The staff is extremely helpful with all of the great suggestions on the products that they sell. When the staff uses the items that they are recommending then you know theyre quality!

This isnt really a review, but does anyone know how to get in touch with the Suzies corporate office Or headquarters? Im having issues with an online order. The in store staff was just as confused as i was and were unable to help. I cant find any phone number listed as headquarters or main office. Or anybody listed as upper management.Just for the record though, I think Suzies is f××××× awsome....

Do not shop here! They sold me hand cuffs with defective safety levers on them. The levers were loose and moved freely. At the time of purchase I was told if there is anything wrong with them that I could bring them back with two weeks for an exchange or refund. When I took them back to refund their sale’s persons gave me the “all sales are final” line.

Really great appearance and customer service, I just wish they have more products and variety. Like they have no candy underwear and no ball stretchers. Its the nearest sex shop, I would hate to go elsewhere.

I had a good experience here at Suzies, staff was attentive and had knowledge of its product. I was surprised when the girl who assisted me had knowledge of male toys as well. I even overhead her speak to some others who were there and she had girl toy knowledge as well. I want to ask her on a date.

Ive always loved suzies. Its being nearby my home,its easier for me to buy it and be discreet then to order my naughty packages online. They also always have what ever Im looking for so Ive yet to complain.

Not bad, few items i cant find, or hard to find they dont stock, and everytime i try to stop for hybrid silicone/water (black n pink bottle) they are sold out?? or not in stock, or only have the super large size... but still cool place, spent skywards of 1000 this store and auburn... dont ask!! lol
