In have lived there for 36 yrs . Raised 5 children And never had a problem I could not take care of myself. It is clean and quit for a family park.

I would have to say living in Rancho Feliz is like living in hell Ive lived here for 17 years, the property managers are horrible they do not do their job at all unless they are forced to by their bosses they have had a lady that works in their office that embezzled money which takes the rent money that we pay and deposit said in your own bank account as well as theres no parking here we have a company which I wont name that likes to drive through and tow cars at will which is called Predator Towing and thats against the law I would not recommend living in Rancho Feliz its not a place for kids to grow up or quiet place to live and if youre looking from help for the managers you might want to look somewhere else

Very limited visitor parking and they wont hesitate to tow your car but other than that, the place is nice and clean.

Good place to score drugs of thats what your into. Meth hub since i can remember

Managers are really strict about cleanliness of yards. Quiet for the most part wouldnt recommend for people with kids to many wanna be gang members

Is owned by millennium housing and run by haven management. DO NOT BUY IN ANY PARK OWNED AND OPERATED BY THEM. YOU WILL PUT YOURSELF AT RISK. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY; THEY ARE GUILTY OF EVICTING PEOPLE FOR SMALL INFRACTIONS AND THEN STEALING AND PROFITING FROM THEIR HOME. they get away with it because there is little resources out there to help victims of this type of crime and usually cannot afford appropriate legal representation. TAKE MY WARNING AND STAY AWAY!!

I think most of the people ate friendly abd are we illing to help their neighors!!I like it quite alot.

The managers here discriminate. Picking and choosing who to write up and do not recognise when an effort is being made to improve the homesite. As long as I have lived here the pool has always opened may 1st. These managers open it a month later and do not know how to properly care for the pool so it is closed most hot days.

There is always a towtruc taking the neighbor and your own car when visiting family members there is not enough parking space it sucks.
