While the park itself is well maintained. I won’t be visiting again for a long time. There are too many people walking around without a mask as no social distancing. And sadly there’s no officers to enforce anything from what I could see.

I found it so easy to keep a 2 yr old occupied with minimal effort. There is an observation deck to view the turtles and other wild life. We saw boats that you can rent but Im not sure really. There is everything from basket ball and baseball fields to soccer and volley ball. They even had a beautiful water sprinkler for the kids. I didnt see any bathrooms but I wasnt looking for them either but Im sure they were there somewhere. Endless paths for runners ands walkers and also countless picnic areas.This park is perfect for any families. Its huuugeeeee

Is true that a couple of fox’s have been going around the park, I was able to get a couple of pictures of them.

So grateful to have a park this size in Suburban NJ. There is an overing, dog park, multiple football fields and lots of green space.

One of my favorite places in NJ!!!!!! I love this park, its great for a jog/run/walk/ kids/ reflection etc. There are live games and even dancing! I love this place!

It was actually my first time in Warinanco Park. I attended a Memorial Gathering/BBQ. Everyone had a really good time. Its a beautiful park. Clean and well-maintained. Nicely shaded by all the trees. Great place for family fun. And as an animal lover I really enjoyed watching the variety of dogs being brought to the Dog Park by the pet parents. So many breeds. From tiny Terrier to massive Mastiff. Gorgeous. I will definitely be visiting again.

I have been going there since childhood. My friends and I caught plenty of fish and crayfish from the lake there. Really good for running and barbeques.

Really beautiful grounds and enormous. Was impressed the 2 restrooms were open and clean.

The park is clean, spacious, with benches and lots of trees and a beautiful pond where you can while fishing. I wish it had more public bathrooms though

I enjoy parking there and going for a walk. During covid in the early stages the bathrooms where locked. Now all is opened and good.

I live a couple if blocks away and its nice to take in the greenery with my dogs. People keep to themselves (social distancing) and its not very crowded in the mornings. :)

This is a very relaxed park where you can walk drive through or just go for a jog.

Delightful park. Some of the paths need work for safety, but it was, otherwise an enjoyable experience.

I think the park commissioner did a wonderful job in restoring its beautification.

Some impolite dudes riding bicycles racing in unorganized and probably illegal races calling names the car drivers who drive properly and legally through the park. Not cool

Large park. Very popular. We played soccer. There are baseball fields and picnic areas. It is a nice play to go.

I wish people would stop leaving their trash in the parking lot. Other that that, Warinanco Park is a nice getaway.

Beautiful park that I have gotten lost in many times while searchimg for my wife. No I was not there looking for a wife. I was meeting up with my girlfriend at the time who is now my wife.

Great place, is a big park with a lot space for make excercise or enjoy having a friends or family day, or read a book and have a relaxed day.

Beautiful grounds and a boathouse on the lake! Lots of paths for biking or walking and a field for every sport. Even has a really nice playground and splashpad for the kids, with an ice skating rink in the rec center. Cant wait to see it in winter!

This park is so easy and convenient to get to. It has everything you need for days when you cant get to a gym, like today. I didnt touch anything fyi...gotta be safe. The park is a good size with multiple entraces and exits all around. There is also a track, different kids areas, ice rink and sports center. I enjoying running my two miles whenever I go.

Living in the area for YEARS this park always was and is a great place for picnics, cookouts, to work out, nice area for the kids even in the summer. Cant complain besides when you have to drive through there!! Lol

I love this park because it is so big, which means so much to do. Play on the sports field, go on the playground, or just walk around!

Ive been going to Warinaco Park with my son, since June. We go to the track and field. On the West Jersey side of the field, behind the screen, is where he did his workout exercises before he begins jogging. But, when the soccer players come out, they practice kicking the ball around as if he was not there first. I find that very disrespectful. They arent being mindful or courteous when they kick the ball and he gets hit. No apology and keep it moving. My son is the best, Take Kwon Do 3rd degree black belt. When the ball comes, he just catches it and throws it backwards after the 3rd time with no considered apology from the kickers. Otherwise, a good day.

Ive called the Union County park commission several times about Fox in this park. They can be seen in the daylight, especially near the Center. Be Careful with pets, children, and anyone walking or running in this park.

Very good place to relax, have a kids area, BBQ (that you can use for your family by first ask for permition to the park adminitrator). It also have some game areas like soccer (which is very cool), garden and small lake (you can rent a small boat). Is very clean and you are able to walk in any time because is very secure.The are potable water to drink in some areas of the park. I recommended.

Warinanco park is very nice today not some any people because its Wednesday a working day 11:00 am with 83 farenheit beautiful day. Unfortunately my company didnt have enough work for all drivers so it was my turn to get a day off thats why I came to the park to walk and make some exercise

People are calm all ethnic races are at peace good sign good police interaction with people

Had a nice Covid 19 picnic plenty of social distancing space, and when my son had a hit and run the police were wonderful.

I love this place. It is set in a park, beautiful inside and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you ice skate or thinking of ice skating you should definitely go here.

I love jogging there, it clean and spacious and there is a running track. The problem that after 9:00 its completely dark ( no lights are on). At day time its fun, pretty crowded in weekends, lots of places for picnic.

It was nice getting out in the park during this pandemic crisis. There was even a Puerto Rican caravan. Go and enjoy the park.

The park grounds are not maintained properly. There is garbage all over, the pond is filty (it looks a health hazard with the stagnant water and garbage) people instead of walking on the path are walking in the middle of the street which is a danger to the drivers and the person walking. The park has deteriorated inconsiderable in the past years.

Place has updated since last time I visited 20 years ago. Looks pretty decent and clean. Needs more parking space around areas.
