Stopped by G-Spot right before closing last night. The sales associate who helped us was fantastic. He was very straight-forward, which I appreciated because it just makes the entire experience so much easier. Anyway, he asked if we were looking for anything specific, I said yes, and he pointed to the wall of options in front of me.... and then he said “Are you looking to invest or are you looking to spend?” (Or something to that effect). I work in sales management, and I have a great amount of respect for someone who understands the difference between spending money vs investing it. So that was all he needed to say. Sold!! Still, he took the time to explain, “demonstrate”, and allow us to see exactly what we were working with. He was AMAZING. Didn’t catch his name, but wish I would have. Great experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back to this place the next time we’re in Sacramento

Great location and open late! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. If you have a question or just looking for a unique gift this is your place. I never knew there was so much to learn about lube! I also really like that they will take products out of packages and let me see it first hand. There is a wide range of items for any budget. It is clean and comfortable. You wont leave empty handed.

Way too expensive (you could find their stock on amazon sold directly by the brand for a lot less) and the male employee here carded me before I even entered the back room. Also hassled my partner and followed us the entire time. Leather gear was lack luster and there wasn’t anything that was actually FOR suspension or bondage.Really wish I felt more comfortable there because all I wanted was lube which they were selling 12$ for a 2 oz bottle.You’ll have more luck shopping on Amazon or going to any of the friendly sex shops in San Francisco. Also, Extreme Restraints (online store) has real leather gear that’s actually made for restraining.A wonderful place if you want to be harassed and overpay for a 3 inch pleather flogger.

The bald guy following me around the store was making me feel very uncomfortable. Ive been here several times the first two times were great expwriences. This time though I went in with my boyfriend and we were treated like we were five. Please if you want people buying your over priced gear (which we will now purchase elsewhere) treat your customers with some decency and respect.Edit to add.After your response.1) checking the texture on our hands with the tails and whips allows us to determine what feeling we may like best. It wasnt like we were running around hitting each other.2) the phone issue. When my boyfriend pulled out his phone was to compare a price and check time since we had to make sure we didnt go past on the meter. There was also no other person in the store at that time.We are experiencing new things in our sex life and it was made to be an uncomfortable setting and my patronage will go elsewhere. I have no inclination to discuss this issue with rude people.Suzies and kiss and tell have way better customer service and are much more supportive in helping a customer find what fits their needs.

I tried to visit this store last night and was treated very rudely by an associate who later followed me out of the store and onto the sidewalk to argue and yell at me. He only left me alone because I pulled out my phone and started to record his belligerent behavior.
