Just a place in badly needed.T LC

After getting new owners the place has gone down hill and they are making it more and more unaffordable if you’re Caucasian. Others they don’t care, I know because we all talk.

Not certain if this place is under new management but my last experience was not great. Ive never experienced such rude customer service. If you are under new management please treat prospective tenants with respect.

Do you have any 3 bedrooms or 4 ?

If you love cats this is the right place to live... the whole park is full of stray cats who use the place as their personal litter box..... and lots and lots of traffic all hours day and night.

Friend lives here. Its quiet as far as I can tell. No problems.

When I first move to rock hill three years ago I stayed there and omg they are slum lords the rent is cheap because the trailers have major issues. I would not advise my dog to move there and I dont even have a dog!!!!

Its a very run down the dilapidated community they charge way too much rent for these roach and spider infested mobile homes there is tons of Maintenance that needs to be done as well as the tenants Who currently live there have issues with leaving trash and junk cars and stuff all over the yards I would not recommend it to anyone with small children there are tons of drug dealers and drug activity going on and that Mobile Home Park but just keep in mind this is a man that does not live there but have friends that have lived there and continue to live there nor will this guy riding this review ever live in a place like that
