This place is absolutely beautiful! Very peaceful and clean. The ducks are so cute and friendly! Benches can use a little repair. But other than that i love going here with my family.

Live in the neighborhood and grownup here. Love this park and we love to fish here but we always catch and release. This pond used to have a lot more fish when we were kids. We never saw carp until about 15 years ago and now that’s all we catch here. We use bread, or cornflakes mix.

Loved the ducks and turtles and all the other creatures I saw there.

Good duck ponds, fountains, pavilions, and small playground. Mosquitoes and bats in the evening, basically unavoidable with the water. Too small for my taste, but okay if you want to sit down and watch.

Beautiful park, great for kids with playground with swings and Slides. Not sure if I’ll bring my dog since there are ducks nearby.

People just be rollin up snatching up all the parking spots cause theyre too cheap to take their kid to Gattiland. They fill up the parking lot but oh jeez, someones popular, better park in the bike lane and also obscure the right turn lane while we at it.

The Park is very clean, the parking lot is spacious . It has got a tennis court open to public, a sand valley ball court, kids play area. you do have a small jogging trial. The park has got rest rooms. Cool, Calm park to spend quality time with your family.

My therapist is in this area. The parking lot makes sense and is easy to get in, out and around it. I rarely see trash anywhere and the grass is normally cut and trimmed. Great way to take care of my Round Rock! Thanks!

DO NOT FEED THE PARK DUCKS BREAD!!On my last visit, several of the ducks and geese were clearly suffering from angel wing, which sounds pretty but is actually a marker of a dangerously imbalanced diet that is often fatal.There are dedicated feed mixes for ducks and geese available at retail outlets; these are much safer alternatives to foods intended for human and not avian digestive systems.

Park has a canopy over it but only half of the playground is shaded, grass and perimeter of playground is infested with ants. Park does have restrooms and a nice gravel trail around the pond. Bring corn to feed the ducks!

A nice quiet place to spend some good time. There is a lake in the park where you can fish. Park also have a couple of tennis courts which are open till 11 PM. a play ground for the kids and hiking/ running trails. Located just of the interstate 35.

Very nice and clean park. Great walking/jogging path and tennis courts/volleyball courts available to public. Nice and safe jungle gym playset for the kids. Theres also a covered seating area with grills and restrooms. Watch out for the ducks!

Took the dogs out for a walk and a swim in the shallow area. They had a great time, so of course so did I. Plus there is a covered area where many ppl have parties, and a playground. The upgrade to the park is good.

A good place to take kids for feeding ducks, playing tennis, playing beach volleyball, or using the playground. Theres also a nice walking trail around the park. If youre feeding ducks just be aware that the geese are a bit more aggressive so if you can find a group of ducks without geese, youre better off.

Park is super cute, it’s small and never crowded! (I go in the mornings on weekdays so it may be that) it has a nice tennis court and a pathway that goes alongside the lake and makes a small circle at the end.

Always a fav park to visit and watch the ducks. Playground is pretty meh and not toddler friendly though. Lots of people fish here and dont clean up after themselves which is frustrating.

There is a Round Rock West Park there with a pavilion, and the Sacred Heart Slimmers go there on Tuesday, and Thursday to excercise with our trainer Vicki.

Fun duck pond recently refurbished. Tennis courts, playset and a covered picknic table area to rent for parties is nice.

Watch out for the geese they can bite or snap at you!

Great park. Awesome lil pond/lake they have here. Went fishing there and caught one striper!! 3-5 lb. Would not have guessed there was striped bass in this pond! Put up an awesome fight. Will look forward to trying again.

Really nice old fashioned City Park-complete with duck pond. So my granddaughter found some stale breads in the cupboard and suggested we go to the duck pond to disperse it. The closest pond has gotten quite mucky and murky and she and her mom saw a Cotton Mouth the last time they were there Soooooo even though Round Rock West Park bear Round Rock High is s little further away we decided to see how it was looking as spring approaches. It’s in great shape! The pond water is clear enough near the shore to see right to the bottom. There were several types of ducks swimming around but it wasn’t “crawling with them” so much more pleasant and clean. They seemed to enjoy the bread and we enjoyed watching them swim and eat.We then went over to the Sand Volleyball Court and McK practiced some of her moves. She plans to play again this spring in a league. The grounds are very well kept.There was a nice playground right there too so although she couldn’t remember the last she was on a swing we both enjoyed the beautiful fresh air and the 2 adult (or bigger kids) swings that were there.The Tennis courts were in full use and there was a group of Birthday Party kids dispersing from a nice size covered Pavilion.Last but not least we observed some kiddos with their Grandpa fishing.I was really impressed-this Park which is not huge -has it all.We’ll be back-with our fishing gear in tow—if McK has anything to say about it!

Cute place to bring kids of all ages. Recently renovated and looks better than ever! I love to bring some lunch and sit on one of the benches and just relax.

No trash blowing around, grass was mowed and jungle gym was in good repair.

This park is beautiful. It has a tiny lake that is perfect for feeding ducks as well as small watercraft (no motors). It also has a tennis court and playscape. There are restrooms and a covered meeting area that can probably house 15-20 people. The park is quite a surprise nestled in the midst of a neighborhood. Open 6 am - midnight.

This is a little hidden gem in Round Rock. Quiet and peaceful with a small trail around the lake. The city has recently updated the Tennis Courts and playscape. Parking is at a premium, but there is a shopping plaza across the road with ample parking.
