We went to do a room for my birthday and had the absolute best time! I had never done one before, and all of the puzzles and what not were so fun to do. The worker who would give clues was great and helped us along the way since we only had 3 people. Will definitely be going back to do more!

This is such a fun place! We have done every room they have to offer. Each one of the rooms were carefully thought out and completely different in their own way. We are going to be headed to the Marietta location next!

Homestead Hospice host a summit for the Volunteer Managers annually.This year our Team Building was with Urban Escapes. What a blast! I highly recommend this to any firm that wants to build camaraderie, laugh until your tummy hurts and hopefully one of your Teams will unlock all the clues. I would take our Team there again in a heart beat!

My work team escaped the Jewel Heist! We had such a great time! The room was definitely not easy but the set up was great, Christian was awesome, and it was a complete blast! I have been to one other escape the room challenge with another company and Urban Escapes is far superior! We would definitely go again to try a different challenge and highly recommend it to others!

Urban Eacape room was my first time doing an escape room and it was a blast!!! The friends I came with all enjoyed the experience and inquired about coming back immediately to escape some of your other rooms. The service was awesome!! The guy that hosted the tour room was amazing, he gave us so many clues that ultimately helped us escape!

This was my first escaped room, but the level of detail in the room design was awesome. They are also practicing clear santization, masking, and social distancing, which is important to me. We went with two of our friends and did the jewelry heist room. We definitely cant wait to go back

We are a small family from middle ga. Me and family have played many escape games and this location has been our favorite. This was our second time using this location and will be visiting again next time we go to Atlanta area. It is clean, fun, challenging, and the host makes it worth the play.

We went to the Marietta site for our family game night. We had a blast. We are already talking about which room and when we are going back. There were 6 of us and we were the only ones in the room and to be honest there were times I thought we were going to kill each other. However, others of us were calming each other down. It definitely takes teamwork in more ways than one which is what makes it fun. At the end we were all hugging out our victory. Great fun, the staff was great, put your thinking caps on!

My friends and I booked a last minute session here when other plans fell through and I can honestly say we ended up having more fun here. Chip was super friendly and he took pictures of our group afterwards and talked a little about some of the other rooms that were going to try next time.Everything was also very clean - masks required and hand sanitizer provided. I felt very comfortable with the COVID-19 policies here.

We (grandparents, children and grandchildren) had a great time! The hints from the red phone saved us. Lol. We will go back....highly recommend!

We got just enough clues to get us through, although sadly we were minute away from finishing it successfully. I have been to a bajillion escape rooms, but Urban escape games was 100% my favorite. The puzzles are hard, but the connections are easy enough to make without needing clues. The staff is very friendly! And the technology in the games is great!

My daughter has insisted on having her last 2 birthday parties (age 10 and 11) at Urban Escape Games. Another parent and I have taken a group of 4 kids each time. We have all had a fabulous time. The games are very challenging, but so much fun. The facility is very clean and the staff has alays been kind and enthusiastic! We wont go anywhere else!

Urban offers high quality escape room experiences with extremely reasonable pricing. There staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We did the CDC room recently, and when one of the props failed, the game master didn’t hesitate to jump in and help. Lesser escape rooms wouldn’t have done that (I can vouch for that). As an experienced escape room junkie, I would recommend Urban to anyone looking for a fun night out with your family, coworkers, or friends.

Urban Escape Rooms made our night!!!My friends and I couldn’t find anything to do around Atlanta, since the wait times are crazy for venues during the coronavirus. So hopped on trip advisor and boom UER pops up. Checked it out, no wait time, and they even had a team member come from home to set our game up. We all had a blast, adrenaline pumping the more the clock wound down. We didn’t escape and get the prize.. but our teamwork.. in my eyes, was the real prize. I couldn’t of asked for anything more..URBAN ESCAPE ROOMS.. YOU ROCK!! 5/5!

We came with my 12yr old daughter and 3 friends for her bday. I was nervous they wouldn’t know what to do and it wouldn’t be fun, but I was wrong! From the beginning the staff was helpful and friendly! The girls loved every minute and worked the whole time as a group with each of their different gifts and talents!! Wonderful experience for my daughters new volleyball team! They really bonded through the FBI escape room game, worked as a team and successfully escaped! (And they got to wear cool FBI jackets.) Michael and Ricky were super accommodating, friendly and easy to work with HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Took family and friends here for NYE and had a blast. We did the FBI room and we made it out with 58 seconds to spare. It was so fun! The hour flew by but at the same time it felt like it was more than an hour. Will definitely do again.

We went on a weekend to spend some time as a family. Our 21 year old really got into and it made for a great day. We didn’t complete it in time but really had a great time for our first, ever, escape room.

My family signed up to experience the Escape Room with our 93 year old mother. A couple of the younger group (40-45) had already participated but the next generation (68-72) had no experience at all. We were a group of 5 people covering 3 generations. All of us had a great time! Very nice facility and helpful people.

My Company took us here for a Team Building Outing and we had a wonderful time in the Jewelry Heist room. As the only person on my team who does Escape Rooms on my own, I was really impressed with the theming and quality of the room and puzzles. Even though only one other person in my group had done an Escape room before, the others were able to grasp the concepts behind the puzzles easily, and really enjoyed their first experience. I highly recommend this location for a good experience, and for introducing new people to Escape Rooms.

Urban Escape Games was a wonderful experience for my students to apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to a real-world situation in an engaging, fun-filled way! I am a teacher and would highly recommend Urban Escape Games to other teachers/school districts for their students and companies as a team-building exercise.

This was my first experience, and it will not be my last! It was so wonderful to see my team, who is about to serve in Kenya, work together, encourage, and enjoy problem solving. It was humbling to only complete half of the task. I have already requested that my children do this with me in December for Christmas! (There are more than one room from which to escape. )NOTE to leaders! Get a firm count! There is a no refund policy, and it was very disheartening on my part to realize how much money our church spent that was just basically a donation.

It was sooooo much fun. Everytime we go we enjoy ourselves. The people are always nice and so helpful. I recommend you go with 5 or more people when doing big rooms.

The CDC challenge was well thought out and definitely challenging! The management was very helpful when we needed to make a last minute schedule adjustment. Started out here after a suggestion for something to do for a birthday celebration and ended up booking a second experience within a week! The game felt realistic, challenging enough, and we had to work as a group to escape. Half of my friends had never done a room before so it was ok for all our skill levels. The game masters and props supported us as we went through the process. I loved the theme of Trapped in Time. We came back for Mafia room and we are STILL talking about it!!!! You won’t regret selecting Urban Escape!

Oh wow! This place is amazing for large group events! I cant say enough about how friendly, accommodating, and nice Chris and his team were to us. We brought a party of about 30-35 to celebrate my husbands birthday and also to have dinner after our wedding rehearsal. We split into 3 teams and our families LOVED trying the escape rooms (OK, we ALMOST got out!); it really brought us together and helped both families interact. The set up was super easy in their briefing room, and Chris helped everything run so smoothly. Thanks so much; I really wasnt sure if the rehearsal dinner/escape room/birthday party would work out, but it was SO PERFECT for us! Thanks, Urban! Yall rock!

We have been here on several occasions for different rooms. Always a fun night. Location is clean. The experiences so far have all been great. The game masters do a good job of knowing whats going on in the room so the clues arent something youve already resolved.

Brought the family as part of their Christmas present. This was a great way to reconnect and have fun. This was our second Christmas with Urban Escape and we thank the staff for providing a fun evening for us.

Then we got stumped and worked our way through more clues.Our room guide was helpful and kept us on track. He provided good clues!In case you are wondering, Im not a board game or escape room junky! I usualy pass on these types of things, but this was a ton of fun! Glad I went! You will be too!

I went with my company and we had a great time. We learned a bit about each others abilities in stressful situations. This place was a lot of fun and challenging, though I would recommend that they intentionally split up groups larger than six as there were too many moving parts

As a couple, weve done over 20 escape rooms over the last year and love them, but it was our first time here. We were waiting for another party who had signed up, at which point we found out it was 4 preteen girls 11 to 12ish that the mother was dropping off and we ended up babysitting during our game since management told me there are new owners and they have changed their website policy to anyone over age 8 can do an escape rooms with strange adults and do not need adult supervision. I wish they would have at least offered us to switch rooms seeing that we did not expect to be babysitting 4 girls, which were hyper but not as bad as expected. Mother didnt even stay, she just dropped them off and left, didnt know who we were and didnt care that she had dropped off 4 kids to be with strangers. Poor policy and will not be back even though we complained. Room was a little complicated which is ok and had some decent effects, but some puzzles were solved by a guess and check system, confirmed by game master, which is not condusive to escape games. Highly recommend local competitors Mastermind and Time to Escape who have better run facilities and no unsupervised children.

I’ll admit - an escape game is never the first thing that comes to mind for a group outing. In fact, I often opt for the other option. However - this is my second experience with an escape room, and for the second time I was highly satisfied with the entire operation. Clever setups, challenging puzzles, and the necessity for teamwork. 10/10 and will return.

Loved it! I was shocked that our two person team was paired with another duo which led to us almost solving our room. There is great attention to detail and the puzzles exposes everyones strengths. The decor is top notch and the staff is so supportive. My teammate was an escape room newbie. He is so amped now to go back. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this experience.

We took our mission trip team and divided into two rooms. (One of middle school kids and the other room was parents) It was a blast! Booking process was super easy and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Once we were in the rooms- puzzles were crazy challenging but absolutely manageable because every essential clue is in the room. We were super impressed how everything tied together! Booked just a half before the start time and ran over there. At first it seemed like it was gonna be a bit cheesy, but it turned out to be really fun.
