Quiet and clean. My son plays soccer in fields. Nice playground. Peaceful lake.

There isnt enough shade and the areas that were available were quickly reserved by towels and blankets left there for an hour while people were off playing. The pavilion area is nice but doesnt offer enough of a view of the playground to actually utilize. The splashpad area is wonderful but quickly crowded and the playground doesnt offer much for the smallest children. The paths and grassy area are wonderful. I wish guests would be more considerate of the small amount of shady areas available and share.

I love going to this park I would like to see Roselle install a couple more fountains.I believe we need to keep more water flowing to keep the pond clean.Alot of people love this park its great to walk dogs the kids have a water park .But we also have to put up with the geese they also love the water.I afraid that our kids adults pets I am concerned about the enviroment honestley.We have a pandemic with san airborne virus the gasses?that are being let out of?the standing water the?green algae is very unhealthy for all .I would like to see someone bring it up at their meeting some day

Quite peaceful. Cool floating dock to sit on and feed the fish. Theyll come right up looking for you to give them more bread. Beautiful fountain

The park is serene and a nice place to enjoy a beautiful afternoon. A path for walking around the lake is nicely paved and maintained. But that path also serves cyclists so you do need to be careful!There is a nice playground for the kids. And there are an adequate number of picnic tables for small parties.Fishing is permitted in the lake. I would assume that a fishing license is required.

I just went to this park last week for the first time and I definitely will be coming back! This park is huge! It has a great picnic area. Large bike patch. Nice playground. Huge splash pad! My two year old twins loved their splash pad! If your looking for a fun park to spend hours at, come here!!

Nice local park. Plenty of things to do. Pond is stocked with fish and you can walk out on the dock well into the pond. The kids play area has a splash park and they host live music during the summer.

We were invited to a big picnic and the place is just perfect for birthdays or any occasion. Its very family friendly.

My six-year-old daughter liked it so Ill give it three stars. A bit run down especially for Roselle. Hopefully in the next year or so theyll do some maintenance work to get it back up to par.

Good park

Great splash pad / playground, for cooling off on a hot day. However Roselle Park district needs to be more cognitive with ground maintenance as the trash cans were overflowing, and it was hard to keep my child from playing with the trash blowing in the wind.

You can sit there and watch the wildlife very relaxing I enjoy it I think you will also

This park has 2 grills, 2 shelters, a playground and a pond. It is perfect place for small group like church or family gathering.

One of my favorite local places to sit and read. Usually not busy and a decent walking path. Very dog friendly. Downside is portolets are reminiscent of a crime scene but thats a village issue. Be prepared for geese. Lots and lots of geese.

They have a gazebo, roofed in picnic area, and grills you can use. Youre supposed to call the park district to reserve the gazebo, or the picnic area. They have a good updated park with a very nice splash pad for the summers. The soccer field is pretty darn decent too. The only thing that could make this park better would be a baseball diamond.

Good park setting fun playground with spacious pavilion. Wood work needs some painting. Friendly staff. I would rent it again for a party in the park.

Very nice to take the kids when youre low 9n money. They even have a sitting section look like you can BBQ not sure if you need permission or not. But my kids had a ball and all the the kids there played together

Great place for kids and adults. We attended a graduation gathering. The gazebo was an awesome place to grill out and share lunch with friends, but the kids park was superb. My two year old son, Kamran, exclaimed, I like the water park! He had so much fun, and spent all his energy. He slept through the entire night!

Good park for kids and some sports, maybe a lunch and a dog walk too. Damn Canadian geese practically own the place though. Cant we please make those things endangered again?

The kids always have such a fun time here. My only wish is for a fence, but the park is thoughtfully laid out, so keeping watch of your children is pretty easy. There is enough here to occupy an entire day, if you want. A walking path, pond with dock, picnic shelter, splash pad, playground, and sports fields.

Its a park, big area to play, places to cook out. Play ground and splash pad. They stock the pond so fishing is an option.

Great park. There are always a ton of friendly kids there when the weather is good.

This is a large park with lots of walking areas. Lots of people walk their dogs here, and there is a nice playground. There is fishing permitted in season. Unfortunately there tends to be a lot of goose poop on the grass and even at places on the paths.

I really enjoy the park I go metal detecting all day long I have been hunting that park for a number of years every time I go I find something different I help clean up the park as well

The gem of Roselle. Walked the pond this morning before 10 am. Just beautiful. Everyone should visit and enjoy.

Kids enjoyed playground more than splash pad. BBQ grills provided should you choose to spend the day. Only negative is the port-a-potty. Not sure how often it is serviced/cleaned. There were feces over the floor of the one we happened to use. That is the only thing that deters me from going back.

The grass is supremely well maintained, the fields are open and large, lots of picnic tables around, a few shady trees by the lot and a kids playground area too. Its right next to a pond with a running track around too. All in all a 5/5 park

It really needs to be better kept. The fishing can be great. There are very nice catfish and the bluegills are quick to bite. The water parker is clean and good for small kids. Im not impressed with the condition of tge basketball court though.

Relaxing. A great place to park to look at the lake from your car. At the lake, there is a place to do fishing. Several benches that face the lake and a walking path that surrounds the lake.It is clean. There are places to play baseball and soccer. There is a playground and a covered picnic pavilion.

Love taking my dog there for walks. The geese make me crazy! Goose poop EVERYWHERE! YUCK! I feel pretty safe as long as its before it gets dark.

Attended the Christian Tabernacle Church annual picnic. The park and facilities are great! Very family friendly.

Great place for walking on trail, splash pad is good for younger kids, fun to fish on pond. They also have free concerts in the park every Thursday during the summer.

Well, you used to be able to catch, big largemouth, bluegill, crappie, channel catfish, and my dad even caught a big smallmouth bass, but now you literally can’t even catch a small bluegill there now, probably over fishing. Such a shame

Great place to walk, relax or bike (especially for kids), there is not so many amenities there, but if you love just to walk under natures breeze and enjoy your life after a long day at work, definitely go there:)
