Shadow Ranch Mobile Park

Park posted cancellation signs for an estate sale for a family who was just trying to deal with items from a loved one that had passed away.

Management is a big issue. They are difficult to deal with. Grounds arent pleasant to the eyes. They raised rent prices a lot.

The income qualifying is nothing less than discrimination. When I was informed, I remarked not all have that much income who are 55+. The man replayed Thats why they dont live here.! How professional is that?Besides that, 1500.00 to retain a space, and 499.00 a month? If you want to fence an area, it has to be CHAIN LINK fencing and that has to stay. Well of course! Your money, their fence! Sounds like a consentration camp to ME! Point is, regardless your income, you pay or you leave! Sure, you must be able to pay your 499.00, however even a bank does not calculate a loan figuring your income to be 3x your home cost! Truly must be why so many homes are for sale there. You want out of there so bad, then they buy your home and you bite it just to get out of the trap. They resale at double what they paid you . Opportunists!!!

Kept very well cleaned and no problems with automobiles parked in the way of any person or main driveway. It will be my first choice if I ever choose mobile living.
