Great place to have a cozy birthday party,there service is very flexible!!

Took 1 and 2 yr old to birthday party here. If your kids like bounce houses, they will love this place.There are 4 bounce houses: 2 normal bounce houses, and 2 with slides. My 2 1/2 yr old had no issues climbing up the slides. Its unfortunate that there are only two types of bounce houses -- I kinda wish there was more variety.Despite this, my kids had a blast. The main area is fairly large, and there is a room off to the side for smaller parties. Based on the website, a party will run you around $150 -- which seems a little steep. I am not entirely sure if pizza was provided by the company.The actual bounce houses were in pristine condition -- unlike some of the ones we tend to see at the outdoor events downtown.

Went here for a birthday party. They only have three inflatables but the price can’t be beat to have your party here. Staff is friendly and overall was a clean facility. Would definitely recommend having a party here or to bring your children to play.

I went here for a birthday party. I was not that impressed. They have 3 bouncy houses in a very small area. I did look up the prices and is a really great place for birthday parties, but I would not take my kids other than for a party.

We were there for a birthday party. I was expecting something a little more upscale, but it was ok. The party room can use a paint job. The whole place can use a good cleaning and upgrading. They need more than one room to hold a birthday party. If you have more than 8 kids and 5 adults you will be crowded in that small room. The only reason they got a 3 star is because they have 3 big bouncy castle.

Good, cheap place for a birthday party. Someone said they are closing, though. Not the best location and its outdated. Still fun for little kids.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. We have had a birthday party at this location and have also been on the weekend just to get out and have fun. The price is awesome and my children (2yo and 4 yo) always leave happy. I just wish the hours were open longer on week nights. Recommend.

It’s inexpensive. The staff is friendly. The place could use a upgrading, the kids enjoyed the bouncy castles and had a good time.

2 year old loved it! will recommend to play for young children, specifically toddlers! Feel like the food is less than satisfactory for the price. Chili dog was not worth $2.50 for some very bland chili! Other than that, very nice place to go for your children for cheap admission!

My husband and I was there to celebrate our sons first Birthday party. We had a wonderful time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And, the facility was very clean and spacious.

Horrible service piles of trash in the room we got. The air didnt work at all it was nasty in the whole place. Staff didnt do nothing but stay on their phones

Great for indoor play and small parties. My kids enjoyed meeting other kids, bouncing and playing games! Its basic but clean and inexpensive. Perfect for rainy days.

Went there for a birthday party!!! My daughter absolutely loved it!! It was neat and clean and the staff is very nice and friendly!!!

My three year old loved it. They have three bouncy castles, and a couple of coin operated games, and a small snack bar.

We came on a busy party day. There was 4 bouncy houses total set up. The place is small on the inside and not very well arranged for parents to sit unless you want to sit against a bouncy house. We only paid 5 or 6 dollars per child which was a good deal for the hour and half of energy they burned. It got crowded with one party moving out and another moving in so we decided to leave. The refreshments were reasonable priced. Rated 5 stars for the price vs entertainment value. Wouldnt be a destination to fill an afternoon but definitely great fun to let the kids burn off some energy.

Poor atmosphere. Bad smell. Overall, an underwhelming experience. Very little Arcade. Bounce houses were dirty.

They are apparently only open on Saturdays and they have booked a private party. Dont attempt to bring a child here to play, you will always be disappointed.

Very friendly staff and good deals with coupons, expect other people to be different and to lose track of their children, very fun for our grands. Go early!

I hosted my daughters birthday party at Bounce planet on Sunday 9/24/2017. They employee lead me to believe my daughter would have a private party, as in he told me it was private and assured me Sundays was by appointment only. As we were having our party the employee began letting the public into our party. I spoke with the employee and he said he never said it was private. I asked him did those guest make an appointment as well he said no. He then proceed to argue with me and refused to refund my money for the party unless we packed up and left 30 mins in the party. My daughter turned three and her and her friends were already having fun. If you do go to this place please dont have a party here it is not worth the time and trouble. Since there was no contract the company can do what ever they please to the customer regarding the agreement.. Poor customer service !!!!

Showed up during their regular business hours and there is a “closed” sign up. There were other people waiting to get in. The people in the business next-door said they don’t always show up during their regular business hours. You can’t have business hours up and then not show up when you say you’re going to be open...I called and got answering machine also stating their business hours. No explanation of why they are not open. So now I have three disappointed kids... make sure this place is actually open before you tell your kids they get to go.

Great place for small kids and my husband and I found some spare ballons and began to play volleyball, which then all the kids wanted to join in. We love this place!

This place was great for small children. My son had a ball from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff was very friendly.

Showed up here at 10:15 am on a rainy Saturday to a locked door and a dark room full of deflated equipment. Would have loved to try it out but no one was there during posted business hours.

There were outlets left uncovered and things plugged into the wall out in the open, as well as many other child safety hazards you wouldnt expect at a childrens place.
