Moved here after loosing my wife, it’s been a hard adjustment and my house felt too big and empty. I love being part of community where I can keep busy and so many choices of things to do. It’s nice to have people my age I can talk to and go places with. Thanks to the mangers for making the move in easy and painless.

Big thanks to Jay and Tara for being able to quickly answer my questions. It’s nice to have managers who actually listen and explain. They’re so polite, and understanding.

He managers helped me design a new custom house for us both. Now that the kids moved out it’s our turn to have a house built for our needs. I never realized so many choices are available. We don’t get to move in, until September, but we’re looking forward to living at Sun Dial, we already met a few of our soon to be neighbors and the management has shown us the recent changes and things coming soon.

I love living at Sun Dial, it was worth waiting for a great home in a beautiful community. I am finally enjoying my retirement. The managers have been lovely and I have great neighbors, so much to do, I am never bored.

The big lady at the front counter lacked professionalism and was extremely rude and arrogant. Im glad that she was rude. My friend left living there as all of the amenities have been closed with no notice. A foreign investment corporation just purchased this ramshackle old park and they are tearing down a lot of structures and waiting for their permit from the city to change this place. Dont listen to Tara and Arts babble. They know nothing.

Love living at Sun Dial, such a beautiful community and so much to do. All the shopping and restaurants are right here. Management has been so helpful during COVID and doing their best to keep everyone safe.

A new custom home is being built for us, could not have gone smoother. SunDial and First Commercial have been great, getting us the house we always wanted. They took the time to understand what we needed, and we cant wait to be living in our new home at such a lovely park.

New management has been excellent. Management has been very responsive, kind, and friendly. Were looking forward to seeing all the great things to come. Tara could not have been nicer.

I was always worried about moving to a 55+ community. I was afraid it would just feel old. But at SunDial, we noticed our lives are just getting started. We cant wait to see all changes and updates. Its a great place to live, and we highly recommend it if you are looking for an active 55+ lifestyle.

My sister lives here, and we came to visit her for her birthday. SunDial is a beautiful community. Were looking at homes they have for sale and may consider moving here too. Its such a great location close to the store and restaurants we love. Were looking forward to seeing if we can find a home at SunDial and be closer to family.

We bought a home in this park to be moved and weve had nothing but a nightmare with the management Tara she is very rude uncooperative self-centered, condescending.I would not recommend anyone anyone purchase a home in this park as long as she is the manager.We are in the process of getting that home moved but she would not work with us on the paperwork or anything else for that matter why on Earth they have such a rude woman working in management in an office in this park is beyond me. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with this woman being a former manager for 30 years that she is the most unprofessional rudest uncooperative woman Ive ever met.

The company was bought up by vulture capitalists in July and fired the wonderful manager we had. Now, a very unprofessional and offensive woman runs the park (Tara) and she says she wants to weed everyone out so they can make higher profits. Taras husband seems nice but its clear hes totally henpecked and afraid to say or do anything. Shes rude and dismissive and her karma is going to get the best of her, as will the vultures. This company and their reps seem to have very bad control issues and have targeted this park. If you are thinking about living here with an uncertain future, I would hope you heed my advice and run for your life. It is not worth it with their insipid controlling rules and the parks bulldog control freak.

Fat, older lady at the front each rude and condescending. She was unprofessional, rude, dismissive and look entitled. Whats wrong with their management. They goofed in a desperate rage from profits over ethics.

The lady at the front office is rude and spiteful. Dont move here.
