What a beautiful park! Especially in the evening when the sun is setting! Came here from the Dallas area to watch my high school brother run at the State cross country championship! Definitely recommend this park!!

One of our favorite parks. The kids love the zip line and the worm (rope) swing. The spans/bridges on the bigger playground are pretty high up so my daughter is not a fan and only goes up to slide. My son loves that he can be that high up and still talk to us while he climbs.Two great playgrounds and a lake. Lots of picnic tables. Great spot for some outdoor time.

I was here merely to watch my grandson play baseball, but the ball fields appeared to be in good condition. The landscaping was well manicured. The bleachers and awnings, as well as the building housing the restrooms and concession stand appeared to be well kept. The grounds were clear of debris. The restrooms were relatively clean.. with a good supply of tissue. The parking lot was in perfect condition. The way to the park was readily evident, and the roads in and out were easy to maneuver.

Love this entire place and all things included! Great sports fields, playground and walking area. Great for picnics and lawn movie dates. Theres also an awesome waterpark! My kids love this park!

Ive never been to this park before as Im new to Austin. I was out driving and saw the sign for the park entrance. I decided to drive in thinking it would be a quaint little antique-filled park with a few rusty cannons or a building about to blow over if a good gust of wind came through..... but to my surprise this park is HUGE and EXPANSIVE!!! I enjoyed there were SO many areas to park and even a lake!! I am a nature photographer and will be going back to capture the beauty of this park. Never over packed. Great views and plenty of space. Lots of running areas and a lot of sitting areas. Great for any and everyone. Beem coming here since I was a kid. Plus its close to 79 for lots of food options. Definitely recommend for a great getaway.

This place is awesome. I have fond memories as this is where the cross country district and state meets used to be when I was in high school. The have disc golf, a lake for fishing and non-motorized small boat crafts, and also a nice trail that circles the lake for running/walking etc. Great for picnics!

Amazing conplex with everything you could need even a great disc golf course. Definitely some difficult terrain but definitely worth the feel of being in nature.

Great place for people of all agesPicnics grilling, ball games, ducks to feed small fishing area and tennis courts. Walking with mile markers. Beautiful park getting Christmas things ready.

Such a wonderful and beautiful park. I love even driving through it. The new playground equipment is really cool and loved to see the horseshoe pits as well.

The park itself is beautiful. There is enough space for people to social distance and still let their kids on the playground. The playground it self was so advanced. Some of the machines Ive never seen before but my daughter still loved it. If anything I suggest having more things for younger kids but besides that its a perfect place to get out and get some fresh air.

Old Settles Park no matter what time of day I come out here to walk it is beautiful a lot of nice Trail options to walk on

Summary: lots of parking, lots of shade, great playgrounds and neat pond/lakeDetails: a lively and very large park with enough room for everyone to stretch out and do their favorite activity. There is a large frisbee golf course lakeside and play pavilions unmatched by anything I have ever personally seen. The kids were having a wonderful time!

It is a very fun park for all ages.

We like to come here on weekends just to enjoy the sun and fishing by the lake. Easy to get to and is very nice. You can go watch baseball games or soccer games. Walk the dog, jog or kayak.

Good job on the Christmas lights. No masks is ingorance.

Nice little hidden gem for the kids to play. Always have a good time when we visit this park.

What a beautiful and giant park. So much to do and enjoy. Lots of trails, beautiful places along the lake, picnic pavilions...

This place is tall, almost like a playground for adults (youre so high up). Everything seems new, including a slider that must feel like a roller coaster for kiddos. The best part is the view of the water, where you can enjoy a nice picnic in the park.

Played disc golf here and loved the course! This park was beautiful and the course was well put together. Cant wait to get back again!

Awesome Parks clean bathrooms I love to lay under a tree and watch the Ducks and Turtles pop up

Tournaments went great this weekend! Plenty of parking and concessions where open. Field where maintained well!

Very beautiful and large open area to take family and friends out! Great place to ride the bikes, run, or walk. Definitely a must.

This park is phenomenal! It is huge, It is full of trail systems, fields, playgrounds, even a lake for fishing! The sunsets here are out of this world, you can see wildlife, children playing, runners blowing off stress, kids playing soccer, teens playing volleyball, its just absolutely alive! The fields are well kept, parking is readily available, its one of my favorite places to swing by, and get outside.

Big park. Several pavillions and playgrounds. Lots of sports fields. Well maintained.

This is an amazing park, but there are a couple of petty theives(an old guy and an young kid) walking around the tennis courts stealing tennis balls that are hit out in the middle of play - stealing them and maybe selling them on ebay. I confronted them, but they ran away with the balls. Next time this happens I will post their pics/video

Make sure you go speed limit when driving through here. Great place.

The city has recently renewed the tennis courts and they are fabulous. Many routes for running from this area too

This is a awesome park in the heart of Round Rock. Theres walking paths, tennis court, baseball fields, soccer fields, and opportunity to have all kinds of activities.

Went here for July 4 celebrations but the park has tons of activities for kids Including a huge playground with zip lining. They also have a splash pad where you can swim around with the entire family. Awesome park!

Hugh facility, the grass fields were well kept and it appeared to facilitate several sports at one time. Speaking from a spectators point of view, the stands and viewing areas were nice. The mens bathroom needed some attention and the floors could have definitely used a layer of clorox bleach for the urine on the floor. Consession stand for 2 days didnt serve any coffee, peanuts, hamburgers but lots of candy and sport drinks. $8.00 gate fee just too high. On Sundays games, which would have the 20th, there was not enough parking available at fields # 12, 13, 14, and 15 facility.

The Salt Lick was so delicious! I had pork ribs with turkey and of course the potato salad, coleslaw, beans and pickles. My son had brisket with sausage. It was his first time there. He really liked the flavor of the meat especially that it wasnt greasy and the atmosphere. 03-04-19

Great park for a quick stroll with beautiful views. Visit during spring for the most beautiful blue bonnits.

Great complex just keeps growing and looks nice! Ray Rays Kitchen is there too selling food always a plus.

Great park to either play soccer or just go for a walk!

So much space to walk, run, bike and much more. Disk golf, multiple kids play areas and open space for kites, kicking ball and practicing sports. We love going to any of the areas available.

Fun place to go, we played frisbee golf and had a great time. Should have brought more water.

Due to the threat of a gunman, our 7th grade football game was cancelled. What a shame this had to happen at Old Settlers Park

We absolutely loved Light up the Lake!!

This place has incredible fields and accommodation. The grass is meticulous. But Know they are finatical about it. Like no steaks used in shade tents. But they have amazing resources like huge screens between fields to stop loose balls. Shade is a commodity but they even did their best to create someGREAT FIELDS!

Great place for a picnic. Theres a lot of space to run, play and an amazing play scape. Theres an obstacle course and a zip line.

Love this park! Its huge has everything you could want in a park. A pond, mutable playgrounds, soccer fields, baseball fields, tennis court, and a small camp ground. Oh and also a water park! Great place!

Love taking the kids to the state of the art playground. Water nearby as are the courts, fields, and streams you want to find. Soccer, frisbee, frisbee golf, football, baseball, tennis....tons of stuff to do here.

I have a 7 year old and 10 year old and we love coming here. So much fun. Some things are cheap to rent but come early to get them. I would always recommend coming here. We are planning our next party here.

I’m a big outdoors guy. And let me tell you, I was debating on writing this review or not. This is a secret place I love to enjoy because it’s so beautiful and peaceful. The lake is gorgeous and the wildlife is so refreshing to see. The playground is brand new and makes my childhood playgrounds look like LEGO’s lolWhoever’s reading this review, do me a favor yea? Please don’t litter or ruin this park cause boy it’s amazing. I haven’t seen anyone disrespectful and everyone leashes their dogs which is greatly appreciated. They have nice long trails that stretch for 12 miles if I remember right. I come here often and let me tell you, it’s my nature away from the big city. This is truly a special place that I pray stays like this forever

Great fields for soccer and rugby, with with more than a dozen of them! Family friendly and perfectly situated. Highly recommend it!

I have been to this place a few times and never really understood how fun it is until actually getting on the playscape.

I love the trails they have at the park and the difference routes you can go.

Such a great place for the whole family. Theres too many activities available to mention here. But the playground and walking trails are our favorites... Go see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Holy WOW! This park is way cooler than when I was a kid. Looks like they recently upgraded the playground... which is seriously the coolest playground I have ever seen. Its like two storys of adult sized fun...what I wouldnt have given for a playground this bada$$ when I was 12 or so. Definitely a family oriented playground, with an additional level with a playground tailored towards toddlers/young kids. My five year old found the larger playground much more entertaining... zip lines, rope swings, seasaws, crazy monkey bars, etc. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the Settlers Park area.

Great place for the kids. Park has 2 different playgrounds and a disc golf course. Nice jogging path around the pond. You can feed the ducks or watch the sunset.

This used to be the self-proclaimed crown jewel of the Round Rock park system, but their lack of oversight when they allowed the forestry division to clear-cut the entire Eastern bank of the lake removed ALL the shade and ALL of the wind breaks from that side. Its a shame, really. They cut down perfectly healthy trees and claimed that the saplings they planted 10yrs ago are supposed to replace them. So basically, your grandkids will have a nice park but you can go suck an egg for the time being. >:(

The best place to have fun with your family. Lots of areas to throw a frisbee and picnic. You’ll also enjoy the walking trails if you are a walker.

What a great park with some old, rustic, country style buildings. A nice red barn, tractor and a few other structures. Its the perfect place to go for a walk or to take some pictures. The park is pretty big, but hopefully you can find this section. Did I already say a great place to take pictures!!

Old Settlers Park in Round Rock TX has something for everyone. Softball and Baseball Fields, Water Slides, Playgrounds, Fishing, Picnicking & BBQ Disc Golf, Volleyball, walking and biking trials - fun for all the family.

Beautiful place Its my favorite

This park has really good facilities and its beautiful. My complain goes more on the sport facilities they have. They have over 20 soccer field in this facility and not a single one is open for the public. They are all leased to a club or academy. If the park is partially maintained with public funds they should have some of the fields open for public use.
