I’ve used 916Movers (same crew of 3) twice in the past 4 months and I can’t say enough good things about them! They are the Real Deal!!! On time; no messin around. Loaded up my 10x12 storage (full); then my apartment full of priceless collectibles, furniture, appliances, etc... 4 1/2 hours, 5hrs tops, start to finish! My son is hiring them to move this coming Friday. Would highly recommend 916Movers!

Nice tight knit community..

Management not very informative and has changed several times in the past year. Seems things are getting worse with each visit to the park. Residents generally unhappy. I have decided NOT to move my over 55 self and husband to this community.

I lived at Rocklin Estates for 2 1/2 years and can say I never had any real problems within the park. This 55+ park is quite with a peaceful atmosphere, ducks, geese and a bunny rabbit from to time to time.Darlene, the office manager was alway very helpful with getting things resolved. However, I believe some improvements are necessary.... such as resurfacing of the roads, theyre in really bad shape. Miss the friends I made there :-)

I cant accurately rate this site because Im not a resident. I drove through looking at for sale units. I can tell you that I received lots of information about the new section of the Park. Sigrist Homes is selling manufactured homes, designed for the buyer, and placed on the selected site w/ an attached garage. Both the Park Manager, Darlene, and Frank Sigrist, were informative and pleasant to talk to.

Not bad at all.
