Highly recommend A to Z Art and Framing to anyone in need of custom framing or art restoration. The customer service is phenomenal. Spencer is very kind and always looking forward to working with you. Tonya is amazing, collaborative, so knowledgeable, has a great eye and She does an incredible job. The whole team is trustworthy and take good care of your pieces from start to finish. Excellent pricing, the work is impeccable, and I could not be more pleased or satisfied with the results. Thank you so much! I will be back after this experience with the next items I need framed. David &Jose!!!

AtoZ did such a fantastic job on my frame. They helped me pick the right frame and matting. I’m no expert, so I truly appreciated their expert opinions. The materials they use are very nice. If you want great quality framing, I highly recommend them. It’s great to support businesses, now more than ever, and this is a place you can trust. I couldn’t be happier with how mine turned out. Thanks AtoZ!

I have had atleast 6 pieces framed at A to Z and always thrilled with the results! Quality workmanship, many beautiful options to choose from and very helpful staff. Would highly recommend to everyone.

5 stars! This place is absolutely amazing! Spencer and Tonya are both so kind, inviting and willing to work with you to do anything to make you happy. They completed my framing job with two certificates in one frame in only an hour and even gave me all of the highest quality products. I highly recommend them, not only for their timely service and great quality framing, but also for having the best prices in the area! Thank you A to Z framing!!

Spencer was professional and attentive and communicated very well. I am very happy with the result for our precious items. Thank you for handling and framing them with care! I will be back.

A to Z is great for framing. Will spend over an hour with you to find just the right frame for your piece. Have done several custom items with them now and always amazed at the outcome.

Spencer and his entire team at A-to-Z are top notch. They provide expert artistic guidance and labor, and their finished product is exceptional. They have framed several original works of art for us, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Amazing customer service! Can’t expect more! Spencer was very helpful. I wanted to frame an art work for my living room. I showed Spencer some pictures of my living room. Spencer helped me to pick right frame, right color. There are 2 hanging hoods on the wall already. I called Spencer to put on 2 hanging wires. He actually offered to come to my house to take measurements so he could put the wires at perfect location! When the are work was done, it snowed, I couldn’t pick up in the morning. He even brought it to my house! Not just the service, the quality was also great! Price was very reasonable. I have referred A to Z to many of my friends. I strongly suggest you to have your art work framed here. You won’t regret!

Really nice owners, with great service.

I am currently waiting to get my picture framed by A to Z and Im excited! This is the third picture Ive had framed by A to Z and they are incredible. I love the choices we made (I had creative input, as did they) and know it will look fantastic, but there is nothing like seeing your special picture framed beautifully for the first time when you pick it up. The two we already have hang on our walls and are treasures.

*UPDATE: I very much appreciate the apology and explanation. After calling and speaking with Spencer I have decided to go back for an estimate. This is customer service!I have a valuable piece of art with a broken frame that needs replacing. I wanted to get an idea of different frames and perhaps ballpark pricing as I am used to going to the big players who always have 50% coupons. I do not feel comfortable leaving it at a place like that which is why I was so excited to find a small business that specializes in this field. I know the size of the piece and did not want to travel with it until I knew where it was going to be framed. Upon entering for the first time this afternoon, we explained the situation and were told that they will not provide any pricing without the piece there. This seems odd when I just wanted to get an idea of pricing. I guess I need to find another place that understands the delicate nature and are willing to offer better customer service.

I called several framers in the area before ultimately deciding to use A to Z. The owner, Spencer, is just amazing. The level of care and customer service that he displaced is paramount to none.I called him a week before Christmas with my request, he said no problem, come on by. I then told him Id have to take extra time off of work to make it during his business hours and he brushed that idea away and stayed late to meet with me, working around MY schedule. I was floored.I got and find that I mistakenly had the print incorrectly printed (from a third party). He threw around ideas of what he could do to cover up the mistake (the print was laminated). We decided on a game plan and a frame, at an EXTREMELY reasonable price and I picked it up several days later and am estactic with the outcome.I dont care where I live in Maryland, from now on Ill make the trek to A to Z framing.

What a straight up honest business man. He is very trustworthy and his staff is as kind as can be. The finish product is amazing thank you guys.

This place is amazing! I had a hole-in-one golf shadow box made and was astonished by how great it looked upon picking it up. The owner was incredibly friendly and gave me an amazing discount. I could not have had this done for a better price anywhere- especially with this attention to detail (even Michaels craftstore was considerably more expensive) I also needed it for a birthday gift and they went above and beyond and had it done for me in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and will certainly be going back myself. You will not be disappointed!!

The owner Spencer is extremely creative and talented. He has chosen many beautiful frames for me over the years. I have also sent many friends and they have been pleased with the results. Hes got a great eye, hugh selection, all customized. Always seems to guide you to the right choice, with fair pricing. On a side note he has helped with some charitable events as well, and generously donated his services. I continue to go back.

Great customer service. The owner is awesome and the staff is friendly. Im lucky I used their art framing services.

A to Z is amazing! Its inexpensive but youre getting handcrafted frames and really personalized attention and detail to the job. I had three photos framed for family for gifts and Spencer Zarin the owner asked me about each individual, their style and taste, and he worked out the best layout, mat and frame for each. I have never received such incredible, wonderful attention anywhere, and was blown away by the craftsmanship! Worth every penny! When you first walk in its a little overwhelming, but just breathe, they want you there and they will blow your mind! I would absolutely go back!

They are great !!! :)We had 6 hockey and football jerseys to frame to our office .They did an excellent job, I took a couple of weeks but the workman ship was great!!we been going to A to Z for now about 2.5 years !!! in this time they had done over 38 framing from certificate to ribbon cutting giant scissor !!!I put my name on it there good work!!!!We will coming back!!Thank you Spencer!!

Always great place to get treated for dental care.

Spencer is great. One of the only framers with an actual eye for art. Worth the premium.

Great work and done on time. Too bad the pricing was more than the print. Heres to added value.

I needed to get a painting framed and called this place to give exact measurements and framing specification. The associate refused to give a estimate over the phone because he was scared of being under cut. He mentioned that he guarantees his prices, but he wouldn t give them over the phone. It was horrible customer service. Finally, I hung up on the guy and apparently he has called ID because he tried calling me repeatedly from 3 different phones until I blocked it, very strange. This place appeared to be unbearably sketchy. I DO NOT trust this place. There are much better places in the area.

Amazing customer service and excellent pricing as well awesome quality.

Very friendly and nice people ready to help you!

Great sense of design. He gets it right and prices are no higher than elsewhere, even at Micaels and theygive NO expert guidance.

Friendly staff
