Not too many good sales this black Friday. I went in to buy a small amount of elastic and they were out of stock. How in the world does that happen? I usually love Michaels but for some reason, for the first time ever, I walked out of the store with no purchase. They have always been a good store in the past so I do plan to patronize the store in the future. :)

As with any Michaels this one has a weird layout with poor signage. I do appreciate the steps they are taking during quarantine to keep people safe (monitoring closely how many people are inside).

I was going to have a flag framed. They wanted $473 and change. I bought a frame and 2 pieces of matting I guess it was called for $70 something and saved $400. What a ripoff custom framing is! No wonder Michaels has big sakes on custom framing ALL the time and this was 60% off. Co.e on Michaels get your act together!!!

This Michaels is clean and generally well stocked. They do participate in the buy online/pick up in store feature which is incredibly convenient. The only downside here is the lines. Anytime their is a sale, or even during peak hours, the lines can get insanely long and slow. Best to go morning/early afternion during the week.

Judy the cashier was so helpful! Not only was her customer service exceptional, but she also helped me save 20% off my purchase. I will definitely be coming back because of her.

Their store has a great variety of supplies in whatever your purview or fortay. Their spectrum of supplies consist of arrays which span from the beginner to the professional. In categories like tshirt design, drawing, painting, woodworking, jewelery, model landscaping, glasswork, and the list goes on.Their staff is friendly and efficient. Stop in and check them out for a multitude of your Artistic needs and wants.

Its an awesome art-craft material store. Getting artisan color paints. Range of white blank items to decorate. The store updates seasonal theme sales.

This store is amazing, it has all of the things I needed and the 3 representatives that I asked for help from were all pleasant and very helpful to the best of their abilities. The store is also very well kept and the items are very organized.

Love going into Michaels. But some items the website says are in store are already gone. An employee told me the website us updated every 3 days.

Michaels has moved on Truxel over to where Target is across the street. It is packed full of products and lots of people to help you find what you need, which I did.

Nice and cool to beat the heat. I was there looking for stickers but couldnt find a duck sticker that was disappointing.

My daughter loves this place. We literally go like once a week. Im not too crazy about their rewards program because I never see any. Maybe Im missing something. It would be helpful if the 40% coupon from your last purchase came up when you put your phone number in but it doesnt. But overall store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

It was ok. Just not my store I usually go to. Dont like the mandatory face mask policy,when I dont have that at other Michaels store. Again I understand the reasoning behind it,just dont like it much.

Good store. Good customer service. But small inventory and they do not carry much for scrapbooking/mix media… They also have a Cindy Farri very small selection and stamps and craft material as in Diecut and embossing folders And a even smaller section of embossing material…

I must say while they were very helpful in the past, I felt greatly offended that while we approached the door at one minute before closing they had shooed us away.We had even told them we were seeking one item. Our shopping involved only folding paper and nothing more; no pencils, staples, etc., only paper.Very disappointed in their behavior.

Clean store, the staff are super friendly and actually quite funny. They also have very nice bathrooms. Their craft selection and organization are very nice, its not hard to find what youre looking for. Just be prepared to leave with more than you anticipated.

The new location is bigger. They still need more people available at the front registers. The people that work at the back of the store in Custom Framing are awesome. Patient, understanding, not a hard sell..Im going to give the people that manage the website a 3 out of 5 stars.I do wish the people that do the website would make it easier to use.The people in the store do not have access to the photos that I uploaded to the Aaron Bros. portion of the web site. I thought that the Aaron Bros portion of the website was specifically for the framing of pictures.I then had to go home and re-upload 16 photos to the Michaels portion of the web site. Then I found out that despite uploading the photos to that specific store, the photos are not printed in the store, which creates a long delay. Very frustrating when your trying to be creative, and get a large project completed.1. Upload photos.2. Order prints and buy frames for those prints.3. Wait 2 weeks.4. Try to remember which picture was meant to go with which frame.5. Install the pictures into the frames, and arrange the frames on the wall.

After a sudden passing of my father left us scrambling to get all the arrangements done in 2 days I had almost no time to get a portrait of my father for the funeral services. Lucky for me I was helped by a most patient professional and kind person Andrew who was able to get the portrait mated and framed in 2 hours instead of 24 hrs it would take even expedited.I am forever grateful Andrew, you made my grief just a bit easier to endure knowing that there are kind souls out there willing to go out of their way for another human being.

Middle of the road Michaels for me. It has the basics when youre in a pinch but the store isnt the most organized meaning you are likely going to be searching the aisles for a while looking for what you need. The stock kept is rather odd; lots of the same random products with minimal options on usual craft store products. But, it was super clean, parking was a breeze, and it has the basics!

I bought fall decorations that were on sale overall a great experience the cashier was very sweet and nice.

While it has everything for your crafting needs, its quite expensive, especially the framing. The line is incredibly slow as well, possibly because the employees move at a sloths pace. It is clean though, and thank goodness they dont beat you over the head with Christian stuff like they do at Hobby Lobby. Just remember, never ever ever ever ever go here if youre short on time because that line will kill you :-)

This Michaels recently moved from across the other shopping complex next to Ross. The new location is nicer with more parking.

I go to this Michaels- a lot! I love this place. It seems like at times there are tons of people asking if you need help and other times there are none. Im pretty self-sufficient so Im okay with that.The staff is always friendly. They had one lady who would have loud conversations on her headset about her schedule, etc. while ringing you up, but I havent seen her in a while. They are pretty pricey when you are buying materials for an entire project so I wish they would tell more people about the coupons available. Theres always a coupon online and it helps!The bathrooms are pretty dated so they look a bit rough even when they are clean. Also, no fabric here and I couldnt find thread last time I was there although I feel like there has to be some in there.

Store closing soon. Really picked over but not everything is on sale. Bought some acrylic paints that was full price. Should have gotten them online as now I see a much better price.

Store has little to no staff to help, when I waited in line for 10 minutes (they apparently only had 2 cashiers to ring on a Saturday and the line was all the way down around the side. I asked the girl at the register for what I was looking for, she told me and I asked if someone could grab it for me. She told me no and that Id have to get back in line after I got it. I had several other items, so I dont know what she couldnt have rung those up while I ran to grab the item. I left my items and did not purchase anything.

Not enough employees working. There was a line of at least 20 people with 2 registers open. No employees could be found out on the floor to assist with locating items.

This is a great place for a lot of stuff for everybody men women and children.We went for model glue and model paint as well as buttons for my pants and buttons for my ice chest. Great store great staff.

I could LIVE in Michaels, but I would be broke and hungry . Large layout and almost everything you could think of for arts and crafts. Of course, some things can get pricey, but its usually a decent deal. Helpful staff that can assist with what you are looking for majority of the time, even when its slightly outlandish.

This is my personal favorite store. It has everything a crafter could want. I love the events. Usually I hate having to talk to a cashier but the employees here are great and seem to become your best friends in an instant.

I love Michaels!! I used to work for Michaels and, honestly, it was the best job Ive ever had. And the Natomas location has very friendly employees!! I love right down the street, so Im always in there. Cant wait until more Halloween stuff comes out!!

Michaels has a great sale on Christmas decorations, and theres an added 20% off at the register (only for today). However, I was bothered by the cashier who carelessly stuffed all of my items into a shopping bag. A lot of the embellishments on my items fell off and scattered onto the counter.

Slow service, no employees to help, and extremely hot. The only positive was the framing team. They were great. Rest of the experience pretty terrible.
