They were very professional and reponded to me quickly via email. My fish arrived the next day through ups next day air. I bought a beautiful flowerhorn and would recommend them to friends.

SCAMMERS. Ive gone long enough with this situation...I tried calling Julie Tran, weve emailed her and still, no one wants to do the right thing in this matter. She did not answer her phone, she doesnt answer the emails on this matter. They tried doublecharging on shipping, when that did not work, the messed up the shipping intentionally it appears. They refuse to refund us the money we paid for fish that we never got.

Julie, Luke and team have been the best name in Flowerhorns for 10+ years now. They are the number one importer from over seas. What makes them stand out is they care for the fish, a hobbiest first and fishkeeper second. I have had 100s of my fish pass through their handa and nothing but top care has ever been given.
