Have friends that live here. Its a pretty nice place.

Do not rent from this place. Infested with roaches and mice and rats, pet deposit is almost $400 per pet, landlord wont do any actual maintenance, just cheapest patch work possible...raised rent two years in a row..its just not worth it.
