Very nice people here and at first there was crazy sticker shock on the prices until I was told it’s buy 1 get 2 free. Why not just label individual pricing?Anyway I got what I needed and the staff was decently knowledgeable on what I needed since I was just trying to entertain kids and not a city.

Reasonable prices and good selection of fireworks items. My son especially likes variety of fountains he found here. Customer service is great and they also recommended getting which items are mostly liked and offered good value

Had exactly what I needed!

Was invited to a New Years party of some very good friends. I decided to go to this place and buy some fireworks. I bought the blue streak and tiger rockets. Both fizzled right on the ground. Didn’t even take off as advertised. I was so very embarrassed in front my friends. Last time I’m wasting my money on fireworks from this place.

Expensive,. Things cost 3 times as much here. A pack of 4 Roman candles is $9.99 gimme a break. A lot of fake reviews here, beware. We left and spent $100 at another store, very happy had 2 hours of lighting fireworks.

This place is great and reasonably priced! Eric was fabulous in providing customer service. He greeted me, counted out my product for me, and double checked it. I now have the perfect 36 inch wedding sparklers I needed at the best price!!

Employees were very helpful and we struck a 3 for the price of 1 deal! Pretty awesome shop, very clean and the displays are for the most part shown on loop on various televisions so that you can view approximately what you are buying.

Came here for the most recent 4th. I have no problems with their registration policy, and their staff was very friendly. However, every firework that we lit was a disaster. The silent fountain exploded when it was lit. Tried something else--fired off a small battery, the box blew a hole out the side of the box, throwing shots out that then detonated on the ground. Tried a different battery, completely blew up, launched 3 balls of fire in three different directions. Had to scramble to make sure no nearby houses were harmed. We stopped at that point as we were terrified to light anything bigger. Not a fireworks novice. You always have something that doesnt go just right--these were a complete disaster that were not safe in anyway. Now Im left with a garage full of fireworks and a receipt that says ALL SALES FINAL.

Staff is unaware of their products. There’s a stupid drivers license policy you have to sign. Fireworks are very poor quality compared to other states. And it’s way too expensive. Several of us are driving to Tennessee or Alabama next time. Sad.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is confused, didnt know a firecracker from a bottle rocket. Over priced junk. I bought $150 worth of cakes and rockets.2/10 rockets worked2/4 cakes all fired1/1 wallet emptied1/1 angrey wife5/5 children disappointedNever step foot in this establishment again.

I myself do not shoot fireworks,i enjoy watching; however those that do shoot off firecrackers would enjoy PHANTOM FIREWORKS. Many choices. Many items to choose from.

Security followed us all around the store and then when we went to checkout he sat down and he didnt follow anyone else or check on anyone else also he followed us in the store when we walked in. I made the Manger aware of the problem and she asked if I wanted to talk with him which I declined because I was with kids. We were the only black customers in the store.

The staff is confused, nice, but confused. One of the staff helped pick out a bunch of stuff, then when I went to the register the other staff told me this wasnt getting the buy 1 get 2 free because of bla bla bla. I said the guy picked them out... bla bla bla. Had to go get an entirely different setup. And 1 out of 5 mortars blew up in the tube, which was Frick end crazy. My ears are still ringing. Go somewhere else.

Everyone must provide ID for the company database, this is not required by law. All I want to do is chase squirrels away from my pecan tree so I bought 2 gross of bottle rockets. The Moon Travelers were garbage, at least 80% never took off. The Wolf Pack were decent with only about 5% failure rate. Instead of discounting the old stock they were obviously mixing old stock with new and doing a BOGO. Sneaky sales ploy. If I were spending a lot of money there I would take anything back at the first sign it was bogus other than thinking maybe the next one will work. Kinda sucky overall.

Phantom Fireworks are failsause anyway but here are a few things I noticed.Pro:*prices are not bad ass apposed to driving 4hrs ...*large selection of phantom garbage fireworks :)Cons:* I am not generally happy with Phantom fireworkss* I had to educate the staff on basic firecrackers packs I wanted to buy... TRAIN YOU STAFF!* they made me sign up and signature some stupid thing I told them to take out my address and did not give them my email. I told them if you send me anything I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE!

It took a little long to register but amazing fireworks.

I have been shopping with Phantom for years. I have been to many stores and met different managers and known employees. I am here visiting family and this is a new location so I decided to stop in and check it out. Honestly, I would have chosen another location (hard to see from the road), but the size and layout of the store is nice and large. The graphics are very nice and there is plenty of room to shop. I spoke with the new manager and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He informed me how he relocated from Ohio and how they were having trouble finding employees. I know from dealing with this company and knowing employees that all employees but management are laid off after the 4th. Most people start only a month or so before then so it would be impossible for a company to thoroughly train every employee (thats what the sales team is for but this store is understaffed for various reasons explained by the manager when I spoke with him). The prices may seem high but Phantom gives tons of deals, coupons, and bonuses and is at least a legitimate company that follows the rules and their products are not going to put my family in danger like cheaply made walmart fireworks. I do not mind signing my name on a paper that only has the same info my ID has and recieving coupons in the mail. Its for safety purposes and is not something you see at other shady fireworks stores. This company has been around for over 25 years and has over 80 locations nationwide so clearly they are successful. Before trusting a threatening review with multiple mispellings and childish wording, I trust a company that has a name people know and trust nationwide.

They require you to give your drivers license prior to purchasing. They want your license #, Address and everything else on it. They stated it was a company policy and wouldn’t let you purchase them without giving up your personal info. I said I’m not comfortable “registering” with them since it’s not a law and they said I could leave so I did.
