We just had my daughter s bday party in there. It was great. Renee and Michelle were very helpful and nice. I didnt have to do anything except bringing the cake and cut it. They even decorated the place. Super cute. Food was really tasty and spring rolls were delicious. Guests had lots of fun, played games, kids had ice creams. Overall, great experience. Recommend to any parents. Had lots of time to talk to guests which doesnt happen when we entertain at home.

Lanes are well maintained. Seating area, floors, and carpeting are all clean.

I take a client here for Special Olympics bowling on weekends. The staff are incredible! They’re helpful and kind with all of the participants, families, and support workers. It’s always smooth sailing here. I’ve also seen they advertise great weekday specials.

Always a great time at the lanes. We came to cut loose and celebrate our nieces birthday. Tried the Alley sampler, and were not disappointed. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Hard to have a bad time when you are having so much fun.

This spot is my favorite. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The stuff is very helpful and the cooking they place on your table is so delicious. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.

Been going here for 12+ years. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Bar. Pool table. Back room for events. Full pro shop! Food menu has $8-$10 items. There is a late night burrito stand in the next strip mall. Nice alley overall.

I used to come here to play ITG (think DDR but better) and had buckets of fun plus I got good cardiovascular exercise. I would wear a pair of basketball shorts and converse sneakers, which was the style at the time. Id quench my thirst with a Diet Conk. Afterwards, Id get myself a slice of piping hot pizza pie and dip it in cheddar cheese sauce!

Great atmosphere and friendly service. You cannot beat the specials. The wife and I recently started going a few times a month and once we found Bowlero in Roselle, weve been bolwing 5 to 10 games a few nights per week. Keep up the great work!

Clean, close to the house. After that not much to say. Been there five or six times on Sundays at the same time and never paid the same twice. But the last two times it has climbed very high in price. Two bowlers two games $24.00 that is way to much to bowl. At an alley that is showing its age. I could drive ten minutes to Elk Grove and pay $16.00. today I got a medium coke and bottled water it was just shy of $8.00 make sure you hydrate before you go. Also staff is not trained well all the questions I have asked about starting a social club or league, need to be answered by someone else. Really you work the counter and have no info on this. No idea?

It was okay. Kind of pricey, but the staff was amazing! Loved the customer service. Will actually return. My family and I enjoyed the night out.

Had a great time. Food was really good. Staff was incredible. They took really good care of us and were very attentive and pleasant. I would consider having events there in the future. They worked with me and were very kind. We had a lovely family outing and thanks to all of them it was perfect.

Very busy on Wednesday night. Arcades are awesome - similar to gameworks but in a cozy and safe area - perfect place to spend time with the kids, instead of chasing them all over like elsewhere.

Took my son for a round of a mini golf... this place should not be open for business in it’s current condition. Hazardous: Missing parts like railing, lights, cracks everywhere, bricks are coming off walls, course outdated, carpet ripped.... and so on.... Waterfall and fountains not working... I got a deal through LivingSocial and had no idea how rundown this place is. I would ask for a refund if I had to pay for it a full price. Not a good experience.

Took my kids here just because we were passing by and they wanted to go bowling. Nice place, without the classic old bowling alley smell of cigarettes and stale beer. Thanks for keeping a classic American pass time alive

It was a great experience for our family and New years was great there!

It seems cheap at first but soon realized that we could’ve gone to round 1 for roughly the same price, and had cheaper beers, better shoes (falling apart, severely worn down), better balls (very few XL finger holes), non-slippery floors, lanes that don’t screw up consistently, music that doesn’t suck, and cosmic bowling that wouldn’t blind me 5 times. 1st time and last time

A good place with friendly staff but... They were very quiet and the counter placed a group of children right next to me and my friend when there were a majority of other lanes open. -1 star there or I would have rated things a 4

Great experience clean bathrooms. Great service and really good lanes well taken care of and easy computer system to use. BUT.. the prices alone are the reason I dont go. The only positive thing was the unlimited bowling for 3 months that was so worth it.

Nice place for some fun. Bring your own shoe disinfectant cause they dont disinfect the shoes before putting them back. I asked about and the girl just gave me a look.

Friendly staff. It was closing and the front desk guy was nice enough to let me finish the 10th frame. Itbwas worth it because I bowled a turkey on the last frame. Drinks are fair price and it looks clean!

Had a small party for my dad here. Had to drive past a closer location because of league play, but Im glad we did because this place was so much better! Incredible service made us feel like our small party of 6 were the only people at the bowling alley. Will definitely return!

Desk staff was very nice and helpful.

I personally love this place.Only thing I would say they should do make deals that are for people that play more than 1 game and upgrade the food

Its good but not wonderful

I was told that a lane was open, drove over an hour to the place to be told there was a mistake and that I wasnt able to bowl... Figure your lanes out!

The lanes are great. Plenty of selection of balls to choose from. Automatic scoring is excellent. Their prices unless you go certain times are expensive. Paid $39 for 3 people two games with shoes. I would advise you call first to see when they have specials.

Came at 5 pm. Asked for one game ( I have 2 little kids) .I was told there wont be any availability tonight. I talked to manager . She didnt feel like doing anything about it. I like around a corner and I own a big Trucking company I could have been sponsoring local league but turned down by some unmotivated employee .

Bowling needs to be better.

Okay bowling alley with mostly friendly employees. They offer a mini arcade with cool games if you have kids uninterested in bowling. They also have a kitchen and bar.

Ive been here maybe 4 - 7 times. Ive gotten both of my bowling balls from their pro shop. They didnt try to make me buy anything fancy for my first ball just recommended what was best for beginners.I got a turbo r as my first, shoes, covers, wrist guard, and a bag and got a very good deal and a few free games to try out what I got.I got my second ball about a month ago, used, urathane hammer. Both have worked very well and they are always so helpful.Lanes are usually in good condition depending on time of day. Regular house oil pattern. Place is very clean food is good and the employees are very nice!

Its the Roselle hangout. Haha but they really did a lot of improvements recently. My best friends 30th party was a blast! Food is great, great beer finally. Still smells the same though. Ha

Well kept. Lanes are true and service is too. 32 lanes usually mean theres room; unless there are leagues.

I took my niece and nephew hear to bowl on a Friday night. As an ex Brunswick zone employee I found it very aggravating that Cosmic bowling was an hour and 15 minutes late and they played nothing but Call Of Duty on the TVs streaming the cross the center. As a place that is an attraction for young kids, showing gun violence is nothing but wrong and vert unprofessional. I will Not be returning to this location.

Just Awful!!! My kids school was all geared up to bowl today 19 Dec 18 and when buses showed up place was closed. This was all confirmed yesterday and today nothing. Just sad this happened and right before Christmas. Main number sends you to center in New York to talk to someone, and even then took for ever to have someone answer. From what I gathered this place has been doing this for the schools for 22 years. What a sorry excuse for a company!!! No bowling and no food for the kids. I would hope that Bruswick has honor and respect and will do the right thing for the kids.

Its a nice bowling alley with other activities to do and the people who work there are very nice. A place I would go again.

Good food, clean lanes and lounge area. The arcade is fun, and the computer system and bowling is also a good experience. They have shoe rentals and memberships. A good place to go with family or friends, also good for occasions like birthdays.

Has improved a lot lately. We went there recently and there were finally enough staff on so that we didnt have to wait 15 minutes for a drink. Good lanes, no complaints.

Came here to buy a ball since it was near work. Ive been here 5 times since.First time I stood at the counter for 20 minutes without being helped, so I walked out.The next time sometime finally helped me after 10 minutes.Next time took about 10 minutes too, but they ran a Wednesday 2 hours for $11 so I stayed.The very next Wednesday I came with people for the special, and they moved it to Monday. The girl working the counter pointed to the brand new professionally printed sign showing the Monday special after 8 pm. So even though the place was empty they let us walk.Today, Monday, I go for the special and the guy tells me its league night, not only no specials, but no lanes. I point to the brand new sign behind him with the Monday special and he just shrugged and said maybe 930 or 1000.Clearly they are poorly run. Wont be back

Great bowling alley and the lanes significantly help my bowling. Very clean, fresh and fun. I love the service, the lanes and especially how the computers are set. Its super easy to fix an error. Great place and the best part is rare glitches so Im bowling without having to wait for repairs.

Fun but a bit outdated. Couldnt find a single ball that was light but had normal mens size finger holes. Also we called ahead asked what time they close, told them we had a group coming and that we were going there because 10 strike closed early. The person assured us that they are open. We got there and the guy at the counter said they were closing early. Really not cool so we told the other 6 people that were on their way to forget it. The place even sent the bartender home early.

Tried the pizza here and it was great, they have deals based on groups and kids and they have many lanes avaliable however, you must take note if there is going to be a tournament on the day you are going if so your time will be cut short due to all the lanes being needed. Other than that I reccomend this place for bowling

The bowling lanes, computer set up and the service was great. If your out on the town with the adults and wish to visit/use the lounge and/or eat food then be prepared to spend a hole lot of money for the few hours you and your friends will be their. $4 just for a domestic beer. Ouch! Took the fun right out of the evening for sure!

Bowling was lots of fun.

The bowling alley was great, clean and not too crowded. The food not so great but edible. The company Subline. Would recommend that Brunswick for relaxation and a little enjoyment. Great time.

Nothing special. Just like any Brunswick... Overpriced. Dont get drinks here the bartender was awful. Get a beer instead

All you can bowl 11$ after 8pm is a great deal. A little understaffed but it all works out eventually. Nice lanes and decent bar

Enjoyed bowling, food was awesome, great service, but arcade could be better.

Many updates to this place making this more current in looks. Condition of lanes improved as well. Still needs updates to carpet and walls to bring this into 2015. Recently added slot machines in bar area.

Not bad, fun for the family. Bad if your on a league and you need to prebowl, they have leagues EVERY weeknight, you cant get a lane if you work 9-5 everyday unless you want to go in at 9:30pm :(

Very clean and nicely remodeled. Staff was pleasant and had nice party rooms for kids partiea and other types of social gatherings

Worst bowling alley!!! Customer service extremely poor. Our line would get stuck all the time and they only moved us to another just so they didnt have to go and fix it every 2 minutes. We asked for a free complimentary game (after playing 2 games on a not working line) and got a deal Instead of paying $5.89 we paid $5.25 per person (a joke). We go bowling twice a week and never experienced such a poor service. Never going back!

We happened to come on a day when kids were free so that was a plus! Decent food, free refills, staff were friendly and helpful.

Awesome Bowling Specials. Monday - Thursday $7.99 per bowler & unlimited games for 3 hours! SHOES INCLUDED!! . Cosmic Bowling is amazing too. The bar always has some sporting event on all of its LCD & Projectors . Great customer service and the their new and improved food menu is outstanding .The parking lot is going to be resurfaced and upgraded scoring monitors and wall to wall flat panel TVs coming in JULY 2012!

***mini golf review***The only reason Im not giving it a one star revote is because it was actually playable. The wood is rotten, the lights are hanging and wires are exposed, the greens(carpet) is wrinkled and ruins your shot, water features arweren running...terrible course!!

Awful. My sons class was confirmed to be there today (12-19-18). The buses brought the kids to the facility, but the facility was closed. Teachers confirmed the reservation the day before. This is absolutely unacceptable. Someone really dropped the ball on this one.

We went to the putt putt. It was fun, but the place was falling apart and our balls kept getting lost inside the pvc tube inside the displays

Judge for yourself:1. Lanes opened half an hour after our party was scheduled.2. The first waitress showed 75 minutes after the lanes open to get orders for food.3. Food was delivered 20 minutes before our 2-hour party ended.4. 1 food item was missed5. There was human hair in one of the food items (hope it was human)6. One pitcher of Stella beer was room temperature when delivered.---I had to ask Jim (person in charge) 5 times before waitress showed to take our orders.Complained after the fact to Nicole (sales rep) about this, promissed Mike (General manager) will call to explain, which never happened.They dont care about you as customers.

Had a birthday party for my daughter here, and the events coordinator that assist in me, Danielle Capizzi, was amazing. She was so helpful and efficient. She made sure everything was set, organised, and ready for a good time. Not alot of games to choose from, so if you get a game card....you dnt need alot of tokens. Surprisingly the chicken fingers were delicious! So make sure thats a party choice.

Great place .Had a birthday party here. Folks were helpful and accommodating.

This has to be the oldest Brunswick zone ever. Management is on purpose trying to run it down to the ground. Carpet is torn, kinked, worn in places. Walls and ceiling show signs of water damage over time, like years worth of time. Windows are dirty and show signs of mold on them. I mean just a run down place, if it was not for the event I was attending I would have thought the place was closed and up for sale.
