Great park! On a hill on lake Erie. There is a small beach, that is not for swimming, although on hot days you can see people and dogs swimming. There is a playground and public restroom. As well as a new picnic pavilion. Good place to watch summer sunrise and sunsets

Great place for events under pavilion or to just spend alone time. Check the sunset. Its totally worth the view. There are blocks in water, allowing water to break and be warmer for swimming. Ideal place for swimming.

Initially went to Lakewood Park to watch the sunset, but it was too crowded. Ended up here instead. Glad we did. Not too crowded and dog friendly also.

I avoid Rocky River Park in the spring. Too many pungent dead fish on the beach. Great spot for sledding with the kids come winter time. Playground, beach are great in the summer.Beautiful Park that I grew up with. Parking lot too small to accommodate numerous cars in the summer. Take a bike instead. Parking tickets in River are not cheap.

Nice cozy little beach with a playground and a pavilion for gatherings. The mens restroom is severely out of date with push to use sinks with make impossible to both hands simultaneously.

I had the best time with Marian Stanko! She is one of the most caring people I know! Gods creations are wonderful and like no other! The water was so beautiful and so was our day!

Such a beautiful place. Most of the time when we come here it isnt too busy like most other parks. Its nice to just sit on the beach and look at the water on a warmer day. This park does have an area for children to play as well. Definitely worth the time to stop and visit if you have never been here before.

This is a beautiful little park with playground for the kids, benches and swings overlooking the lake to watch breath-taking sunsets. Swimming is not allowed here, but you can climb down the steps and walk along the shore which is again a beautiful experience. This park is best for its sunset views!

Cute beach with a play set, regular and baby swings, benches, bathrooms, some shady areas above the beach, a wooden deck outlooking Lake Erie, and a spigot by the parking lot to rinse the sand from your feet. Parking is limited, which means the beach wont get too crowded, but also means you may have trouble finding a spot. Carpool if possible if coming with a group.

We are truly blessed to have the metroparks in this area. I love taking my son down hear for rock skipping, river walking, hiking bike riding, picnics, frisbee and more. God is the ultimate artist and I feel filled up when I get to spend time in such a beautiful place. There are bathrooms conveniently located throughout the metroparks making it ideal for families with children.

I love this park BUT its often impossible to find a free parking spot. Theres so little parking and street parking is illegal in the area so it seems the residents of the area dont want anyone to frequent this park.

This is very clean, well maintained. Perfect for all ages. Family oriented and very active . Perfect for picnics, relaxing, kids playground, watching the water.

Visiting from out of town; we were thinking that this would be a large park. It is quite small and didnt seem that well maintained. Beautiful morning to enjoy some coffee though.

There was nothing wrong with this park, it just wasnt what I was looking for. If youre looking for a playground to take your kids to, this would probably be a great park. I think I even saw a sign that they have movie nights and other activities in the summer. If youre looking for a good new place to run like I was, I would not recommend it. Also, not a lot of parking.

I absolutely love this park. Its private and its beautiful. A nice place to take a date that you serious about. Oh but wait!... I have never seen so many dragon flies in my life and they were huge! All in all its a wonderful place to visit with your family for a quick outdoor outing.

Not a large park but very enjoyable. Kids play area, picnic area, shaded area to get out of the sun, area to soak up the sun and dip your feet in Lake Erie.

Went to see the Harlequin duck. Apparently, that was a popular choice. We did get to see a male and female along with some Buffleheads. Nice small park

Very nice little park with facilities and a pavilion. Nice lake view. Lots of picnic tables & a play area. Not 100% sure if the park is at all accessible if stairs are an issue. I would definitely recommend this location. Perfect for small get togethers.

This park has a unique balance of shoreline, beach, grassy field, picnicking, rock climbing, and wild nature. My family just loves this place and its definitely a favorite. Because its a small neighborhood park and so sublime, parking is nearly always an issue.

Benches were great to sit on. Many dogs there. Need to clean up the shore water. Filled with logs and debris. Hazard to young swimmers not paying attention to no swimming signs.

This sweet little park has to be one of the most comfortable, energy stimulating, inspiring locations around. The beauty found all throughout has helped motivate and clear the minds of myself and those around me often. A perfect place to touch the local nature and get the best of the area in one small location. The beach is always good for finding sea glass or light swimming, or simply admiring the water. Always worth heading over

Its a small well kept private park. Very nice.

It’s a very nice park. I would recommend coming earlier on in the morning if you go during the weekend because the parking lot is small and it gets busy. Dogs are allowed on the beach and in the water as long as they’re on leashes. I would bring retractable leashes if you want your pups to go for a swim. People in the area aren’t too fond of dogs that are off leash even if they’re well behaved.
