This was our first time coming and there was not as many kids as I thought. Ty was so amazing with my kids the entire time we were there. I as a mom greatly appreciated it. I hope his manager sees this and knows that he is an absolutely the best at his job. I will definitely look more into the membership and come back. Thank you again Ty!!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Took my 12 and 9 year old kids here. Don’t be fooled, this place isn’t only for kids. I jumped and climbed as well and had a blast. The hour was a good amount of time. Try this place out. It’s way better than your kids sitting home playing on their devices!

Very clean and well kept up! Staff is great and friendly and follow all protocols to kept the place sanitized.

I had so much fun here but I was disappointed to see the lack of covid regulations being implemented.To be more specific, masks werent enforced and I didnt see staff members sanitizing the attractions, except for the employee wiping down the zipline handle with a dirty rag (no disinfectant).

What a fun place! So happy to have a place like this in Rock Hill! Tonight was my first visit and we were there for a birthday party. Birthday hosts, Elizabeth and Brayden(if I remember correctly) were awesome. They had the best attitudes and were great with the kids! Its family friendly and fun for everyone! Im gonna tackle that ninja course next time!

Everyone has been amazing with my kids! So we decided to do the monthly membership and I’ve never been more grateful. They sanitize the Zip line and swing handles after each child! :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We went to Adventure Air for my daughters 7th birthday! We used the large party room downstairs. It was very clean with ample room for all of our guests! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Due to Covid-19, there wasnt very many other people in the building and most had on masks! Huge shout out to Adventure Air for making my daughter Ryleighs Trolls Party a huge success!!!

I watched an employee act very nasty towards a Hispanic family and yelled at a child to translate for her family because she couldn’t understand the mother and she quote said “You’re gonna translate for them right? Because they’re really making me mad.” My daughter enjoyed her time there but I was really considering if she needed to be there or not due to poor behavior of a staff member. I wouldn’t dare let someone speak to my child or about me that way. Let around let my child see that happen... I don’t want her picking up attitude or actions of such.

I have two boys ages 11 and 7, and they had an ABSOLUTE BLAST! They ran and played on everything in there. Prices were descent, the staff was accomodating, and the facility was clean and well kept. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the zip line wasnt open until 5 minutes before we left and we went from 5-6 on a Saturday. In my opinion that is PRIME TIME for people doing things with their families and all the attractions should have been open as they had enough staff for it to be operational. As well they do not have a concession stand or serve any snacks or food but they do have drink and snack machines. We more than likely would have made a full day of it which would have made them allot more money had they offered a snack bar. Other than those minor things, WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK.

We love coming here for a bit of “normal” fun in 2020. Great music and atmosphere, never too crowded.

The staff at air adventure have always been welcoming and helpful. Everyone has great attitudes and offer an awesome experience for us as parents and our toddlers. This morning was our second time here and again, we left having had so much fun! The staff were sanitizing equipment, wearing masks and had the hand sanitizing stations full to ensure the safety of everyone, so we felt comfortable being there. Thank you, adventure staff! We are planning to have our son’s 6th birthday party with you in September!

We enjoyed our evening! Our girls had a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and attentive. While we were excited about them being open for business, I wish they would have done a bit more sanitizing. Hand sanitizer was everywhere and we used it, a lot. I was hoping to see staff wiping down surfaces in a rotation. We were there for 1&1/2 hours so if this is something they do, maybe it should be sooner in rotation. Observing the many kids touching everything, as they do, this would be a good practice regardless but especially in light is the pandemic. We were happy, enjoyed tonight, and we will go back. But hope to see them step it up in sanitizing.

My son and I live in NC just North. We have been looking for an outlet for energy expense; found it here. Well run, pleasant and very friendly staff. Entire building was very clean and appears well maintained. They did a great job keeping social distancing under control. I will definitely go again!!

We had a great experience and were satisfied with the cleaning policy. They wiped down all hand held surfaces before each person used them (zip line, trapeze, etc. ) and had hand sanitizer stations all over the place. Only gave 4 stars because the online booking process was not ideal so we ended up just booking when we got there, which wasnt an issue because it wasnt crowded. However, as more people start going out it could potentially be a big issue.

Great place to play with the little ones during the week. Pretty clean. Not sure how clean the rock wall and dodge ball balls are but zip line was cleaned after every person.

Took my five-year-old grandson and we had a blast! The facility is extremely clean with lots to do. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I was very pleased with our visit. The sanitizer stations are great, and I liked how we were urged to use it upon entering. The foam pits were a concern, and I didn’t see any explanation on how they were sanitized. Still, we will definitely be back this summer.

First and foremost this place was huge with alot of activities. The price was very affordable and i plan on coming everytime i visit SC, or ya can come build one in nyc lol .

Family oriented. Great price compared to similar places. Wish it served food but there were vending machines. I witnessed them sanitizing and checking hand sanitizer stations.

The kids love coming here. We love that its very open and you can see pretty much everything from most places making it easy to keep track of everyone.

The kids have a fantastic time here. We try to take them several times a year, and its always like going for the first time for them. The staff is courteous.We try to skip the weekend and crazy summer months as it get super packed.Great for parties too.

This was my first time at this location and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with everything from the facility on down to the staff. The system used to manage wristbands is also pretty genius. We will certainly be back soon. The place was jumping and my daughter had lots of fun.

We have an awesome experience each time we visit! Monday nights are the best for our family size! Tonight we met friends for my youngest sons birthday! It’s fun for the kids and a definite workout for the adults!

Great time lots To do well supervised

My 3 year old and I had a blast! We went during toddler time. It was great! Even when a large school group came it is big enough that we didn’t feel overwhelmed. And everyone that worked there was very nice. Can’t wait to go back!

We love this place and have a great time. My only complaint is the check in process. We always book online and there is always a long, slow line to check in. There is no separate line for online registration. If you can fix your check in process I’d give 5 stars!!

Had my oldest sons birthday party here today and when we arrived the check in employee said that there was a mix up in their system and that our party had gotten lost in the cyberwebs. Our party hostess hadnt shown up at all and they were a bit scrambled as to how things were going to go. They went above and beyond to make sure that the birthday party went off without a hitch! Not only did they let our party start jumping and playing 20 minutes before our scheduled time but they gave us an additional 40 minutes of jump time after our time was done because the pizza that was supposed to arrive in the middle of the jump time came at the end of our original end time. Basically it was supposed to be an hour of jump time 30 minutes for pizza and drinks (included in the birthday party package highly recommend!) and then another hour of jump time; however with our party being overlooked our pizza didnt arrive until the last 15 minutes of our 2nd hour. The trainees that were our party host/hostess made sure everybody had a full cup, served the pizza, handed out the cupcakes, the presents AND brought out candles (I didnt think to bring any, wasnt sure if it was allowed) and were super friendly and talkative with the adults and kids alike. Love love love adventure air in rock hill and cant wait to come again!

I went to this place while visit SC and it was amazing. First of they have massage chairs, you can pay with cash or credit/debit card. The place is also very clean and the staff is very attentive and engaged with the kids. Will definitely go back.

Nice place. They are well staffed with friendly and operationally excellent employees.Place was clean. Nice use of technology. Music was loud, but the kids loved the tunes which werent offensive.My kids had a blast.

Took two kids under 8 on a Saturday night. Paid a little over $40 for 1.5 hours. It was busy but not overcrowded. Overall seems to be ran smoothly with enough staff spread across area, which made me comfortable enough to let the kids run free as I was able to watch from their many seats surrounding the jumping areas. We left around 9pm, that seemed to be the time it died down. Id definitely go back with adult friends around 9 - close when the Saturday night families take it in lol.

One of the better trampoline parks we have been to. Plenty of things for the kids and some challenging things for the active adults. Mika course was a bit difficult, wouldn’t mind 1 lane being impossible but at least 2 or 3 were not achievable by an above normal active dad. Would like to see a ball/cylinder incorporated above the trampoline that is difficult to reach for adults to try and grab like velocity in Charleston. Also, a soccer goal section would be much better than basketball like summit adventure park.

Affordable fun for the entire family! I loved the availability of the free lockers. Plenty of trampoline activities to do. My children of all ages (5,5,12,14) all had a blast and so did the adults. Would definitely recommend visiting this place and we will certainly visit again.

Didnt like that the waiver requires you to agree to let them photograph your child and user those photos online, but the owner responded to my earlier review and explained that photographers are identified and request permission first. A bit pricey, but nice facility. Kids loved it.

Me and my friends took our children during club adventure. They looked short staffed. But Michael did a good job keeping everyone in line and kept the floor in check to the best of his ability

Fun experience! It was very slow afternoon and my daughter and I had a great time going from one activity to another. The staff was very nice and made sure they were always around for our safety.

A bit of fun for my cousins and myself, but too dangerous for me! My cousin twisted her ankle in the first 10 minutes... (It was her fault) Mostly it was a nice place, and clean as well, but there should be more protective equipment applied as Ive seen an ambulance there multiple times! Have fun, be safe!

It was Awsome. I honestly questioned how long trampolines could entertain you lol but they have multiple activities incorporating the trampolines that an hr flies by! The party room was also nice and you can over see the whole activity center but the stairs to get up there will tire you out. You think your fit walk up them stairs 6 times Haha.

Carson G, Carson W, and Austin were really helpful. They helped my friend find his phone in the foam. Carson G helped me out with the vending machine with a few other people. Overall, I felt that I had great friendly service.

We had a birthday there today. Katlyn and Trey were our party hosts and they were amazing! The manager came by and made sure we were well taken care of! Such a great place full of staff that truly care! We will remember this for all future birthdays!!!! Thanks so much!

I really enjoyed the different games and levels of trampolines. I also enjoyed the fact that it’s so kid friendly my 2 years old could jump and have fun. Also, that he was so tired he went straight to sleep afterwards. Lol I also jumped and enjoyed myself.

Went for my 4 year old’s birthday party today with family! So much fun and the staff were great! Will definitely be going back!

It was a fun experience. My only issue is the odor. Have a deodorizer at hand for some of the employees overseeing activities. Focus on the foam pits, sweaty kids playing in them leaves a foul smell once you attempt to enjoy it yourself. Other than that, lots to do & it’s adequately priced.

Grandkids were excited to play but check in was very slow. Workers did not appear to notice that check in line was getting longer and continued to talk to each other and wave to their friends. Seemed to be good kids that just need more training.

Amazing place! My only reason for not giving five stars is for not having an attendant dedicated to those who pay and complete waiver online. It sux to wait in line behind those who pay and waiver at time of visit. Would be great to have an express checkout or something, whether at main desk or at the event desk (those folks were very idle and could have helped move the line)

Great place but kids can get hurt if they are not careful. This is just the nature of the place when you have a bunch of rowdy kids in a place that they can run wild:-). My son had his 6th birthday party there and he loved it. They don’t have food but you can order pizza which is delivered by Papa Johns. Then you have a choice of lemonade or soda.We will definitely go back as it’s a great place for kids to get all that adrenaline out!

This place is awesome!Well maintained, organized and a family environment.My son and I came here and we were the only ones here besides the employees. When I tell you one of the workers ( KB) took the time and had some play time with my toddler. My son loved it. I had knee surgery and was afraid to go out there because I’m not 100% recovered but I’m so happy he agreed to go out there with him.The employees are friendly, I’m shocked because there are young but the environment here is really different.A go to spot for my familyThank you KB

Cool spin on the indoor trampoline park. The highlights here for the kids: junior obstacle course (American Ninja Warrior style), and the Zipline.

We had a great time and I appreciate how they kept to their safety rules when capacity was full. Good family fun!

Had my son’s 10th birthday party here! It was awesome! The kids had a blast and Adventure Air Sports handled everything. The party host was amazing and everyone enjoyed themselves! I definitely recommend Adventure Air Sports.

This place is pretty well set up with different and fun activities. However, highly disappointed with the customer service...my spouse and I noticed a board with special pricing. .only visible on your way out. It showed pricing that was almost half of what we actually paid for our visit. When we asked an employee why we were not charged accordingly, the response was that they are not allowed to inform customers about that and should charge full price if a customer didnt happen to have eyes behind their heads (in order to see the sign facing everyone heading out of the facility). So if you are the know you pay a certain price and if you arent, then you pay double. I could be completely mistaken here but I thought promotions were meant to encourage folks to want to revisit your business...and not to feel cheated after contributing to the business profitability.

Would be better if all stations were open (and supervised) instead of the teenage staff socializing. I may stick with your Pineville competitor who has better staff and pricing

I wish there were more reasonable pricing for full day or unlimited access. I am at urban air and it is 26$ for all day. They have monthly rates as well.

This place is fantastic. So much to climb my and play on for the kiddos & a great view of the whole venue from the upstairs for the parents! Shout out to Jackson who was fantastic with assisting my nephews birthday party today. He was extremely personable and sweet. I like this place even better than some of the competitors out there! This place is amazing for kids birthday parties. The timing is perfect for the flow of the party and all the staff are amazing but Janiah was so accommodating, sweet, professional. I just can’t say enough about how awesome she is. They really made my son’s birthday perfect!!

Very LIVELY scene and a great addition to the city. This place in my opinion was one of the places that marked the beginning of a construction and development snow ball affect in the area. It is a total scene inside.I have never jumped on the trampolines but they do have this hurricane simulator. It was always something I have wanted to do. I wish I had a wad of cash to throw around in the chamber and I could be in a cash hurricane. I think this could whole cash blowing around in one of these chambers could be something in a rap video. It is one thing to make it rain. It is another thing to risk a paper cut after you make it rain.

Most fun Ive had with the kids all year!!!

Me and my wife took our kids here. We had never been before but one of my sons turned 10, and it was the best decision we ever made.

The young men working as “referees” or “lifeguards” or “monitors” were very friendly. Made it easy to have my young granddaughter in to just roam around and play. Great experience. Thanks

A good place to take kids! Lots of climbing and bouncing activities. We went for a birthday party and the kids had a great time. Everyone was able to spread out and do their own thing then come together for the birthday fun. Staff was nice, too. Overall a little chaotic/disorganized but good, nonetheless. :) Plus they have massage chairs for the adults while the kids are bouncing! Great bonus!!

Great for family time

My daughter loved it here, she asks to go all the time. There is a lot to do from zip lines, bouncing, jousting, and a ninja course. The price is reasonable. Be careful about what time you go in though or you may not get a full hour that you pay for. We went in at 1040 and had to leave at 1130, not that 10 minutes matters that much, but just saying.

Excellent place for friend and family. I had a lot fun with my girlfriend, once a month they offer a date night for adults. Great deal and a perfect workout.

We did a company team building event and it was awesome! Erin did a fabulous job facilitating in a way that was loose and casual, but kept things on track! This was a great way to break barriers and learn new strengths about each other while having a great time. Our team loved it and cant wait to go back.
