The actors were very cool. The first old man in the cemetery was very nice to me and related to me, he told me to be brave and let him know how it went. It went great, sir! And then the girl at the reception desk for the hotel was super nice to me and gave me a cockroach! I love my cockroach, it’s very cute. She even walked with us for a minute. I would like to be her friend. Finally, the clown guy at the end cornered my friend for hitting me, which I really appreciated. He was super cool and I would also like to be his friend. It was a great experience overall and the costumes were epic!

I got to talking with security about how they feel like this year is better for kids..... Im a seasoned actor that being said this haunt was fantastic for all the CDC rules and they did a great job their improv could not have been better they did a phenomenal job for what theyre working with I greatly appreciate this haunt and hope to go back next year. 3 hour drive, totally worth it

Loved it! Seriously worth the admission price. You can tell the owners care and put love into their haunted attraction. The actors took their time and made each experience unique and personable. Loved the atmosphere they created and technology they used. This was way better then a haunted house off an exit! (Not naming names but 13). Very excited to see what happens next year. Already decided to make a trip from Florida to see the advancements made. Keep up the great work!

Haunted house itself was very well put together and the scenes were very intriguing and didn’t look like they were just thrown together. And the staff was very nice and welcoming. I know a lot of people complain about haunted houses having “rude staff” I’m not one to complain about that because it is a haunted house after all. Highly recommend this one and can’t wait to go back in the future!

Had a great time here. They changed it up from last year and was very good. We drove to one in Flint that was the exact same as last year and even with timed tickets they were very unorganized! Shorter drive, better haunt,better price right here in Saginaw!

Great customer service!!! This is our 2nd year going, and we really enjoyed the interaction with the owner, staff and actors. Screen drops and back grounds were great, and you can tell they put a lot of time an effort in trying to make each year better our group of 6 glad that we made this our last stop

The worst haunted attraction Ive been to. The actors dialogue was absolutely terrible. Most of the actors asked us stupid questions as part of their act. Half of the rooms you walk through have no actors and it kinda feels like youre on your own. Ive paid half the money for twice the experience with other similar attractions in the area. Im really quite surprised at the positive reviews people are giving this place because the neighborhood is scarier than the attraction.

So, if you purchase your tickets online they send you to a different line than the line for people who purchase tickets at the venue. They claim the lines move at a rate of 2-to-1. Lets just say that its more like 4-to-1, if not worse. Then a guy takes his family to the front of the line and hands the employee a $20 bill. That started a shouting match with a different gentleman in line. The guy with the cash was sent right into the factory. Very sad to see.

Okay so i dont think it was worth 20 bucks the place is cool sorta scary and i had a fun time i gave it 3 stars and not 5 is because I had a great time but too much money and the scares werent that great no jump scares and some of the acters just didnt even try they just sat there

Very little workers around.. you could tell a lot of the workers werent in the designated spot that they were supposed to be.. met maybe 6 actors and it was over in less than 10 minutes and that was withnus going the wrong way and exiting the building twice.

No jump scares, no monsters in any of the rooms. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Keep this haunt on your radar. The set detail alone, is perfect. Cant wait to see when they expand to other floors. Ive been in the haunt industry for over 20 years and Im impressed!

Great friendly and scary place

It was a fun haunt. A little long in line but not horrible. Maybe on busier nights they have something playing on the monitor in line to keep people entertained. 3D was interesting and different from other haunts weve been to. Overall would recommend.

If I could rate this a 0 star, I would. You pay for a time slot and you still end up waiting 2 hours after your time slot. Go to the ROTTEN MANOR OR EXIT 13!! To make it clear I was still waiting in line while post this!

One of the worst haunted houses we’ve been to. We got there the line seemed short but we waited almost 3 hrs to get in, between every group it’s a 15 min gap which is insane. Thinking that the wait was forever because they must do cool skits inside or something but they didn’t and it sucked! Got there at 8:30 didn’t go home till 12:15am and again the line wasn’t very long...

Not sure why people are giving this place such poor reviews. I went with a friend on 10/18/19 and thoroughly enjoyed myself! The costumes and makeup were well done, I had fun with the actors, the 3D part at the end was really cool to walk through. My only complaint would be that I walked into the chain at the beginning of the VIP line because there wasnt anyone there and my eyes hadnt adjusted so I didnt see it (but thats not a big deal). My coworker was curious if she should send her teenager and Im going to tell her absofreakinglutely! So glad I went!!!!!

I had high hopes for this place. The space was nice. The actors were only ok, maybe they tried too much. More pushy than scary. Going to come back for other events though because I see the potential. The 3D part was dope though, wish it was longer.

This place is great! and its different every time you go through. People are complaining about the wait time, but 60 minutes is nothing compared to 2-3 hours at other places. definitely recommend

Great props and actors. Fee wasn’t terrible. Not incredibly scary but great place to take older kids or for the more timid. Would of rated this higher but Line was wayyyy to slow. We were expecting a short line and waited over an hour due to an additional line indoors, which has its perks, but unexpected. It would be to see this haunt succeed but some kinks still need ironed out. Been twice this year, was nice to see some additions added quickly and has some unique experiences. They’re definitely working hard to become a great haunt and have amazing potential.

Wasn’t worth the 20 bucks I would say 10 maybe 15 bucks. At the end The workers say they treat it as a rated R setting, there isn’t anything posted staying this. Language needs to be thought about something can really get taken the wrong way. Other than that the props looked good in the areas.

Honestly very disappointing I was super excited about the thought of the Dark themed Christmas Ive always said Im cool with getting rid of Christmas and just having another Halloween but this was not worth $20/person to start it was only one floor so we were in and out in 15 Minutes there were no where near enough people maybe 12 and they didnt really act scary at all maybe 3 of them actually tried and they were very pushy about getting you in and out they had so many empty rooms that were decorated but no people there was no gore at all but the one guy told me I was going to get a dead baby head for Christmas which I really dont think they should ever say something like that to anyone because Ive lost 2 babies and suffer from PTSD They separated our group into 2 groups of 3 but honestly it was so bad we talked about going back in from the back way after the other half of our group came out to show them what scary really is

I would love to get a refund, first ever haunted house, I am easily scared, jumpy all the time, and I didn’t jump once....tbh if I can not be scared going through then no one else will be. I was really excited waiting an hour thinking this has to be good! Only to be disappointed. And my wee seasoned bf (been to hundreds of haunted houses) kept apologizing at how mediocre it was. And how he will make up our scary date night to us. The only scary part of this entire thing is the hood location. I was scared of being mugged coming out of the building at the end.

This was so amazing the jump scares and the 3D part I loved it and wasn’t super scary I went with 2 first timers and It was a great experience and sooo worth 20$
