Child molesters are apparently welcome here. Owner is a slum lord that only cares about making quick money and refuses repairs to park or trailers. Josh plots, with his other slum lord friends, against you to take your home from you while smiling in your face. Neighbors fixed a horrible pothole at the entrance with roof shingles. It lasted about a month. Its nothing but a stereotypical trashy trailer park. You couldnt pay me to live here again. The children steal and break windows, and nothong is ever done. There is a pending child molestation case from a neighbor in the park. Its horrible.
