I had an amazing drink when I went with my fiance! (Not sure whats in it though) The bartender/waitress was super nice! But, the show was just alright.

Comedians were absolutely great. Atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Jay the owner was funny and accommodating. Only downfall was a limited but still had no problem finding drink.

Our favorite spot to go to. Just got an Award from the city. You won’t be disappointed. Jay the owner is on point.

This comedy club is amazing, the area is small but cozy and it allows for an amazing amount of interaction between the comedians and the audience. This is also have an amazing kitchen that serves a suprising assortment of high quality foods. To top it all off the owner is an amazing part of the community and support local nonprofits with his time and money. If you have not had a chance to visit, i highly recommend you do.

Awesome comedy club with great food and drinks! Jay is amazing and a generous member of the community. Just a solid business owner who is passionate about what he does and truly cares about bringing great entertainment to Rochester and giving back. The service is always terrific and we have never been disappointed.

A gem of Rochester. The shows are always hilarious and the food is top notch. Curlies is a cornerstone of what I hope to be a developing culture and nightlife of downtown! (Not to mention their awesome drinks!) Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and affordable night of hilarious comedy.

Fantastic drinks well worth the price, amazing, FRESH food that isnt your run of the mill I could get this at Mcdonalds, and the comedy acts always have me and everyone Ive brought in stitches laughing well after theyve ended. The owner is also hilarious and knows how to read his audience and cater to everyone to make the night more intimate and fun. Overall phenomenal place.

I have to say this was our first time at a comedy club, both of us were very impressed loved the show but I think the owner was even better!! They were understaffed due to call outs but you could barely even tell cant wait to go back!

Curlies greatest deficit is the size of the room and seating. With that said, it may also be a strength. It allows you to be close to the talent, creates a intimate feel and you get to know the world class comedians who come to this intimate venue. The food is by far one of its pleasant surprises which includes a fair fried doe desert. It is a surprisingly amazing comedy club nestled in the most unsuspected place, downtown Rochester. I am going to highly recommend this place and say to the unsuspecting person to go here and stay open minded because you will leave with a busting belly from the laughing and great food and amazing drinks.

Great show! Food was basic, but delicious. Not pricey at all. My drink was Amazing. Service was good. Ill definitely be back! Hidden gem of Rochester.

The acts were hilarious, the wings were delicious and their coffee stout is my new favorite beer - can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

I laughed so hard my face hurt. Jay was hilarious. Then Coleman Green continues getting the crowd involved and laughing. I love going to Curlies. Such a gem for Rochester and a fun night out.

Was not able to enjoy the show. To many loud drunks. If they control them maybe i could enjoy the show. I feel i waste my time and hard working money coming here. One bright spot is the service, that why i gave 2 stars. Do not think i be back.

What a great way to spend a night out! Way better than a movie or a bar. I could see doing this regularly. The comedians were new and fresh and the atmosphere was positive and clean. We will be back again soon.

This is a great comedy club with different games, comedians and just a fun night out. Great for couples or groups of friends for something different without having to travel far. Drinks and food perfect for a night of laughs! Comedy in Rochester? Yes!

A literal breath of fresh air for Rochester! So glad to have a break from the norm as far as bars/restaurants go. Not only can you catch a great comedy act, but on other nights of the week you can bring the whole family for game night, see live music or play some trivia hanging out with friends. Curlies is truly versatile in every sense. Love this place! My better half and I spent NYE bringing in 2019 with the Curlies crew. It was fantastic! I wish them a wonderful year ahead. #whynotrochester BTW, the wings are TO DIE FOR. Its an occurring argument between the hubs and I as to who gets the last one! #curliescomedyclub

Way to much for drinks $10-$12 and beer $6.50 and it’s ballpark food . Food is way to high as well. Where’s the Burgers and Chicken Tenders. No A/C. The owner is not Approachable.

The owners opening lacked variety, it was a tortured 30 minute rambling on Rochesters blue collar addict population. Drinks watered down and over priced. Brownie sundae did NOT come with hot fudge.

Funny enough (get it, because its a comedy club, wucka wucka), my first time at Curlies wasnt for comedy. I got to be a part of the first ever corn hole tourney. There was definitely plenty of laughs though. Good times. Good fun. Good drinks. Good food. Good people; bet you thought I was gonna type Great people. What do you think this is a hugfest? Well, it is. Creative use of minimal ingredient list on the menu. For example: You can order a chix strip meal w/ m&c, chix parm panini, chix, bacon, ranch panini all utilizing the same mmmoooiiist chix. Made to order warm house chips are a super win. Simple yet tasty cocktails, Sonya had 3 Malibu & pineapple juice. She never has 3 of anything. Except maybe naps a day. They currently have 3 taps. Plans for a 4th tap very soon. Tonight was the surprisingly good SA NEIPA, very lemonaidy Pink Lemonade UFO, and house favorite Concord kölsch. Owner/host/#stopit, Jay Grove somehow finding time between keeping a busy night moving smoothly, being a Dad, and comfortably schmoozing. Even able to enjoy my cheap cigars on the deck. It was nice to get out and about with my Sonya, and we are both super stoked that we picked Curlies. Well be back, for special promos and definitely for some comedy.P.S. We did not win the tourney. Small and dark. Split decision on the comedians. Never been somewhere that cant provide a receipt for your purchase. By the way paninis on hamburger rolls....just not right! You should stop watering down the fireball.

Jay Grove is amazingly funny.

The drinks was to expensive food was expensive they where drunks at a table realy load the bright spot about it the service was great that was the only bright spot about this place i dont think i will be back anytime soon
