I stopped for the night in my camper van. This is primarily a long term park for very large trailers and mobile homes, but they had a space for me. Each of the 3 times I called the manager (to reserve, when I arrived, and for help with the bathroom lock) they answered the phone and helped. The bathroom facilities were small and kind of limited but most of the residents probably dont need them. The community was extremely quiet, and many of the spaces were customized and decorated. Probably not the best place for overnight travelers passing through, but overall it seemed like a very appealing place for long term residents.
I clean my sister yard, but those pine needles are hard to clean up with all the rocks there! Other than that its a beautiful place there for someone to live there I have advance people.
The old owner passed away, her daughter took ownership and is running this place into the ground. Use to be an affordable and great community. New owner has raised rent significantly and forced my grandparents to find housing elsewhere. Pot lucks and other events use to be free and she is now charging people to attend these events, let alone the monthly calendars cost a fee. Absolutely sad. This use to be an awesome place for the elderly to connect and enjoy a quiet community but this new owner is really destroying this little place. As of 2020 I’d highly encourage people to seek 55+ housing elsewhere! She will empty your pockets if you move here.
This is a really really nice place been here for 4 months and enjoy everything it has to offer
Lovely landscaping!Still meeting the neighbors. Nice quiet place especially for us old folks!
I enjoy shopping at my local grocery stores.
Great RV Park! Quiet friendly people. Definitely will be back.
Ok
Wasn’t aware that one year ago by mistake I rated this beautiful place with one star ️, not sure how this happened but I just wanted to say we’ve been here 3 years and we’re super happy here we even discussed moving here permanently one day ️️️️️️️️️️️️ very proud of all the women that work here in the office or outside keeping this place, very safe and beautiful!!Thanks a million !!!!
This is a well-maintained mobile home park with a small area for RVs, most of whom appear to be long-term residents. Everything was extremely neat and tidy. Restrooms were immaculate, and there was a laundry room and an exercise room. My only complaint was the tightness of the campsite...very difficult to manuever into it with a 35-foot fifth wheel.
Great place for 55 & older, especially if your downsizing and can follow community rules.
Lexington Pines is an awesome place. Residents are quite friendly. The park itself is very clean and well kept.
It’s a great place to live. Quiet, close to shopping, hospital. Good neighbors, within a mile to downtown, fifteen minute drive to Roper Lake State Park, and more!
