Wonderful and relaxing! Private sauna, hot tub, heated tile nap bed area is so tranquil! Also, the service and massage was amazing!

Massages are out of this world. Great service

Very upsetting experience. My wife is 11 weeks pregnant so they recommended a body scrub treatment since they cannot do massages in the 1st trimester. Upon arriving, all they seemed to care about was their liability. When she went into the room, the therapist did not get the memo that she was pregnant and called the manager in. Why do they make you fill out the forms if they don’t give them to the therapist? The manager than said “ We don’t usually do treatments for anyone in their first trimester” and said “you filled out the liability release form, right”. This made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. Especially since the body scrub was their recommendation when we booked. They went ahead with the treatment, but from that point on, relaxation was out the window and it was an aweful experience for her. When she finished she told that manager how it was impossible to relax after what happened and all she received was a half hearted “I’m sorry”. So disappointing they would put someone through this at a hotel like the Westin. They are clearly not concerned with pleasing the customer, just covering their rears. If they would have handled it better, I would consider giving them another chance, but unfortunatey they handled it horribly. Bottom line - I recommend looking elsewhere for a spa experience.

This spot is close to my home. Its my favorite place to go to for a massage. I always go early to unwind and spend at least a half hour in the relaxation room before my treatment. On occasion, I order a mimosa.

This visit restored my faith in Lalé! Im still disappointed that the relaxation room has changed and the warmed steps are gone, but Catherinecwas wonderful!

I had the relaxing massage and it was. I went to sleep. Completely out. Perfect! You will want to bring a bathing suit to access the hot pool and sauna because the facility in coed.

My facial was not very good. She touch my face so gentle it was uncomfortable. The stream room wasnt working.

Just chilling with my tea and my phone. Finally time to answer my messages without being interupted. Beautiful grounds and Im totally being spoiled!
