I AM MORE THAN LIKELY GOING TO MOVE MY 5TH WHEEL INTO SUNRISE AS LONG AS I KNOW THE POOL WILL STAY CLEAN AND OPEN !!! I HAVE A DISABLED DAUGHTER THAT NEEDS A POOL FOR PHYSICAL THEREPY !!! IM NOW PARKED AT SAFFORD RV AND I DONT LIKE THE ATMOSPHERE, THE MANAGER OR THE LACK OF TREES !!!!

I have been trying to call in possibilities of getting a place but no one knows how to answer their phone or even return calls. I live 3hrs away so i cant canjust go up and talk to them. I plan on moving and they are one of the few rentals. I call in the mornings during weekdays so they should answer. Guess customer service really isnt important.

Very nice office staff... they returned my phone call as I was walking through the office door.. the land with a small lake reminds me of a place called Litchfield Park around Goodyear, Arizona. Hope to be living there soon.

Looks like a rough neighborhood. Lived there about 15 years ago. Definitely not the same place. Trashy looking. Yards look like hell. Carports stacked with stuff, looking like storage units. We wouldve been fined for our lots looking like that, or given letters of eviction. Standards have definitely dropped.

Really appreciate how quickly the manager returns calls and how quickly they get anything fixed that isnt working, best management Ive received since Ive moved to Safford

Really ghetto! I’ll live there only if I had no other choice. I was told that children were not allowed to run around unsupervised but that’s a lie! There’s a big gang of kids that run around people’s yards like if it’s their space. Also vandalizing the storage units nearby. Then there was this lazy couple who would take their dogs to poop in the alley and other people’s yards and not clean it up! And to top it off the maintenance will give you the run around when it comes to trying to get things fixed. Oh also there are these vehicles that like to speed through the trailer park each night blaring loud music until 4 in the morning not letting people sleep. Also cops all the time! The cops should live here! There’s always something happening and cops looking for losers. Also the tweakers from Hollywood drive like to hide here when cops are after them. Sunrise looks nice at first but it’s truly not

Its a great place to. Live or just spend the summer it has lots of things to do close 2 the rivers has a pool hotbed.and a duckpond indoors rec.room

Nice place. All newly remodeled homes. Staff is friendly. Pool has been redone. Nice pond area. Close to town. Close to the river.

Its a fairly nice place to live. Reasonable rent. And family friendly.

I lived here for around 10 years. It is one of the better trailer parks in the area. (Which is pretty sad). While living here we were robbed twice. The park expects you to keep your yard very clean and will send out notices for ridiculous things, however the properties they maintain are full of weeds and trash. They continue to raise their lot rent every year (Which I do understand inflation) but the amount paid should reflect the upkeep of their park. The pool is not something I would swim in and the large grassy area with the ponds should at least be accessible to families and perhaps have something like a park because it is a colossal waste of space. I dont think Id choose to live there again.

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Prices are good.

Nothing. Place is trashy. Mobile homes are in sad shape. Some RVs have acquired trash in their sites. The only nice part Is the pond as you drive in.

It is over all and good place to stay on temp basis. As for the owner(s), I not met them.
