Great friendly staff who hustled to help us if we needed anything all afternoon. Nice clean facility with some other games but mostly bowling. Plenty of space and lanes with lots of tables and chairs. Surprisingly good food/full bar with lots of booze. We will absolutely be back!
Location was very nice and tucked away from traffic! The lanes were very clean and looked like most bowling alleys. Only real complaint from it was that the shoelaces to one shoe were oddly wet. Theyre Monday night deals are a steal. I highly recommend going there!
We were 6 bowlers but could only give us 1 lane, we asked for 2. They say is for social distancing... WE WERE THE ONLY BOWLERS THE ENTIRE BUILDING. Ordered drinks but only have Pepsi minor issue, wanted a pitcher but they only serve pitchers for beer not sodas.. ordered 2 large drink.. they did not have large cups.! So 3 stars I tbought is being generous!
Tons of lanes and enough space that you dont feel like youre right on top of your neighbors. Polite but SUPER slow service getting in and out of there and at concessions and bar. In terms of service while youre there if theres a problem theyre responsive like our lane malfunctioned twice and they fixed it really quickly. Anyway no water fountain. Other than that very similar to other bowling alleys.

Just got out of the house for the first time in quarantine and had an amazing time at Bowlero yesterday. They have taking incredible procedures to make everyone feel comfortable and safe in their facility. There are sanitation stations located conveniently throughout the building and also have signage everywhere reminding people to keep a safe distance and stay clean. We had such an amazing time and for a short while it felt like times were normal again. Get back out and enjoy the lanes again!
Last few times I went lane kept breaking down, nice while the lane works but it kept messing up until we just left because no one was there to fix it.
VERY SAFE & CLEAN!!Despite the pandemic Bowlero is open and is following health protocol very strictly. While still allowing for the fall bowling experience!! Their activity with cleaning the Building as well as providing the necessary precautions has been over the charts!! BETTER than any other place Ive been to that has been open during the pandemic including most grocery stores.

Great bowling experience. Found this after Main Event told us it would be 2-3hrs due to covid (long lines with distancing and masks - very awkward). We got right in and bowled all night! Very cool place. Treated us like normal humans. We partied like it was 1999. (You know, pre-covid)

Better location compared to the Bowlero in Norcross. Friendly workers and 40 lanes. This location is much more bowler friendly for those that practice during open bowling. Lights over the lanes are always lit instead of the norcross location where their alley looks like it always has cosmic bowling going on. Scoring machine to navigate names, scoreboard, intercom, etc is new and looks good. Seems difficult at first glance but its very easy to navigate since the necessary buttons light up during certain prompts on the screen.

Very nice place, the summer deals are very good, and they special deals make bowling here a very enjoyable experience. The lanes are nice and well maintained, the balls as well. The shoes are like any other bowling alley. I have not tried the food, but it looked and smelled delicious
We went NYE with friends and family to celebrate. The evening was fun, but event was very overpriced and buffet we were promised was light on food and closed early.
New branding but still a cool place. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Equipment in good working order. Intuitive menu to add bowlers. Definitely going back again.

Great place to go and bowl any day of the week! They have plenty of lanes for your average crowd, but on a busy night or when they have events, you may end up waiting up to an hour or so for a lane. They have 40+ lanes, an arcade, a snack bar with tasty food and drinks, a 21 and up bar, and a small pro shop. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve seen folks enjoying themselves for birthday parties or other celebrations. They also have ball ramps to assist young children, the disabled, the elderly, or the lazy if needed. Overall, this is a a great place to hang out, bowl, and have fun for a couple hours. I definitely recommend dropping by!

This is out go to place for bowling. It is neat and cheap. If you are looking for a quick game or an evening to spend with a big group, this would be a good place. The food and drinks selection isnt the best though.
The prices/deals are good but the lanes are old so the systems mess up. We had to reset out lane practically every frame.They also got rid of the lane-specific seating so now you just have to find a table near your lane and pray youre not next to a large group. Otherwise its crowded and uncomfortable.

Sad.. everything from the guy at the front having an attitude to a one man show at the concessions. Tried to have a funny family outing but we didn’t even eat anything because the one man show had 5 orders to ring up and cook. I don’t know if the new company Bowlero know what’s up but I hope it will get better.
It starts with Emilie and Kathy in the corporate events office in NY ️You girls were amazing at helping me through all the stages of booking a party! Great attitude and excellent response time for whatever we needed! Then we arrive at the Roswell location and best of all I cannot believe how wonderful the staff. Friendly helpful and personable are the words that come to mind! We planned a huge birthday party event and were greeted with fresh food made by The one and only Master “C” otherwise known as Sean lol!!! Susan not only managed the whole place but was also the go to gal from setting up the party food and drinks to making sure we were all happy! What a fun night and what a great staff team! Thank you guys for making our event so special! We will definitely be back again for more family fun!
We had a lot of fun here. It was a little expensive. We spent $60. This was for 4 people to bowl two games. I realize companies need to make money but after the games and a $5 Coke, I was a bit surprised. The bowling alley was clean. Service was fine, but not great. The equipment worked and we had a nice time. We will be back, but maybe at a time where the prices wont be so high. There is a full-service snack bar that has more than just burgers and hot dogs. Alcohol is served if you want it. My son had some fun in the arcade when we finished bowling. As with most games, it is on the card system (like Dave and Busters). Our time there seemed like a bit of a slow time so it was easy to spend a couple of hours here just having fun.
They remodeled, everything looks really nice. Food is great. Service is horrible. We spent 20 minutes waiting on a technician to fix our lane. When we asked about the additional time being added to our session we were told it was already added. We literally walked out of the bowling alley 2h 5 mins after walking in. The cashier was very arrogant and didnt seem to want to assist. I paid for 2 hour and only bowled 1.40.... thats an additional game. I will go to another location where the lanes works properly.

This place was a lot of fun. We went here for a corporate event. Food was so so, I mean it is a bowling alley after all. But the facilities were nice and we had a good time.

Cool place as any Bowling Alley goes, not too crowded for a Friday. Staff attentive of course, food and drinks a bit pricey for concession type fare but it was fun over all.
I took my niece here today because I found a great deal on Groupon. It has been a while since I’ve visited this location and was very happy with my experience. Especially because of the woman working the concessions in addition to how good the food was. By no means is it excellent quality food, but it was good for a bowling alley. The woman (which I unfortunately did not get her name) was very kind and her customer services skills were excellent. Again, very surprised by this because most other alleys I’ve attended have terrible service. I definitely plan on returning.

Nice job, Bowlero! The place has gone through a remodel, of sorts, since it was Brunswick Lanes. This is a NO frills (all tables and chairs/no booths), clean, good family spot to come where they run specials on certain days, like Sundays. They have pool tables, which are in moderately good condition, no ball cleaning here (cue ball was red from chalk dust), but again I say NO frills! Nice Lanes and monitors which give you bowling tips in between plays. Didnt get much food but the fries were alright, salty, hit the spot. There is an area for video games, air hockey and such. Overall good experience!
Had a blast the other night at this location. Friendly atmosphere, great service and the manager even came to make sure everything was going great for us. Wow their customer service really has improved.
Waited 30-45 minutes on a broken lane when we came in. Never fixed our lane or moved us. We ended up leaving after they said they would move us to a different lane and never did. Understaffed and didnt seem to care that we had to wait.
Had a great time! Yummy french fries. The seats are really comfy and the lanes were easy to operate.
This place is a lot nicer than the Brunswick that use to be here. It has a great atmosphere and seems a lot more modern than other bowling alleys

When we arrived they told us there would be a 30 min wait. We agreed and sat and waited for 2hrs, frequently asking for an updated time. They kept telling us there was one party ahead of us and kept giving multiple groups lanes. We ended up leaving

Check out weekly deals; theyre really good. They have leagues. They have cosmic bowling. Only downside is they can close early some nights. And, per the usual, bowling alley food is pretty gross.

We took our toddler bowling here for his first time, and he absolutely loved it!! The staff is super friendly. It’s your typical bowling alley.We ordered a cheese pizza and it was delicious. Even my picky child ate a piece.Only issue is the equipment was malfunctioning. First, the ball return was super delayed. An employee noticed before we even had to ask and fixed it right away. It was also scoring a couple frames incorrectly. The employee fixed that too. We were in the 8th frame of our game, and the manager asked if we could move lanes to accommodate a large party that needed 4 lanes altogether (which was slightly annoying, but we understand and didn’t mind).Overall, the staff is friendly, the food is tasty and we will definitely come here again.

This place has gone down hill. Went to play a few games and after my second was told I would have to move lanes and was kicked off. After waiting 20 minutes to be assigned a new lane I decided to check out. Turns out they forgot of us and assigned all the rest of the lanes. I would have left earlier except I ordered food that I waited 45 minutes to receive. Plus nothing is worth the price. Expensive for the poor atmosphere and cheap quality food. The best deal is the arcade.
This place is over priced. There is also only one line for everything, no matter if you need shoes, a lane or food you have to wait in the same line with the slowest service. I used to love this place but it has not been able to keep up so there is never enough people working.
Im a bowler and its not a very good place to bowl if youre in a league or youre a pro but if youre out for the night to have fun its good its a little expensive the kind of rush you to play since youre paying hourly but the drinks are not very cheap and their food is not very cheap so a night out could be $100 at the bolero

Went for some affordable bowling. They offered some discount drinks and had excellent service. We had a lot of issues with our lane, but the associate helped us. Ill add a star when the equipment is fixed up.

Overall great place to bowl. Clean facilities, friendly people, and great drinks, but the food is as expected in a bowling alley, average. Pizza was undercooked, chicken wrap didnt have much in it and the chicken fingers were small, more like knuckles. Bowling is a great price on Sunday, would definitely go back, but eat before we go.
Went on a Sunday night after 6pm, the prices were great, the lanes were clean, the staff was nice and attentive. Wonderful experience will absolutely be back.
This place is the worst bowling place i’ve ever been too. They had multiple signs at the the front that said $4.00 bowling night mon-Thur.After my friends and finished are game they rung us up and they charged all of us $9.00 plus tax. When I asked the cashier about it he said mumbled something to himself and after that we just left.
Bowling isnt as expensive as I remembered! I bowled a game in the middle of the day and it was under $20 with three shoe rentals. The place was clean and the staff seemed nice. They were accommodating to a four-year-old. I have no complaints.EDITED TO ADD: My review pertains to a visit to this place in 2018 when it was Brunswick Zone. Now that it has been rebranded as a Bowlero concept, I have no idea whether any of the above still applies.

Decent place to bowl. They attempted to charge me for 6 games though, when I had only played three... Although they were quick to not fight the issue and only charge me for my three. Not a bad experience overall, nice people.

Great bowling lanes with a decent arcade and small kitchen. Wednesday evening they have an all you can bowl for $7.00, shoe rental is separate. I joined the rewards club which gives $5 for every $50 spent on bowling. After 8pm ther were plenty of open lanes.

Ive been bowling here for a few years now. The staff is always very friendly and professional. This place has kept the traditional bowling environment. The focus is on the game. The drink area is much better staffed now. It used to be pretty tough to find someone to make a purchase from. The front desk could use more support, though. If theres more than two people in line, the wait becomes pretty long.
