Very cool place! Bring the kids or dont, either way you will have fun!
This is my first time here since I came from Denver. Its an arcade place with racing go-carts. (Probably because of the race car driver Mario Andretti.) The five-star rating was for the customer service my family received at the restaurant section of the building. She catered to every request we asked, and went beyond satisfactory service, especially on a Friday afternoon. I believe this place is packed on the weekends, but the arcade games and carnival games are FUN!!!
This Roswell location is permanently closed. Andretti will re-open a new facility in Buford, GA in early 2021.
This review is specifically for the karting. The inside is really cool and feels like another world (compared to the area around this establishment). The karting area itself is way too small for a party bigger than 3, especially since you can not bump to pass. This means you’ll have a hard time passing anyone without getting pulled over. The karts themselves are pretty good and go very fast, but the track is so small that you can never reach for speed. My kart also stopped working halfway through the race for no apparent reason. This might have been a poor experience but overall it was a positive one. They also charge $25 for 8 minutes of driving so it’s very expensive for what you get. It’s a good place to visit if you want to go karting in Alpharetta and don’t want to get wet!
Great place to host birthday parties. My son and his friends had such an amazing time! The full throttle package was well worth the price for what you get. These kids are still bragging about their experience they just had on Sunday. Our party coordinator, Brad was on top of things and gave excellent service. Lucette was very helpful assisting me coordinate all the plans for the party. These kids cannot wait to come back.
We enjoyed going here very much. The go carts were a lot of fun. We enjoyed playing all of the games inside. We also ate at the location. The food is ok. A little high on the prices and kind of bland. Overall we had a great time.
Had fun celebrating my sons 16th Birthday
Thursday nights are great. Go karting is great. The track is smooth and cars are in good shape. Thursday nights are half price so this made the trip worth our while. The wait was only minimal. There is food but and a bar also, but I did not purchase food or drinks. The staff are friendly too.
I love love love Andrettis. We had the party package and they sat us in the eating area instead of the room which is what i was accustomed to from prior visits.... I mean i could have just brought my cake and put tables together. Besides that everything was awesome our associate that was the head of our party was fun and tried to keep up the pace so that we could enjoy all of our festivities the zip line is a favorite to watch the kids come across but the food was tasteless speaking on the grilled chicken it tasted more charred than anything else. The drinks were on the weaker side but this is a family establishment so it was to be expected. I would always go back but i am more partial to the Marietta location than the Roswell.
Great to hang out on Mondays! Great for Date night. Family Friendly
We love this arcade. $12 unlimited games for 1 hr if you dont mind running back and forth to swipe between kids.
Great go carts. Some people were really helpful (Chris in the restaurant and an older dude with long hair in the arcade) and some of the other guys seem like they need to be drug tested
Never again.Place is extremely expensive, game that lasts 10 seconds will cost you $1.5 this is insane!Zero respect to your privacy, they require all your personal data and a PROFILE PICTURE, you have to be careful who you give all your personal data, you never know where they store and how they use it.Air quality at the race track is very bad, not ventilated and I am sure its a health hazard to visitors and employees!
Alot of attractions werent available, that was a bummer but the kids really enjoyed themselves.
This place is a lot of fun. We did a little bit of everything. It can get expensive. But it will definitely be a fun night out
My daughter brought me here for my birthday and we had a lot of fun. This was my first time racing indoors, and it was great. (Side note: the gas fumes were a bit noxious, making me feel ill halfway through the second race.)We also did the virtual reality shooter and the 3D shooter. The service was great and the employees were friendly and helpful.I took off half a point because its really hard to see anything in the 3D shooter, making it feel like a waste of money. And minus half a point because the food was just average bar food.
My husband and I had so much fun going here for our anniversary. We came early in the morning so we had the place to ourselves! We got to do everything it was a blast. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a little bit of an adventure or arcade games or go cart riding..things like that.
Fun place. A little disorganized, but good for team building and events.
Kids had a great time but dont waste your time on the zip line one ride across I felt cheated on that but otherwise great
I had never been to Andrettis, and wanted to take my 10 year old to experience the Karting. I called them and they stated their Junior Track was closed. So we decided not to go. I waited until the next weekend and I called again, I specifically asked if the Junior track was opened, they told me Yes, come on down. So I took the 45 min drive to get there, signed up, did all the release forms, just for them to tell me there was a 3.5 hour wait for the track! Something they Failed to tell me on the phone. Like who has 3.5 hours to hang out waiting for a Kart? I asked to speak to the manager and instead of talking to me, he told me I called the wrong number! He told me I could go to the Marietta Andrettis, I asked him how long the wait was there, he told me he would call them to find out. Well why tell me to go there if you do not already know? As well, I verified the phone number is to the Roswell location, even calling them again to verify it was the right location. He offered some tokens so that I could wait the 3.5 hours? Really a few tokens? I told him I was not looking for Tokens, I want the company to just let customers know that when they call Specifically asking about the Junior Track to not tell them to come down and not mention they will have to wait for 3.5 hours. I think I stated I am not willing to come down to wait F@#$in 3.5 hours for the karts. I was asked to leave. I said one bad word due to how heated I was about visiting a place who knew they were over booked with parties and could no longer have it open to those that were not in those parties which I took the TIME to call and ask. So the answer is always gonna be, come on down, oh and prepare to wait. They did not recognize the issue, they feel they can just offer a few tokens so that you can still wait 3.5 hours. Yeah not gonna happen.
Over the years, weve been to the Andretti - Roswell location many, many times. All in all, the experiences has been OK to Good.Yesterday, I had planned to meet with family (9 of us total, 5 of which between 7 and 12 years old) who were driving in from North Cumming. We specifically chose Andretti so that the kids could drive on the youth track. While one family drove 20 minutes from Marietta, the other family drove 40 minutes from Cumming - a half-way point, if you will. When we arrived, we were told that the youth track was shut down. When I asked if it was broken, the young lady at the front said, No, we just had a big event yesterday and sometimes the owner randomly shuts down the tracks. Might I add, with no notice....no mention of it on their website. I was then told that I could drive another 30 minutes in the opposite direction to go to their Marietta location. She wasnt rude about it, just...why force more salt in the wound? If youre interested in Karting, and assuming the tracks are open, go to Andretti. Its a lot of fun. If youre looking for anything else (more arcade games that arent broken, Virtual Reality, better food, a greater selection of adult beverages, etc.), go up the road to Main Event.
Fun racing, and the VR attendee was super-helpful in getting us into and enjoying the game. Came early in the day when it was not crowded and it was a very comfortable experience.
Andrettis is an amusement full of excitement and thrills for all ages.My daughter and grandkids had a amazing experience bonding and playing digital games as well as manual activities. The prices were very reasonable for everything we participated.I look forward to going back soon.
I did the adult cart racing and about halfway through it I got nauseous cause of the exhaust fumes. Please be careful. Other than that everyone had a great time. I myself wont be back. Mybe if they go electric. Food was really good and staff was accommodating.
Great place, a bit pricey.
It was super fun. My kids and I definitely enjoyed ourselves! Its a must do over!
Our whole family loved it. Something to enjoy for everybody.
We took the kids here and they had a blast. Ages from 8 to 16. This place is fun for all ages. The VR goggles game is so much fun.
Its been an extremely long time since we have been here. We absolutely had a wonderful time. Indoor karting is such a joy. We will be returning to try the food.
Last month I came in and had the first bad experience as the below review indicates. The ownership and management reached out to me to work together to reconcile. Jason was very accommodating upon our return and we are happy to have our traditional Friday night family outing back. Thank you all for doing right by us. In three years, we’ve had one bad experience and over 50 great ones. Food average.I have been bringing my kids to the Roswell location for a couple years. It’s a tradition and we even got a membership. When I showed up tonight with pictures of their cards, I was told we couldn’t get the discount without the physical card. It was very disappointing and made moreso by the supervisors complete inflexibility In trying to be helpful or resolve the issue. We will be finding a new place for our weekly tradition of going out to game. I will also be sharing this experience with colleagues whom I have recommended this place to over the years.
Great place! Loved the go karts and arcade. A little pricey but well worth it
Unbelievable staff! Lost something on the track and they were not hesitant to go look for it. I suspect in part due to it not being busy but I was surprised and thankful! Great team!
Andrettis was awesome! It took me back to my childhood with all the arcade games and fun! I also ate at the restaurant and it was good food for a decent price. A good way to spend many hours on a hot afternoon or hang out and feel like a kid.
Karts are fast enough to get the blood pumping and make ya a little sore. They also honor veterans and fathers day. Staff was great except for the track manager? The guy barking orders, needs to back off a bit and maybe be more respectful. May have been me who knows, either way didnt let that ruin my experience
Nice place that has all the features of a Dave and Busters and Speed Raceway all wrapped into one place. They have arcade games, air hockey, skeeball, prizes to redeem for points earned. You dont need to carry around a ton of tickets. They just credit them to the same card you load up with money to play with. The go kart track looks nice and really looks like what Ive seen at Speed Raceway. They have a bar and restaurant too and the food was good in there. The bartenders and servers were very friendly too.
Great fun for a family night out!
Great staff. Easy to communicate with and good at resolving issues.
Confusing pricing. We had visited the place before we brought our three grandsons to celebrate two of their birthdays, to see what was offered. Picked up brochures. Tried to plan ahead. The day we brought our grandsons we discovered a long list of go kart options, none of which were explained in the brochure or online. After nearly a full hour of trying to navigate what combination of races and games to purchase, we spent double what we had budgeted. Then the long wait to race. The whole time it was miserably hot and humid inside even though we had dressed for a hot summer afternoon in Georgia. Overall it was not worth the price. Perhaps locals who can come on weekdays and year round who get a “member” discount don’t feel ripped off. We’ll be looking for a different way to celebrate summer birthdays next year.
Awesome experience! Team building event gone oh so right!! They went all out for us and were very reasonable!!
I chose this location to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Service was absolutely horrible!!!! We had one waitress with a party of 15 people. Our food was brought out one plate at a time. Drinks were diluted. Some of our party never received their food. We will not be returning.
Great place. Took our customers for a team building outing. Evryone had a blast. Staff was welcoming and enjoyable. I had a mishap with my end bill. Just double check charges and suggested tip amounts.
Visited while traveling for business. Food was great and the karting and gaming were tons of fun. The Thursday night special is a super deal!
Fun but there should be more to do and friendlier staff. Noise levels prevented me from understanding several employees who were unable to project their voices. They didnt even try to speak up as if they knew this was an ongoing problem. The restrooms and eating areas needed more attention! Paper was on the floor and stalls were filthy!
I am a very fair consumer BUT we arrived on a Saturday at 6pm with kids to ride go-karts and it turns out there is over a 3 hour wait on riding. Wow! I was told to come during the week if we did not want to wait. This will be last visit to this place. Good-bye Forever
When you enter you immediately realize there is plenty to do for all ages. They have some really cool stuff like the VR gaming and the quality of their equipment they have is pretty good. They may be very slightly pricey compared to some but I felt they offer a better value in terms of quality. I recommend checking out the membership benefits as they offer some discounts. We went with the family membership so we paid less for the arcade and the go karts. I feel you can easily get the returns in couple of visits.
Went last weekend, felt like we were in the races, he had a blast and it was a great time.
Go kart is lot of fun..people work there could be nore friendly.
Good prices and fun things to do for all ages.
This place right here. Outstanding and just awesome. Food was good, and the service
Been awhile since coming to this place. Still as fun as I remembered it.Few old (pun intended) friends got together on a weekday afternoon to do some go-kart racing and play some video games.Did two races, played games, won tickets, did the dark room (only thing not worth it) and had a BLAST.If anyone wants to try and beat my lap time, it was 25.3x - Kart #32
Huge improvement from my initial visit, which was like visiting a classic arcade (think pac man). Theyve since updated there gaming options, and of course carting never gets old. More variations in track layout would be a welcomed change.
I finally had a chance to check this place out for my nephews thirteenth birthday party. Everyone had a great time. The location is clean and well managed. We enjoyed the food that was provided as well. The go carts were very fun although the track was a bit shorter than I thought it would be. We also thoroughly enjoyed the arcade games as well as the laser tag area as well. Its a fun place for kids and big kids alike.
This is a great place to go if you want to have some fun
Great time if you enjoy games and go karts there karts are by far the most fun and fastest Ive been on!! Food and drinks are a little pricey
There were 4 people in the restaurant today, including myself and my son. Our server only had our table with me and my son. She took our order, several minutes later brought our food, and dropped off the bill. That was absolutely it. When bringing our food she dropped a small portion of my fries on the floor. She said she would bring more, but that never happened. I know that may sound petty, but since they only give you a portion of 20 french fries with your burger, losing 4 or 5 becomes a big deal. Later when I needed a drink refill I had to bring my glass across the restaurant to the bar where our server was busy laughing and talking. She had me wait and then sent me back with a refill for me and my son too. His glass was still full, but since she didnt inconvenience herself with returning to our table, she didnt know. Be sure you eat somewhere else before you come here. The staff in the arcade and cart track were nice. Unfortunately a good portion of the attractions were down for repair or unattended. It was a good father son day out, but for the prices the quality and effort arent there. I recommend Main Event for a better arcade experience or F1 indoor racing.
Wonderful!! We did a birthday party here and our party planners, Jackson and Michael were incredible - you get a lot of bang for your buck!
I had so much fun with the arcade games and the food was so good inside of the grill
Fun and exciting but staff shorts you out of money
It was fun. We did the karting. Could of explained the rules a little better. Also could have been a little cheaper. $20 for 8 min is kind of ridiculous.
This place is awesome. So well designed and they make very good use of each square inch of the space. They even use the vertical space above the arcade for the harnessed balancing activities and above the kart track for zip lining. Kart track was fun and competitive. The 4d experience was cool because it was interactive with shooting components. The family and I had a blast. Will definitely be back.
Pretty fun to go on Monday when they have half off races and free game cards. Some games are broken but still enough working to kill time while waiting for your turn to race. Gets busy on half of Monday.
Its a lot of fun and a lot of Bang for the buck for some real guy centric entertainment
Service here was terrible. The employees were scattered rushed, and on edge. Our experience was terrible when it came to having to wait in the stuffy car with the helmet on. The only thing good about this terrible place is the manager. Would not recommend. Go to main event instead. 0/0 stars.
The whole squad had a blast! There was something for every age from 4 to 64, everyone had a ball!
Fun place. Good food. Great for parties.
I worked here. I was stolen from by a co-worker named Christina Parker with a brand new tech in the room named matt witnessed. To sum it up, i called the police and it took 45 min for them to get there minumum. So they could use the same police officers who provide security for them at night. Worse experience in my life! Would not recommend this place for anyone looking for fun. Go to Dave and Busters! Cheaper and better.
We were planning on doing a party there but with only 5 kids and decided to just go on a Sunday afternoon. We received a lot of misinformation upfront and when we arrived at 3pm had a 2 1/2 wait for carts. Spent way too much on games but kids had fun. Service was okay and a bit dysfunctional. They had a blast on the carts so overall a 3 out 5 is fair.
Great place, i love it! Also great when you want to reserve it for a birthday party or for a small event!
Nice facility. Attended a birthday party. Lots to do. Nachos by the bar area are very good!
We had a blast went early with no crowd. Know what you want to do or you will be going back for more $$
Great place to have fun (even for adults)!!
Awesome place!! The ziplines and other werent open during our visit. Food was okay.
Food was good. It was my first go cart ride. I enjoyed the games and socializing with family and friends.
I was very disappointed in this place. I drove an hour to take my son there. We wondered drive the fast carts. But we get there and are told that my son cannot drive the fast carts therefore we both have to ride the junior karts not sure why that was but I went ahead and bought a junior kart two rides each. When it comes time pressed ride which we had to wait over an hour to ride. I find that Im being put on cart for 8 year olds. And Id paid $32 to do so. So I do not ride the carts needless to say. I did go to the counter and ask for my money back. Rather than give me my money back. They stuck it on a game card and made me spend the money theyre on their games . I had already bought $50 worth of games. I wanted my money back. Needless to say I wont go back.
SUPER fun! The indoor gocart track is the best thing about Andrettis
Good food and fun place to take the kids
Andretti is a great place for kids and adults. The have two go kart tracks ... one for the little folks and another for the adults. Food and drink options and an arcade.... good times for a family day or date night.
Pretty cool place for kids. Kind of pricey but still a cool place for kids.
Always alot of fun and laughs! Good competitive spirit! I still have not done the racing in the go-carts. I encourage all to go and have a ball!!!
As a kart racing place, this location is the lowest rated among all the other competition, I race karts for fun, ive been to other places too, the karts here are not maintained at all and the seats and pedals wont adjust on all karts, the suggestion they give is use booster even then I couldnt reach pedals, the track is never cleaned, there was oil on the track and we were sliding to the walls, flags explained at the entrance but I never saw the blue flag waved, the biggest complaint I have is there is no way to track your racing history and lap times, all the other competition provides you with a print out of what you did and they maintain your racing history, I bought 5 races and did 3 of them on that day, I went back 2 weeks after and I couldnt find my stupid card that they give, I talked to the manager about the races left on the card that I lost, she was very unhelpful and said there is nothing they can do without the card, I even pulled my electronic transaction even then she wants either a paper receipt or card they gave me, this is so stupid, how am I supposed to keep all the cards they give us when ever we enter, also they must have a system to track your account with your details. If you are going here for kart racing I strongly recommend others like k1speed and AMP it is money well spent there than wasting your money on races here
The go kart are faster because they run on gas... drift action fasure #Kinfolk
LOVED IT! LOOKING FORWARD TO MYNEXT VISIT! Its great for family fun & its perfect for just hanging out with your friends (no matter what age you are). I LOVE their restaurant too! They serve delicious drinks & food for a reasonable price.
Lots of stuff to do here. The races are awesome. One thing is that of youre short, speak up and get them to give you a seat that pushes up because they wont notice and its extremely uncomfortable to ride otherwise. Also, the food and drinks are delicious and the menu is extensive, with some healthy options too. Service was a bit scattered but they corrected everything with no problem.
Fun. Thanks to the employees for going out of their way to make sure my boyfriends hat was returned to him after riding the go carts. Thanks
This place is awesome...the service is great. Had a good time!
The karting is the best nice nice the games to and the food
Always a great time whenever we come here.
Really nice place to go. I would recommend going here on Tuesdays, because they have half off races. They also have an arcade and a zipline that is seasonal. They have sodi Gt5 karts that are really fast, unfortunately they have unadjustable seats. So be prepared to deal with the aches. But it is super fun on the fast karts, I recommend getting the memberships.
Extremely slow service, often 20 to 60 minutes just to get to the front of the line, typically with multiple registers not in use and employees sitting idle. They also do not have the good sense to warn people when they are fully booked for go kart rides, so it’s a gamble whether you can actually get a ride or not. Also, the games are way overpriced, the food sucks, the go kart tracks are pretty boring (the adult track is laughably short). In short, there are much better options all around Atlanta. Andretti is a washed up “also ran” at this point.
Andretti’s is on a downhill spiral. Near back to back experiences had ended in drama. We drove 30 minutes to race the adult track (which I am able to do) and we were simply told “No.” This seems like no big deal, until you realize the website rules vs. the at facility rules are different. I have been able to tell other staff about it and they each get the manager, which he always, except the past 2 times, had said sure because we had proof. I wish I could come back and have fun, but I won’t until Andretti’s fixes the solution with a solid, and visible rule.
Much more affordable to go carting than it used to be
Its was fun. My niece enjoyed herself.
Had a great time. The go carts are fast and fun.
