The manager is so awesome at this store. She went out of her way to help me attain a rare item I wanted in the most busiest of store hours! Always a great experience shopping here!

They broke my cavanas photos and I had to go back two times for them and they didnt fix it. Do not lose your money or photos in this place. They dont care about your memories

Store is always clean. Friendly employees. No complaints there.My only complaint is that mid October and it seems Christmas has taken over. Only a small fraction of Halloween was left and a smidgen of Fall when I visited Oct 14. Like..I know we just want this crazy year to be over with but dang.

I adore shopping here! Huge sale but not on everything. Theyre having a sale on store fixtures, yes the stores. I asked the cashier when I was checking out if they were closing, she said why do you ask that. Uhm cause your shelves are bare and youre selling fixtures! Still got some great deals!

I like Michaels because the stores have a wide variety of art supplies, and the staff will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals as long as those goals are not nefarious.

It was ok. I cant find most of the thing I want to get because the section that they manage. I think a little bit unorganized but overall the products is ok, store is clean. I guess maybe from COVID-19 so they must be under staff.

Always enjoy Michaels. Such a crafty store! Lately I find that what I am looking for seems to be very limited in choices or not carrying it any longer. Sometimes it is an enjoyable shopping experience & sometimes its frustrating because you know the item USED to be in stock there. Whatever you need for crafting, glueing, carding or nicknacks arrangements & all crafting repaires...try Michaels, its worth a look.

Needs more jewelry supplies

Placed an order online and still had to wait in the checkout line as if I was making an in storepurchase for 21 minutes. It’s pointless to do an online order for conveniency. Next time I’ll ship to home and hope the item doesn’t come broken like it did last time.

Always come here to get my 60x48 canvas. They have great selection for artists in general and if you apply their coupons, prices will be cheaper than online.

Priced high. Aisles are small-enough for ADA sized wheelchair. Lighting stinks inside. Scrapbooking section rapidly decreasing. Yarn section better at other nearby craft stores. Checkout lines can be long.

This must be an especially busy location, because it is sometimes messy and under stocked.

Went to frame a picture, the associate was super nice and helpful. Cant wait to get my picture back in about a week. He automatically put the discount in without me having to ask. :)

As a fellow retail employee I understand how we can be overwhelmed with tasks and things to do, but I did just feel underwhelmed with the amount of help I received. It might just be that its such a large store and its easy to lose employees in such a large place. Its just a little annoying to scrounge for help and have to leave to another part of the store to get help. Maybe invest in help buttons? Typically I love Michaels, this is my only complaint !!

Poorly managed. Line out the door with 2 cashiers. Some guy worker in green shirt walking around store barefooted says he can’t log into the computer and there are no other workers trained on cash register. What a joke. They making tons of money yet can’t hire enough cashiers to work on a Friday night. Go to Hobby Lobby instead.

The one on 441 street is too expensive and the staff were rude, I need 15 centerpiece but they only have 5 and one lady told me that is what they have and she did not help me at all... not recommend it

I have never been so disappointed in a store and a manager, Christina. This weekend my 5 year old says “Mommy, look what I found.” It was a $100 bill. The cashier quickly took it and called Christina to put it in the safe. Not ONE thank you or good job. I told my son that the owner will be looking for it. He says “what if they aren’t?” Christina’s reply was company policy is it goes to the store. He was sad and confused as to why the store would get it. I was disappointed that the employees had a perfect moment to make a little boy feel good about doing the right thing. When I commented that they didn’t say thank you or good job, their response ...that’s the parents job. Not ours. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the cold, rude way they responded to the situation. And, yes of course I made sure he knew what a good deed he had done. I plan to frequent this store as little as possible and get what I need at Target and Hobby Lobby. Definitely not impressed with Christina or her cashier.

I was able to find all the art supplies I needed.

To me, Michaels is truly one of a handful of stores that I would call inspiring. They have everything you may need for a Diy home or school project. In addition their pricing is fairly cheap. Their plain shirts for custom printing were between $2-$3 per shirt. Whereas a printer would charge upwards of $5 for the exact same brand.

Wasnt that bad of a place! The employees were incredibly helpful, they always let me know about the latest deals and coupons!

Amanda was incredible, we couldnt find a dishwasher safe glue for glass and she went above and beyond to help meanwhile helping other costumers that approached her, and with the holidays its insanely packed. Her multitasking and knowledge was 10/10.

Couldnt find what I was looking for & couldnt find an employee to help me. Fortunately someone else had found it & left it lying on an unrelated shelf which I found. At checkout, although I had a coupon on my phone, I was asked for my phone number (I already get email coupons & said so) & the my email (told her again I already get them) but she just had to look it to make sure it was there correctly. and the line kept getting longer...

I love this place! They have everything. From just art supplies to cake and cookie making supplies to stuff to build a terrarium. I have gotten everyone I take here addicted. Great place to find decorations for parties and holidays. Plus great glass products. And they always have coupons.

On Saturday May 8, I went to this store looking for some paints. Took some Liquitex BASICS that had a sign “4 for $10” and some other stuff. When paying, I saw that they were charging me $4.99 each. I told the young man at the register about the sing by the paints and he made a call to check on the price. When done, he told me that the sale was on the brand next to the ones I took. I left the merchandise and paid for the rest. I went back to the isle where these items are and for my surprise, the sign was gone. I look for and associate and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was the same man that helped me at the register. I expressed my frustration about them taking the sign off right when he made the call and told him that it was false advertisement. In a very condescending manner he told me “Well if you want them you can buy them as they are”. Thank you Mr. Austin, for your courtesy. I went to HobbyLoby and paid much less at regular price. Difficult to find prices on many items. I find myself having to constantly monitor the check out process to make sure I’m paying what I thought the price was suppose to be. Most of the time the cashiers and floor clerks are helpful but sometimes I have had some very rude interactions. I left about $300 in the basket and walked out swearing I would never set foot in the store again. I lied to myself! I do still go in especially for kid things but if I can buy things at Everything Scrapbook Stamps store I go there. I prefer to support independent stores and find they support me.

The staff is super friendly

I have always loved Michaels until today when I tried to purchase some items for my Cricut machine and was told that I cant use this coupon because they dont discount Cricut items. I explained that all the other coupons I have received from them clearly state that on them and that is why I have never tried to use them for Cricut items but this coupon clearly states what it is not good for and it does not state that Crilcut items are not included. They refused to honor it and were not very nice about it. I failed to mention that I have spent over $250 in that store in less than 2 weeks. I guess I will start going to Hobby Lobby or JoAnns which is only less than 2 miles from their store.

Nice selection of holiday decor, and you will find items here that the other stores dont have.

I brought a painting of canvas to put a frame and after more than 10 working days they give me my picture with the stained corners, it is a Christmas gift and to change the frame (free) they need 10 working days more! the manager can only give me 10% discount for the stained frame, it seems irresponsible on behalf of the store staff and it makes me annoyed not to be able to deliver my gift at Christmas.

As long as my wife has a shopping list, its cool. Without one...oof my card!
