this place has it all.
MASSIVE collection of trucks, some over 100 years old. Incredible history you can walk up to and see.
Great old and antique rebuilt/refurbished trucks.
This is such a great place to explore the past.
Great family fun lots to do and see for everyone
I dont think they had enough Staff to tell you more about the trucks if you are a person who wants to know more about them. Or if you would have questions about the year or if you can go in and see to see the interior... but there was no one available for that.
Great place to see Dont miss this
Great displays well worth the money!
Everything is independantly owned and based off donations. Donations are how this place improves. Also makes for a good tax write off.
Great place to learn about the history of Trucking and Trucks in general. All run by volunteers that know there stuff. Loved the Truck Show in August that shows everything from antique to working trucks and everything inbetween. Some of the displays are one of a kind. Perfect for the whole family.
Stop by. It is worth it. Also if you enjoy historical vehicles, make time for the Oregon Steam Up. Worth it.
They are having the Great Steam Up and Quilt Show this weekend Aug 4th and 5th.Powerland Heritage Park has over 10 museums with tons of oldtime moble vehicles of all kinds. This includes various types of tractors. It is all volunteer run.
Very interesting display of antique and semi modern (1940s to 1980s) trucks. Very helpful and knowledgeable volunteer docents.
Great place to learn some truck history. Very nicely done.
Love old trucks! Its what helped build this country
Great automotive, truck and equipment museum.
Excellent Museum, had a great time with the toddler
Fascinating look into the history of trucking in the GNW!
Excellent!.....beautiful new building.....a journey through the history of trucking......and other museums on site (Caterpillar, John Deere, logging. Car & motorcycle, etc.)
We toured the Museum in July of this year. They have a large selection of Vehicles that brought back a lot of fond memories. It was well worth the trip from Virginia to Oregon. Sorry we could not stay for the American Truck Historical Societys Show.Don & Carol Landes
