This place is great for the kids. We all had a great time. Even though I am almost 40 I still like to get in and play. Although I am tired in about 5 min. The kids can out jump me any day. Its awesome how much stuff to do this place has.

It was soooooooo much fun. Especially the dodge ball game.

My kids had an amazing time at sky zone today. I usually do not write reviews but when my kids speak of how nice and fun the staff was I find it impressive.I wish I could have gotten more names but Roger was so encouraging and helpful with my daughter crossing the ninja challenge. It was also the man working the free jump area and just connecting with all the kids. Check in staff was also so kind. Thank you sky zone staff for a wonderful day!

The cashier who assisted me and my family on our visit was absolutely amazing.. If I can recall, her name was Tianna . There were a few more staff memories that were awesome as well. My only downfall was my son was playing dodgeball which is his favorite thing to do but unfortunately the adult employees were in there playing as well and claim to accidentally hit my boy with the ball .. As a mother I was very upset about this because if you’re working you shouldn’t be playing .. This need to be a rule for employees

Very nice staff. They were friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The facility was very clean and the food was good. They have an awesome area for parents to relax while the kids enjoy the different jump stations. Will definitely return.

Kids arent forced to wear masks. My child was 1 out of maybe 4 kids with masks on. Foam pit isnt opened nor is another part.. but he had fun!!

Kids had a wonderful time. Bathrooms could have been cleaner but everything else was great.

First time there since quarantine started and it seems like they are doing a great job. Some of the foam pits are closed, but they are cleaning high touch areas frequently and all employees are wearing masks. Very satisfied, go if you need a place for your kids to get out some energy on a rainy day.

Great place for children. Its safe and funThe manager Nigel and Makayla the host was the best. I was amazed and in awe of how Nigel went from party room to party room to make sure the rooms were stacked with supplies for the party. The children had so much fun.

An indoor playground where children can jump. The staff are pretty friendly to kids and the facilities are clean. If you want to revisit, keep your Skyzone socks. The next time you go without their socks, They will charge $5 again. When we went last weekend, kids played for an hour and paid 20 dollars per kid (Socks is extra! ) Overall it is fun place for kids.

Huge location and very organized.I was going to stay for an hour but we ended up extending it to two and half hours. The kids were having so much fun.

The invitation for the birthday party just gave the address of this place, not the name. No indication what we were doing. What a great surprise. I had so much fun here, was so impressed. The staff was great and the facilities were stupendous.

Great place overall but annoyed that for the 2nd time in 3 weeks they are closing early. I asked employee why there is no advance warning posted on website to which she shrugged her shoulders! Last week it was a private party, this week it’s due to the Super Bowl. I will definitely make it a point to call next time before driving over.

A wonderful place that my daughter absolutely loved. The staff was very good and the grounds were very well kept and clean. The area was very spacious and had plenty of room for all the people. Friday night they do a glow party and my daughter loved it. Bring your kids here they will enjoy it and so will you!

The check-in process is terrible! Takes way too long. We came in with pre-purchased tickets and it still took forever. They need a better system or more people working up front to check in customers. A more helpful attitude from their employees would also be a plus.

Well my first experience at Sky Zone, I was certainly impressed. I remember hearing about it years ago and never thought to try it because another parent was complaining about the price. Are you kidding me?!?! It is VERY affordable when you consider everything there is now to do with your children, and the best places are like this one, where you can enjoy the atmosphere too!! Slap those socks on and get in there, Robert!! I highly recommend Sky Zone for a rainy day of pure fun! The staff were pleasent and the establishment is clean, with more than enough room for your jumping pleasure!

It was sooo fun! There is so much more to do than just jump on a trampoline. Super cool ninja courses/obstacles!

Came here for a professional networking function and was pleasantly surprised LOL....I didnt expect to participate in the jumping but I did and Im glad because we had so much fun. Brought out the kid in all of us :-).

Fun place for kids and adults of all ages. I love how They close off a small section for kids under 5 years old. Good staff. Helpful and always on the lookout. Good basic food (hotdogs, sodas, ice cream, etc.). Only down fall is the location. Its in the back of the building. You cant see it if your driving by.

Was here for a office event and enjoyed most of my time here. Food is decent. Staffs are friendly. Nothing bad about this place that needs to be mentioned here. I liked it.

Fun place for kids to play. I would recommend filling out the waiver online before going because once you get there your kid(s) wont want to wait while you fill out the waiver there. Birthday parties are great here!

Amazing!, My second time to this location and the upgrades are fantastic. Once I walked in they have a check in kiosk to fast track the check in process, once you have your socks and time sticker, they have free lockers or digital ones that you can pay a $5.00 for the entire day with built in phone chargers!. The bathrooms are clean. The staff kept a watchful yet helpful eye on all customers. Granted when I went on a Sunday afternoon most of the clientel was younger kids, I still had a lot of fun... Iam in my late 20s. Check out the videos below! The ninja obstical course was my favorite!!!!

The place itself was great. Great place for the kids to burn off energy but I had my son and 7 of his friends and we ordered pizza for them at 4:20 pm and only received one pizza at 5: 45 pm. The staff kept telling us its coming and it never did. I was highly dissapointed because some kids had nothing to eat.Im

Cool fun family oriented trampoline park. I really enjoyed the swing into the foam pit. awesome. The food area could have been faster with the orders. But besides that all good jumping fun.

Marketplace in Roswell, GA location:We walked in and no one was at the sign up desk, for @ 5 minutes. The young man who did show up knew little @ memberships and seemed clueless @ their offers.Water fountains dirty, looks like no one has cleaned them and bacteria has built up to a nice brown black color on the water pipe spout-yucky-nasty.Some of the employee’s working at this location either don’t care about doing their jobs or aren’t interested in doing the job! I watched my son playing dodgeball and the attendant just bounced a ball constantly and never looked up, kids were staying in the game after being tagged by the ball??? The cost of an hour or two is too expensive to have poor organization!! He did attempt to pay attention after I asked him why he wasn’t paying attention to the players, for awhile but then went back to not paying attention again. Several kids walked away disgusted and said its not a real game!Management here is lacking!Granted all the employees are very young, inexperienced, who’s in charge?? Likely will not return to this location!

Very clean & safe place. All trampolines are maintained very well... kids have a blast there. They also have a good variety of food & beverages... the staff are very friendly & helpful plus they supervise closely...

Great for the kids to get out their energy! Lots of supervisors at each station but they added a few things that takes away from the smaller kids. Locker prices have gone up ALOT and it seems like older kids sort of push around the smaller ones. That said, its clean, fairly safe and the kids have fun! Expect to pay $15 - $20 per child!

Decent facility but terrible management across the board. Employees in general are apathetic and disengaged. Policies inconsistently enforced. Overall much better trampoline parks in the area.

Wonderful place for kids, and maybe even for adults

We had a blast. Its just the coolest place for kids and kidults. I love that there are obstacle challenges. Its perfect for a super hot or super cold day. No more sedentary children! I recommend signing the waiver online and booking your time online. It speeds up the process. Keep the socks for your next visit and save money. Bring your own snacks and water.

The Kids really enjoyed themselves and the customer service was on a higher level.

There was a lot of entertainment and an enjoyable atmosphere for all ages. However, Im unable to give it the full five stars due to or never receiving items from concessions. When I went back to the concession stand there was a sign on the counter saying closed. There was an attempt to give the items 45 minutes later as we were leaving. I would like to point out that they were very responsive to the online text messaging service which is partly why I gave four stars instead of three.

Clean healthy fun

Smaller than you would think but lots of different activities. The general jumping area isnt huge and they are serious about the one per square rule. The arcade is terrible coins only. A dollar for one drop of the claw machine is robbery.

Biggest disappointment. I have a 3 yo and twin 2 yo. I realize they are young and little wild, but I thought this would be a great place for them to get some energy out. There are only 2 areas for toddlers to play around. One of them was taken over by a bunch of 10 yo. I wasnt even bothered by that until we were asked to leave the other areas because mine were too small. So we basically spent $75 to fight with my kids for an hour. Didnt even last 30 mins.

My kids love coming here! Definitely will wear you out quick if you are an adult so dont purchase more time than you have energy. Also be sure to bring socks so you dont have to purchase any overpriced socks there at Sky Zone. Have fun! Hope this review helped. :)

Not gonna lie...this place is rather expensive, but the kids loved it. Not someplace Id go to every weekend due to the cost but it was really fun.

Great time. Need to keep mens bathroom s a little cleaner. Stepping in pee by the urinals with socks on is not a good feeling.

We had our sons 3 year old bday party here and it was our rain plan as a backup for weather, but it was easy to book at the last minute and the kids had so much fun!! This place is good for a day out with friends or with the kids.

Facilities are nice, but this place is a joke in terms of regulation and time allotments. I brought my boys here quite a few times and always had an issue getting them to give a fair time zone allotment for the tickets, but after this recent trip I wont be returning. On a 30-minute pass, my boys got 12 minutes of jump time. At $25 total we paid $1 per minute per kid to jump on these trampolines before my kids were asked to leave.When you have a two and three year old toddler, thats a very difficult conversation to explain why they cant play any longer after they essentially just took their shoes off and got on the trampolines.When you purchase a ticket, they always round back to the most recent 30 minute interval. On this trip, they rounded down about 13 minutes. Thats insane, they cut our session in half and have the insinuation that it wont be enforced. Then you get on the trampoline and they ask you to leave 12 minutes into your session of jumping. Unbelievable, not returning.To add, the high school age kids working here were passive aggressively rude, three separate employees. The girl who asked us to leave the second the clock struck 7 was unemphatic to my explanation that my kids only had a 12 minute session. She told me I needed to buy more jump time if I felt like a session wasnt long. I then saw her joking with the other employees nearby and looking our way as if we were the center of a joke. Unprofessional and just adds to the overall poor experience.

Awesome place for birthdays

We had my daughters bday party there yesterday. The staff were so polite, kid friendly, patient, and organized. We had a party guest who had a cast and despite her not being able to jump, Destiny and Kennedy bent over backwards to make sure that guest had a great time, even though she couldnt participate in jumping. Some of the very best customer service Ive ever received any place. It was such an easy party experience as the parent...I didnt even have to slice cake or serve one drink. Highly recommended. Thank you Destiny & Kennedy!!!

So great to spend even an hour here! So many fun bouncing things to do. You can freebounce, trampoline Dodge ball, foam pit, dunking area, and tons of other things. Ive been to parties hosted here and they are a blast. Definitely recommend birthday parties here.

Had a great birthday party for our 5 year old son today. Do not expect your attendee to provide instructions, as they take care of checking you in and out, and setting up the party hall. And you will have to keep track of your time. The options for playing were to good and our kids enjoyed it very much.

Place is great to work some energy out of your kids and a helluva workout for you too. 1 hour of bouncing twice a week and you should het whipped into shape pretty fast. Pro Tip: Do Not lose your phone and keys in the foam cube pits. You may never find them again. Luckily I did after searching for 20 minutes.

This place is a lot of fun for all ages. While me and my family clearly were having a great time, I could see all others were as well. This place is big and can easily handle the kind of crowd it gets. Money spent here is totally worth it.

Great place for older kids. Not as much for the younger folks. Ages two through four didn’t have as many options to play as the older kids. Also have to pay attention to the older kids running around to make sure they don’t run into your kids. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.

My kids came home after playing at Sky Zone and I found out from them and their nanny that a few of the kids working at the place thought it would be fun to jump into the dodgeball game and start pegging people, including my 6 and 9 years in the head, resulting in my 6 year old getting a bloody nose. When trying to speak with both the Roswell location and corporate neither would answer their phones and have also not returned my called. My kids are as tough as they come but between the bruises and bloody nose I would not suggest not taking your kids here. Never know when their kid employees will decide to hurt little kids at their leisure with the company not giving a sh-t.
