Not very well kept up. Just looked sloppy.

Its a trailer park, not much to say,

The groundskeeping is near non existent. They do not keep the park plowed out. Some older residents and really everyone is in danger from slip and falls. They are risking definte liablilty lawsuits in the near future. Get it together and stop endangering your tennants with dangerous conditions including but not limited to unprofessional mold removal in multiple residences over a span of years at this location.
