The theater was clean( including the restrooms) the employees were very pleasant. My husband and I enjoyed our visit.

Decent place. The show started, but, we could only hear sound; no picture. I had to go find an employee and have them relay the problem. It was about 10 minutes before we finally saw the picture.

There are three Century Theaters in the Roseville area. Greenback lane, Blue Oaks, and Eureka Road. If you like the old style theater seating, the kind where you can just walk up, by a ticket, and pick your seat, then the Eureka Road location is for you. For this alone I give Eureka Road 5 stars for the old style seating.I decided to go see a movie today at the last minute. With the old style seating you are still able to do that, because the theaters have much more seating compared to the lager new reclining seats.I have the Cinemark app which is the only way to go unless you like waiting in line. I literally bought my movie ticket while waiting at a red light at Sunrise and Eureka Road, using their app, one mile from the theater. I was able to walk right in past the lines, have my phone scanned, and be seated in just a few minutesIm also a member of the Cinemark movie club. If you frequent the movies often then I highly recommend this club for you. Your charged $8.99 per month for a ticket that never expires, 20% off all concessions, and no online fees for ticket reservations. Its also easy to cancel if you no longer want to pay.No matter the seating style of seating you may enjoy I strongly recommend embracing the new app and seat reservation process. Otherwise you going to find yourself standing in line, getting the last seats available, in the front row, if your lucky, while the rest of us walk on by to the best seats in the house.As always please like this review if it was helpful to you. I wish the seats were more comfortable but i loved the movie i watched

This 5 star rating goes to young man working box office Friday night. I called the theater to see if there was a show that the theater would recommend to watch, and the young man took the time to go into detail about each film. we arrive at the theater around 645 and we see a long line. as we get closer to the front we hear a couple yelling at this employee about the mask policy. which in my opinion they were being pretty rude to him. we get to front and without missing a beat, he greets us, even though he had his mask on you can tell his smile was brighter than life.He was very polite to me after everything he just went through. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!! I later found out this young man is a manager from a different location I believe my gf said hes the new bright manager from Adren 14 XD. this young man is the reason for a wonderful date and hope his bosses see this post.

9/23/2020 Everything was super clean, the staff was kind and helpful and they were sure to space the seating for social distance and the customers were wearing their masks.

Clean. Buy your gift card for food at ticket booth if youI have cash. No cash accepted at concessions. Prices reduced for concessions. It felt great to be in a theater again! Social distancing is in place. Masks required. Sanitation stations in halls.

Feel safe watching a movie at this theatre as the virus is a threat very good food and also clean

This is a pretty good theater. I havent gone to many times since there is one closer to me, but this location is just as great as the other. This location is never too busy.

Theater is always well kept . Crew is courteous and friendly. Screens in good condition and sound system is great. Popcorn tastes fresh - one of things that some other theaters miss with prepopped popcorn.

Reserved seating for regular seats. Small theater with only one way into the row of seats. This would have been better waiting for Netflix and watching on my big screen at home. My isle had one person on crutches and two people using a cane.

Better food and more options than UA Olympus down the street. But they took away the discount Tuesdays unless youre a member & pay $9.99 a month. Thats just not nice. But lifes not fair

Staff was decent, seats were old and very uncomfortable. Had an inconvenience with another person mistaking our seats with one of hers, she got the same seat # as one of our chairs and how rude she was about. Horrible experience over all.

Decent movie experience. Watched Frozen 2 in 3D and the experience was great. Facilities can be expanded though

Picture quality is great. Seats are small (narrow) and little too no leg room (my husband is 63 and Im 56.5) and unlike other Cinemark theaters there is no lounging seats or seat warms. I wont be back anytime soon.

Favorite theater in town. Its like a throwback. The seats arent that comfy, but its great over all. Popcorn always fresh. The staff here is very kind. I really loving attending this place. I would suggest everyone take the time to head in. I love the fries here and the beer is always cold. The bathrooms could be cleaner but thats okay. Oh and its really well run. The crowd fluctuates in size. There is nothing wrong with this great place, I hope you like it too.

Used to be a great place to watch movies..with the pre assign sitting in the theater the movie experience has turned sour. Not going to this place anymore..the theaters are still the same size..need bigger theaters also if you want the patrons to get sitting assignment you need to offer a lot more to us than just a regular movie experience...

Its not the fanciest movie place, but everyone who works here is so nice.

Typical movie theatre. Came in for a cheaper rate movie on Tuesday. 25 minutes of ads before the movie begins. No problems with the picture nor the audio. Nicely air conditioned, it was really cool on one of the hottest summer days.

Friendly and speedy staff with fairly comfortable theater seating. Reasonable pricing as far as movie theaters can be expected.

It will be nice if they had the warm seats but everything else was good

Staff was decent, floor was mostly clean. Very busy day, normally a better experience. Had an issue with a couple of young ladies behind us but management responded nicely. Seats are very comfortable and enjoyed the rest of the movie . Thank you for helping us.

Love this theater mid week as its like you have the place to yourself

As far as movie theaters go. This one is pretty standard. The seats rock, but they have not switched all seats to recliners as of yet. Also it is still general seating. This place is in need of a remodel to keep up with nicer theaters, but it is still a comfortable experience. If you want a classic movie theater that hasnt changed in 15 years. This is your place.

The snack bar had a long line consistently, before and after my movie. The business was very dirty overall. Bathroom was out of supplies, trash cans overflowing, popcorn EVERYWHERE!

Almost empty theater

This is always a great place to watch movies. Lots of theaters and lots of seats. Great food and drinks. They make coffee any way you want it. Just love it. Plus, theres lots of stalls in the restrooms. I love it here!

The concession was built backwards. You have to go around the movie screen end and make your way back to the front doors to get your treats. Also, the room with our movie in it smelled like vomit and diapers! Clean your theater and make it pleasant for your customers!

Service was terrible seats are old but they have Cheeto popcorn & it’s the only theatre in that area.

This is a very easy theater to navigate and they seem to have enough employees that you don’t have to wait a long time for snacks and drinks before going to the movies! It’s also very clean!

$5 Tuesday movies! Clean theater, they do their best to get all the popcorn the children throw on the floor. This theater has one XD theater with leather reclining chairs. The rest of the theaters are normal squeaky, soft theater chairs with armrests and cup holders. There are like 10 theaters??? Always showing special movies and having special events during the summer and winter. I saw a doctor who Christmas special there once. That was really cool. I always get a little bag of candy, the price based on weight.

Pretty nice venue but you can actually hear the other theatres audio during quiet scenes which was pretty off putting and strange. We were sitting in the middle of the center of the theatre and the movie directly next to ours was clearly audible during most of Avengers Endgame.

The rooms here are MASSIVE and finding a seat for new releases is easy, but the condition of the theater is only adequate and its age shows. Many of the seat coverings are cracked or ripped.

This theater is pretty average. The seats are comfy enough. But Oh man, let me tell you about this kid named Josh who sat behind me during Avengers: Endgame on 4/26/2019. He sat in row G, seat 1. And all the little punk did was talk and make animal noises, fart noises, ask questions about who was who, kick my chair, have weird sugar-related fits and he SNEEZED ON ME. The chair backs are not high enough to block sneezes. We told him multiple times to shut up and he did for about 30 seconds, then resumed his animal-like behavior. This made my experience, lets say, less than pleasurable. But I digress, the theater is pretty crowded and the food stand takes forever. Id go somewhere else, and will be from now on. I do not want to meet Josh again, for his sake.

Nice theater, but I hope they upgrade to the luxury loungers soon. Ive been spoiled by the other locations. But it is still a great place to go see a movie!

Decent Cinemark theater, it is usually well maintained. Has not yet been updated to more modern seating, but the stadium seats are comfortable and clean.

Buyer beware: this is not a luxury XD theater! There is one nice room with what looks like recliner seats. The theater where we saw “Green Book” had worn and grubby old seating, no leg room and entire sections roped off due to a leak in the ceiling. I checked other rooms and found the same old seats.Luckily, movie magic took over and we enjoyed ourselves despite the ratchet environment.

The people were friendly, but the seating was very uncomfortable. Was expecting upgraded seating as with other theaters.

I was in town when I figured that this theater was showing a Live at the Met production of Aida, an Opera I had not seen. I made sure I went as normally I travel 75 miles to my local theater in Lancaster. Much more convenient as it was only 5 miles away.Good seats and reasonable occupants.

The seats are so small, you cant even get out in the middle of of the movie because some people are huge and blocking you and discouraging you to leave for the bathroom. I highly recommend the other theater which has recliners.

The theatre seats are poor and uncomfortable. I got up 40 min into a 2 hour movie because my butt hurt. Seriously, I don’t care about good “average” sound if my butt hurts. Get with the times and upgrade.Now let’s talk about the incompetent ticket taker. I paid online and was told I could use my visa as proof of purchase. They said I couldn’t, but after me showing how, they did.Let’s focus on cleanliness. Floors sticky and bathrooms worse.

Seats uncomfortable and were not the recliner style. Cloth seats from the 90s. Leg room barely there. Could not watch The Joker comfortably.

Went to see avengers. Theater was packed and staff was doing everything to keep the lines down and get you seated promptly. Would recommend.

One of the last places where you can decide to go to the movies an hour before hand and get good seats. Even for new releases. Everywhere else you have to look online to see if there is any seats left and make a prepurchase.

Didnt realize how spoiled Ive been at the Blue Oaks theater. This place is dirty - popcorn all over the entry carpet, spills that werent being cleaned up, sticky floors in the theater, gum on one of our seats. All of that combined with a ticket scanner that didnt work and outdated chairs... We wont be back.

Went to the Tuesday discount movie. Ordered the lg popcorn and kg drink special. Saved a few dollars. Clean theater. The only thing I would of liked was the recliners. But thats just because we are spoiled like that now. Great theater.

Its an ok place to see movies. Old style movie seats, descent parking, good food places around. They play some fathom events there as well that other theaters dont, which is a plus.Normal theatre problems. Everything is overpriced and their food is really not good. Popcorn and bottled water is your best bet. Nachos are a worst then any gas station, hotdogs are old and taste bad with almost no garnishes, pretty much everything is about the same.Theres a problem with noise pollution between projection rooms. Youll often hear the viewing room next to the one youre in, which is annoying. The screens themselves seem old and discolored. There is often areas that look like its stained. It often looks like viewing a tv that is filthy with dust along the bottom.Its an ok place to see a movie, but if theres another option near by id go there.
