Peaceful and great location to grocers, pharmacies, and I-80 interstate.

Large park. Mostly older homes. Which you need to beware of them if they have aluminum wiring. A small creek divides the park down the middle. Quite nice. The vegetation is very lush throughout the park. Almost felt as if we were driving thru a jungle.

I live here and took a walk around the park and enjoyed the Spring like weather today.

Great little Mobil park yet full of contradictions. First you have Sierra which is Spanish for mountain. Then there is Lake a different kettle of fish. There is Mobil which sounds like it moves. Then Park which sounds like it doesnt!? And of course Home which I guess is the most important. Perhaps its a world of choice!!

It is a very a nice park family friendly. We used the club house for a baby shower. The room is large, set up nicely and very kid friendly

My best friends dad lives here. His unit is surprisingly big inside. The park borders a very attractive stream/pond. You will often see geese, ducks, bunnies, and turkeys wandering the property. This place definitely made me rethink the stigma of living in a mobile home park. Its senior only, but I would consider living there if Im looking for a place when Im that age. **Update** my friend informed me that they opened up rental to all ages.

My Mother-In-Law just moved there. It seems to be a nice, quiet, SAFE & comfortable place. Very impressed!

Fast sevice. Everthing i expected. Nice staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to do extra. The parking was easy and close with Handicap parking and there was a handicapped capable enterance. Feels nice to be welcomed and given proper customer service. Why go anywhere else. I recommend this place for your needs.Stevens

Love this place.

The park is beautiful and quiet and great to walk around but the people there are just really not friendly they made me feel very unwelcome and like they didnt want to give me information on the available houses when i came in to check it out. The staff at the office itself made me decide not to move here so sad because it was so beautiful. The only person they would speak to was my husband when i spoke i was ignored and skipped over, the people wouldnt even look at me or answer my questions like i didnt exist.
