My kids and I had a good time! Tilted 10 is big enough to offer many choices for entertainment, pricing is acceptable and reasonable.I appreciate they have some arcade games upstairs on one side that are more suitable for younger kids. Employees were friendly and nice when I asked questions. We will definitely be back for fun again.

I was so excited I think that Rockford needed a good arcade like this for a long time, the addition of the bowling golf and laser tag makes great options for all ages. They had a great staff... They have somebody watching all the areas to direct staff when customers are waiting around for something...The only thing that really put me off is the pricing structure. All the games instead of being an even number of tickets has a .1 behind it, this ensures that you have to leave with tickets and money left on your card that you cannot use because there is nowhere to use the remaining balance. For putting that much work into a nice facility, I feel that it is very much taking advantage of the customers. They do the same thing with the prizes. There is nothing for under 10 tickets so if you have nine left you have to spend more money or lose your tickets.

I took my kiddos and Hubby here on October 23rd and the chances of us coming back is very unlikely. We played both the arcade and bowling. I will say that they did have a good variety of ticket games and traditional arcade games which was nice to see but the amount of Tokens it took to play one game was overly expensive. 400 points for 100 dollars and games are 24 points a game ... Not to mention the amount of out of order games that had no signage indicating that the games were out of order caused for alot of wasted points and an Oh well from employees when youd bring it to their attention. The bowling was by far the worst experience Myself and my family have ever had. Not only were the bowling employees and management extremely rude the actually bowling experience itself was insanely terrible. It became very apparent that they do not have traditional bowling lanes after continuously having bowling balls stuck between pins because of the string attachments that hold the pins up. Another issue with the strings was that they were continously placing the pins out of order. With as many issue as we had already had the last 15 minutes of play we had our lane paused for excessively fast bowling meaning we were throwing our balls to quickly down the lanes with a 13mph ball.... Employees would take their time for every ball that needed to be taken out of the pins or that got stuck, and for every time we had to call them to readjust the bowling pins. So for the hour of play we had purchased the amount of bowling that was actually done was only about a half an hour. I would absolutely recommend you save your money and go to local entertainment sources. Cherry bowl and Volcano falls are good replacements with reliable employees and excellent prices. Id recommend you save your money and skip the hype of Tilted 10.

Shame on them for not letting a young man play laser tag because he has a disability.. So if someone was deaf would they be turned away because they cannot hear. People need to boycott this place. SHAME ON THEM!!!! Discriminating against someone, not to even let him try and see if he can do the laser tag. Just awful.. Tells me this place is not properly educated or equipped to help people with disabilities!!!!!!!!!!! Never will go there!!!!!

I really enjoyed the mini bowl, laser room, and old school and new school arcade games. This is a definite go when in the Rockford area with kids and adults of all ages!!!

A but pricey but isnt everything. Kids had fun. Loved their mini putt.

First it was a Race discriminatory issue now discriminating a disabled guy who can clearly do a lot of things with only one arm. He bags and works as check out at my local Walmart with no difficulty; Really shame on you guys. Do not spend your money at this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ... I paid 400$ cash for my son’s party and Recived the worst service ever they gave us cards with one game on them and they also gave us the blue bracelets some with games and some without and I called and complained and they told us in so many words that we were wrong and they’re not going to do nothing to fix the situation and we also were treat poorly by the Party Host she told my 11 yr old niece to eat with her hands . So no I don’t recommend this place to no one in the Rockford or cherry valley area

Prize minions where stained and blade machine games have the blades dulled called them out on it they acted like they where innocent

Don’t come here if you have a disability and want to be humiliated in front of everyone by the staff.

My friend went to the Laser Tag place and was rejected for having only one arm.

Very nice place and plenty of games for all ages.
