I took a portrait to be framed, staff damaged the portrait, and the paper. Ive had to send it BACK to the artist to be fixed and the gallery has done NOTHING but provide a refund for the frame. The art was damaged, as is shown in the photos below. There was a smudge on a whisker of the cat, staff simply erased the smudge, and whisker. Staff also picked at and damaged the paper. Its upsetting to leave a piece of art with a gallery, thinking it will be safe, then have it damaged. Its been returned to the artist. Ive filed a BBB complaint, however its been closed due to no response from the gallery, and no resolution. I would not choose this gallery for any framing needs. Staff is careless.* UPDATE: I absolutely did step out of the gallery and I absolutely did scream. I came in with what was priceless artwork. When I came to pick up the artwork it was damaged. If there is a way for the artist to attest to this, rather than my simply quoting, I’ll request she does so.An ad hominem attack on me, insinuating I am crazy after staff literally ERASED lines, which frame or no frame, can be seen by the photo, alone, shows the integrity of this business. Attack clients, take no accountability. When the art was shipped back to the artist, it was damaged. I still don’t have the art because it makes me sick to even see what this gallery has done, and how they factually fail to own what they did. Instead they try to infer I’m crazy because I stepped out and screamed. I also broke down crying in my car, and at home.I never should have trusted this gallery with something that meant so much to me.Classy place that attacks someone who ONLY wanted the staff and gallery to be accountable for damaging the art of brought in.Truly, I wish I’d never walked into this gallery. If I hadn’t, I’d still have my art of my late cat, with my dog and cat. Now I can’t even bear to look at it. I don’t even want it it my home, a reminder of this gallery and ownership that would rather publicly attack a client than make what they did right-which they claimed they would do multiple times, but they never even attempted to. They didn’t even cover shipping back to the artist.

I am a client. but new to Meet Up . The meet and great was well attended, informative, the artist work interesting, as was his story. I just added to my collection as a result. I have found both Jack and Claire most helpful, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I have not only bought art there but brought friends there for framing. It is always a pleasure to see them and work with them.

What a terrrific experience. An incredible facility, with a kazillion pieces of art, fine art and not fancy artwork also. They also do framing at a price very favorable. Friendly people wanting to make for a long standing relationship, not a one-time big profit. You will be amazed.

CJR is a hidden gem. I was amazed by the huge selection of art and frames. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing for framing was less than craft stores discounted prices and quality was much higher. Stop by to look around when you are in the area. You wont be disappointed!

What an amazing place. I feel like I’m at a fine art gallery every time I visit. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the prices can’t be beat. If you are looking to purchase a piece of art or get something you already have framed you owe it to yourself to visit CJR.

If you have not been to this gallery, do yourself a favor and go. The owner Jack has a great story, starting from almost nothing to building an incredible gallery. He personally did the design and buildout of the gallery, and did an incredible job. What is more impressive is the art collection he has built. He has some thing for everyone and every budget.In speaking with Jack I was fascinated with learning about the artists that he personally helped get established. Jack is passionate about art and it shows every time I see him. He and his team are willing to walk the floor with you, show you the art, and give you the background on the piece and the artist.I enjoy coming here and working with Jack and his staff. My mind was blown away when I saw all the art in the store. I had lost my college diploma and the University of Florida sent my a replacement. Went in and the staff was fantastic. Beautifully framed my diploma from 1989. Jack took me around the store and again I was totally blown away. If you haven’t been to CJR Fine Arts yet, get over there for a framing or something special.Thank you for the great experience.

Went to an event at CJR where I was enthralled with the great selection and quality of artwork! As a bonus they also provide beautiful framing/mounting services at reasonable prices. This place is a must-see!

Bought an original painting (which was shipped up north and received in a fast and efficient manner) and also had a large world map framed. fantastic and friendly service. the shop itself is more of an art gallery and they have many beautiful pieces. highly recommended...just go to browse their fantastic collection of art !

I used this framer several months ago to frame two prints. I asked them to reuse the existing mats and glass. I chose a very expensive line of frames (stupid me), but when they were done and presented to me, the frames had marks on them and discoloration. CJR offered to redo them; they did, same problem with a similar (very expensive) frame. I suggest you do not go near their superior line of frames. Over $400 for eight pieces of wood! Heres a P.S.:I received a reply from you today regarding the above: in case you dont remember, the marks on the frames WERE NOT on the samples. Even you acknowledged that at the time, so you need to own up to that.

Fantastic service. We are on the mailing list and get notified when they are having their super sales. We have bought 4 originals from this gallery. They came with an interior designer and placed and hung our art work. We bought the artists they make a market for. We bought for the love not the investment. Great prices especially when you can talk directly to the artist who work you are buying.

Wow. What a huge selection of art!!! My wife and I felt so welcome by the friendly staff. We had a piece of needlepoint framed and it was done quickly, beautifully and at a very reasonable price.

Throughly enjoyed attending an afternoon performance at Kravitz. Keith Lockhart and Boston Pops are a favorites if ours. To see them in Florida was a bonus. This year they played the music of composer John Williams. Excellent

WOW!!!!!!! The most amazing gallery I have visited.I was invited to the Grand Opening Nov 19th and the gallery was overflowing with customers. I was informed the gallery was 4000 sq ft and I still had to maneuver thru the crowds of people.Unbelievable collection of artwork from artist around the world....and great prices....I will have all my custom framing done here as the prices cannot be matched...
