The community is okay, I had better neighborhoods and had worse. The managers do a good job keeping up with the place. Rent is affordable which is a huge bonus. Nice starter homes.

I grew up here in the 70s and the place hasnt changed a bit since then.

( Update: New manager in 2019, is an old park resident. They are not qualified to run the park and break every rule in the book. ) Surprised the lady running it has not been sued. for violating tenants rights.Update: The Park Managing appears to have been reported to the state for tenant violations. Since my last review a year ago the place is no longer maintained well at all. The Manager is seldom there anymore and has park residents doing services. Its slowly going down hill from poor managing by the new replacement.

The new manager is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to great, positive changes!

Lived here since 88 and the only thing bad that people drop off their cats here and a gravel & Concrete plant next door.BTW keep youre cats indoor cause I kill them.

Its ok but people have to much junk in yards and to many stray cats !! Oh and you cant grow weed in there any more !

Only issue I see is owners of animals need to keep them in their own yard...

To much asphalt and you are so many people in the way I can see the new part is over crowded
