The managers got a bad attitude and acts very militant even when showing an apt? Was asked for my ID to be sure I wasnt a criminal amazing everything locked too kinda like a jail atmosphere not a place Id want to live at?? Small apts too no good vibes from this place!!

Nice place to live, caring neighbors, hugely enjoyable clubhouse functions. Well organized emergency team. 55+ manufactured home living in a really nice town.

The landscaper named Jerry Merrill does a fantastic job for several clients there

Management acts more like a warden rather then a manager. She has been nasty to several tenants and unfortunately most of them live in fear and wont speak up because they are simply afraid of the potential consequences. I feel that she should be reported for elder abuse, abuse of power and to the company that owns this village park.

Attended a small event at their Community room - very pleasant, plenty of space, full kitchen.

Its okay, roomy. Next to major road and train tracks.

My parents have been there for a very long time and love everybody in the park. Im glad they found a place do spend their golden years.

I lived here. Greenbelts throughout. Not asphalt city like some mobile home parks. Clubhouse offers clean restrooms, an exercise room, community library, pool. Great neighbors.

Quiet and peaceful place to live. Close to everything.
